A fuzzy logic controller equipped with a training algorithm is developed such that the H tracking performance should be satisfied for a model-free nonlinear multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system, with external disturbances. Due to universal approximation theorem, fuzzy control provides nonlinear controller, i.e., fuzzy logic controllers, to perform the unknown nonlinear control actions and the tracking error, because of the matching error and external disturbance is attenuated to arbitrary desired level by using H tracking design technique. In this paper, a new direct adaptive interval type-2 fuzzy controller is developed to handle the training data corrupted by noise or rule uncertainties for nonlinear MIMO systems involving external disturbances. Therefore, linguistic fuzzy control rules can be directly incorporated into the controller and combine the H attenuation technique. Simulation results show that the interval type-2 fuzzy logic system can handle unpredicted internal disturbance, data uncertainties, very well, but the adaptive type-1 fuzzy controller must spend more control effort in order to deal with noisy training data. Furthermore, the adaptive interval type-2 fuzzy controller can perform successful control and guarantee the global stability of the resulting closed-loop system and the tracking performance can be achieved.  相似文献

To develop a controller that deals with noise-corrupted training data and rule uncertainties for interconnected multi-input–multi-output (MIMO) non-affine nonlinear systems with unmeasured states, an interval type-2 fuzzy system is integrated with an observer-based hierarchical fuzzy neural controller (IT2HFNC) in this paper. Also, an H control technique and a strictly positive real Lyapunov (SPR-Lyapunov) design approach are employed for attenuating the influence of both external disturbances and fuzzy logic approximation error on the tracking of errors. Moreover, the proposed hierarchical fuzzy structure can greatly reduce the number of adjusted parameters of the IT2HFNC, and then, the problem of online computational burden can be solved. According to the design of the interval type-2 fuzzy neural network and H control technique, the IT2HFNN controller can improve its robustness to noise, uncertainties, approximation errors, and external disturbances. Simulation results are reported to show the performance of the proposed control system mode and algorithms.  相似文献

Observer-based adaptive fuzzy H control is proposed to achieve H tracking performance for a class of nonlinear systems, which are subject to model uncertainty and external disturbances and in which only a measurement of the output is available. The control scheme is tested in the cart-pole balancing problem.  相似文献

This study is concerned with the problem of robust adaptive fuzzy fault-tolerant control for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with mismatching parameter uncertainties, external disturbances, multiple state time delays perturbations and actuator failures, which include loss of effectiveness, outage and stuck modes. A novel direct adaptive fuzzy tracking control scheme is developed to achieve the fault-tolerant control objective. First, by introducing a positive nonlinear control gain function, the effects of state time delays and actuator failures are effectively compensated. Then, a suitable fuzzy logic system (FLS), which is used to approximate the corresponding nonlinear function, is constructed to eliminate the influences on mismatched parameter uncertainty and external disturbance. Moreover, it is shown that all the closed-loop system signals are uniformly bounded and that the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of the origin via Lyapunov–Krasovskii stability analysis. Finally, the proposed adaptive fuzzy fault-tolerant tracking design approach is illustrated on a two stage chemical reactor system with delayed recycle streams.  相似文献

A robust adaptive fuzzy control approach is developed for a class of multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) nonlinear systems with modeling uncertainties and external disturbances by using both the approximation property of the fuzzy logic systems and the backstepping technique. The MIMO systems are composed of interconnected subsystems in the strict-feedback form. The main characteristics of the developed approach are that the online computation burden is alleviated and the robustness to dynamic uncertainties and external disturbances is improved. It is proven that all the signals of the resulting closed-loop system are uniformly bounded and that the tracking errors converge to a small neighborhood around zero. Two simulation experiments are presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the approach developed in this paper.  相似文献

In this paper, an intelligent adaptive tracking control system (IATCS) based on the mixed H2/H approach under uncertain plant parameters and external disturbances for achieving high precision performance of a two-axis motion control system is proposed. The two-axis motion control system is an XY table driven by two permanent-magnet linear synchronous motors (PMLSMs) servo drives. The proposed control scheme incorporates a mixed H2/H controller, a self-organizing recurrent fuzzy-wavelet-neural-network controller (SORFWNNC) and a robust controller. The combinations of these control methods would insure the stability, robustness, optimality, overcome the uncertainties, and performance properties of the two-axis motion control system. The SORFWNNC is used as the main tracking controller to adaptively estimate an unknown nonlinear dynamic function that includes the lumped parameter uncertainties, external disturbances, cross-coupled interference and frictional force. Moreover, the structure and the parameter learning phases of the SORFWNNC are performed concurrently and online. Furthermore, a robust controller is designed to deal with the uncertainties, including the approximation error, optimal parameter vectors and higher order terms in Taylor series. Besides, the mixed H2/H controller is designed such that the quadratic cost function is minimized and the worst case effect of the unknown nonlinear dynamic function on the tracking error must be attenuated below a desired attenuation level. The mixed H2/H control design has the advantage of both H2 optimal control performance and H robust control performance. The sufficient conditions are developed for the adaptive mixed H2/H tracking problem in terms of a pair of coupled algebraic equations instead of coupled nonlinear differential equations. The coupled algebraic equations can be solved analytically. The online adaptive control laws are derived based on Lyapunov theorem and the mixed H2/H tracking performance so that the stability of the proposed IATCS can be guaranteed. Furthermore, the control algorithms are implemented in a DSP-based control computer. From the experimental results, the motions at X-axis and Y-axis are controlled separately, and the dynamic behaviors of the proposed IATCS can achieve favorable tracking performance and are robust to parameter uncertainties.  相似文献

In this paper, robust H control of a class of discrete‐time uncertain systems in state‐space form with linear nominal parts and norm‐bounded nonlinear uncertainties in both state and output equations is discussed. Such systems have a unique characterisic; that is, the two norm‐bounded nonlinear uncertainties have the equivalent representation by means of time‐varying and norm‐bounded linear uncertainties. To overcome the conservativenss of [5], the two nonlinear uncertainty sets are considered to be different. Then, by converting such systems into related discrete‐time linear systems with time‐varying and norm‐bounded linear uncertainties, we obtain that a sufficient condition for robust H control of such systems is equivalent to the solvability of the same problem of the related linear uncertain systems, which is solvable by means of a linear algebraic Riccati inequality.  相似文献

In this study, an adaptive fuzzy‐based mixed H2/H tracking control design is developed in robotic systems under unknown or uncertain plant parameters and external disturbances. The mixed H2/H control design has the advantage of both H2 optimal control performance and H robust control performance and the fuzzy adaptive control scheme is used to compensate for the plant uncertainties. By virtue of the skew‐symmetric property in the robotic systems and adequate choice of state variable transformation, sufficient conditions are developed for the adaptive fuzzy‐based mixed H2/H tracking control problems in terms of a pair of coupled algebraic equations instead of a pair of coupled differential equations. The proposed methods are simple and the coupled algebraic equations can be solved analytically. Simulation results indicate that the desired performance of the proposed adaptive fuzzy‐based mixed H2/H tracking control schemes for the uncertain robotic systems can be achieved.  相似文献

A novel decentralised direct adaptive fuzzy controller design is presented for a class of large-scale nonaffine uncertain nonlinear systems in this article. By integrating a fuzzy logic system and H tracking technique, the designed controller is able to adaptively compensate for interconnections and disturbances with unknown bounds, but none of the control and adaptation laws contains a sign function so that control chattering can be shunned. The closed-loop large-scale system is guaranteed to be asymptotically stable and obtain good H tracking performance. The control approach developed is applied to the following control problem of a string of vehicles within an automated highway system (AHS) and simulation results verify its validity.  相似文献

In this study, a robust nonlinear Lgain tracking control design for uncertain robotic systems is proposed under persistent bounded disturbances. The design objective is that the peak of the tracking error in time domain must be as small as possible under persistent bounded disturbances. Since the nonlinear Lgain optimal tracking control cannot be solved directly, the nonlinear Lgain optimal tracking problem is transformed into a nonlinear Lgain tracking problem by given a prescribed disturbance attenuation level for the Lgain tracking performance. To guarantee that the Lgain tracking performance can be achieved for the uncertain robotic systems, a sliding‐mode scheme is introduced to eliminate the effect of the parameter uncertainties. By virtue of the skew‐symmetric property of the robotic systems, sufficient conditions are developed for solving the robust Lgain tracking control problems in terms of an algebraic equation instead of a differential equation. The proposed method is simple and the algebraic equation can be solved analytically. Therefore, the proposed robust Lgain tracking control scheme is suitable for practical control design of uncertain robotic systems. Adaptive Fuzzy Output Tracking Control of MIMO Nonlinear Uncertain Systems   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
In this paper, the adaptive fuzzy tracking control problem is discussed for a class of uncertain multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) nonlinear systems with the block-triangular structure. The fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions. By using the backstepping technique, the adaptive fuzzy tracking control design scheme is developed, which has minimal learning parameterizations. The adaptive fuzzy tracking controllers guarantee that the outputs of systems converge to a small neighborhood of the reference signals and all the signals in the closed-loop system are semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded. Two examples are used to show the effectiveness of the approach  相似文献

In this paper, a robust adaptive tracking control problem is discussed for a general class of strict-feedback uncertain nonlinear systems. The systems may possess a wide class of uncertainties referred to as unstructured uncertainties, which are not linearly parameterized and do not have any prior knowledge of the bounding functions. The Takagi-Sugeno type fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the uncertainties. A unified and systematic procedure is employed to derive two kinds of novel robust adaptive tracking controllers by use of the input-to-state stability (ISS) and by combining the backstepping technique and generalized small gain approach. One is the robust adaptive fuzzy tracking controller (RAFTC) for the system without input gain uncertainty. The other is the robust adaptive fuzzy sliding tracking controller (RAFSTC) for the system with input gain uncertainty. Both algorithms have two advantages, those are, semi-global uniform ultimate boundedness of adaptive control system in the presence of unstructured uncertainties and the adaptive mechanism with minimal learning parameterizations. Four application examples, including a pendulum system with motor, a one-link robot, a ship roll stabilization with actuator and a single-link manipulator with flexible joint, are used to demonstrate the effectiveness and performance of proposed schemes.  相似文献

This paper deals with simultaneous fault estimation and control for a class of nonlinear systems with parameter uncertainty, which is described by Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model with parameter uncertainties and unknown disturbance. In this paper, a fuzzy reference model is used to generate error dynamic for tracking control. By considering actuator fault as an auxiliary state vector, we construct an augmented error system and propose a fault estimator/controller to achieve simultaneous fault estimation and fault-tolerant tracking control. H approach is used in the design of estimator/controller to attenuate the effect of the unknown disturbance and parameter uncertainties. The design conditions are formulated into a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be efficiently solved. Finally, a pitch-axis nonlinear missile model is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the robust adaptive tracking control of uncertain multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) nonlinear systems with input saturation and unknown external disturbance. The nonlinear disturbance observer (NDO) is employed to tackle the system uncertainty as well as the external disturbance. To handle the input saturation, an auxiliary system is constructed as a saturation compensator. By using the backstepping technique and the dynamic surface method, a robust adaptive tracking control scheme is developed. The closed-loop system is proved to be uniformly ultimately bounded thorough Lyapunov stability analysis. Simulation results with application to an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed robust control scheme.   相似文献

In this article, a robust adaptive self-structuring fuzzy control (RASFC) scheme for the uncertain or ill-defined nonlinear, nonaffine systems is proposed. The RASFC scheme is composed of a robust adaptive controller and a self-structuring fuzzy controller. In the self-structuring fuzzy controller design, a novel self-structuring fuzzy system (SFS) is used to approximate the unknown plant nonlinearity, and the SFS can automatically grow and prune fuzzy rules to realise a compact fuzzy rule base. The robust adaptive controller is designed to achieve an L 2 tracking performance to stabilise the closed-loop system. This L 2 tracking performance can provide a clear expression of tracking error in terms of the sum of lumped uncertainty and external disturbance, which has not been shown in previous works. Finally, five examples are presented to show that the proposed RASFC scheme can achieve favourable tracking performance, yet heavy computational burden is relieved.  相似文献

Adaptive tracking control of a class of MIMO nonlinear system preceded by unknown hysteresis is investigated. Based on dynamic surface control, an adaptive robust control law is developed and compensators are designed to mitigate the influences of both the unknown bounded external uncertainties and the unknown Prandtl–Islinskii hysteresis. By adopting the low-pass filters, the explosion of complexity caused by tedious computation of the time derivatives of the virtual control laws is overcome. With the proposed control scheme, the closed-loop system is proved to be semi-globally ultimately bounded by the Lyapunov stability theory, and the output of the controlled system can track the desired trajectories with an arbitrarily small error. Finally, numerical simulations are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献
