ZnO辅助催化植物油热聚合制备大豆油基油墨连结料   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以大豆油为原料,蒽醌为催化剂,ZnO作为辅助催化剂进行大豆油基连结料的制备,研究了ZnO对大豆聚合油黏度、酸值和相对分子质量等的影响,并分析了不同ZnO用量对大豆油基油墨连结料以及印刷油墨性能的影响.结果表明,ZnO作为辅助催化剂制备的聚合油能够适合油墨的生产,并赋予油墨良好的性能.  相似文献

以大豆油为原料,通过真空负压工艺下的热聚合反应合成大豆油墨连接料。分别对保温时间、保温温度和催化剂蒽醌加入量进行单因素实验。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:保温温度控制在320℃以内,保温时间控制在4 h以内,加入催化剂蒽醌的量控制在7%以内。  相似文献

热聚合反应是制备植物油基印刷油墨连结料的关键步骤之一,为了研究油脂的脂肪酸组成对热聚合反应的影响,本文以我国资源丰富的大豆油、葵花油和菜籽油为原料,研究了反应温度为330℃时3种油脂的热聚合反应速率及热聚合过程中酸价、色泽、碘价、折光指数等的变化。结果表明,3种油脂的热聚合反应速率分别为:K大豆油=7.2×10-3>K葵花油=6.8×10-3>K菜籽油=2.3×10-3;随热聚合反应时间的延长,3种热聚合油的酸价、色泽和折光指数均增加,碘价均减小。该研究为植物油基印刷油墨连结料的生产提供了理论依据。  相似文献

热聚合反应条件对环保大豆油墨连接料黏度的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用热聚合反应使大豆油改性,以黏度为考察指标,通过响应面分析方法确定最佳热聚合工艺参数为:反应温度332℃,反应时间106 min,反应压力6 MPa,催化剂添加量5%。经过验证与对比实验可知,在最优热聚合工艺条件下产物黏度可达到107 mPa.s左右,与传统油墨连接料黏度110~120 mPa.s比较接近,基本符合环保大豆油墨连接料中对黏度指标的要求。  相似文献

采用热聚合方式,合成环氧大豆油基树脂,优化反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、增稠剂用量等条件。实验结果表明,适当的提高反应温度,增加反应时间、催化剂用量以及增稠剂用量,有利于提高产物黏度,增强热处理效果。当反应中环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯的质量为50 g,增稠剂聚丙烯酰胺的质量为0.45 g,催化剂三苯基膦为1 g,反应时间为4.5 h时,得到的树脂酸值为3.90 mgKOH/g,黏度为495 mPa·s,光泽度为2.10%,明度为88.78%,色泽偏蓝绿方向,标准色差为0.88,符合油墨用树脂的标准。  相似文献

本实验以聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为连结料,硼酸为交联剂,加入热消色可逆变色颜料及其他助剂,制备了一系列不同配方的PVA基热致变色油墨.通过改变PVA质量分数、硼酸和颜料添加量,研究了不同配方油墨的黏度、细度、耐摩擦性和变色灵敏性.在实验确定的制备工艺条件下,选用质量分数为11wt%的PVA水溶液与硼酸水溶液按照30∶1的溶质质量比混合制备连结料,PVA与颜料的质量比在45%~85%范围内,随着颜料添加量的增加,油墨的黏度逐渐增大,细度值变大,变色灵敏性升高,耐摩擦性变差.实验结果表明,当加入相当于PVA质量分数75%的热消色可逆变色颜料时,制得的油墨性能较好.  相似文献

大豆油属于半干性植物油,其碘值在125~140mg I2/g之间,只含有的较少的可反应型双键,与空气中的氧气反应相对缓慢,且大豆油分子与矿油分子有着很大的差异,矿物油分子在不考虑分支的情况下,小于大豆油分子3~5倍,不但在比重上比矿物油大许多,而且在黏度上也比矿物油高很多,如矿物油的旋转黏度为5mpa.S(25℃),亚麻油的旋转黏度为44mpa,s(25℃),大豆油的旋转黏度为55mpa.S(25℃),这种差异不但会影响到油墨体系的流变性能,而且会影响到流体在印刷纸张上的吸收,从而影响油墨在印刷基材上的固着速度.按美国大豆协会(ASA)规定,单张纸大豆油墨其油墨配方中大豆油含量不低于20%,所以在传统的油墨配方中直接使用20%或以上的大豆油将是无法满足实际印刷对干燥性能方面的要求.  相似文献

本文研究了大豆油基油墨配方对油墨性能的影响。在大豆油基树脂中添加不同质量的大豆油基溶剂和颜料分别配制油墨,测试油墨的黏度、流动度、光泽度、细度及颜色,以考察溶剂含量、颜料含量对油墨性能的影响规律。结果表明,在大豆油基树脂的质量为30 g,大豆油基溶剂的质量为11.28 g,颜料为5.29 g,即溶剂含量为13.46%,颜料含量为10.18%时,制得的油墨黏度为963.6 mPa·s,流动度为28 mm,光泽度为10.6%,油墨细度为40 μm,油墨与标准黑色油墨的色差为7.47,符合胶印油墨的国家标准。该油墨中大豆油基树脂含量高达88.64%,超过了环保型大豆油墨对大豆油含量(50%)的要求。本研究为大豆油墨的开发提供了科学参考和数据支撑,具有实践意义。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
