永磁同步电动机传动系统的模型算法控制   总被引:15,自引:2,他引:15  
综合模型算法控制(MAC)在线实时预测、优化、反馈校正的优点,提出一种用于永磁同步电动机(PMSM)传动系统的MAC方案。采用PMSM的二阶ARMA模型为预测控制的参数模型,并在此基础上进行优化、校正、算法简单,能很好地满足动态较快的电动机实生要求。对系统的稳定性和鲁棒性进行了分析、论证,表明无论模型如何失配,系统均稳定、无输出静差,鲁棒性强。仿真和实验结果进一步证明永磁同步电动机模型算法控制(P  相似文献

提出了一种基于智能控制的离散变结构系统,该系统采用一种新的状态观测器的设计方法,首先设计一个性能观测器,随后用神经网络对其具有不确定性的部分进行补偿,并用神经网络实现对变结构控制器参数的在线调整,在永磁同步伺服电机位置控制系统中的实际应用,表明了该方法的优越性和实用性。  相似文献

无换向器电动机作为一种新型的调速技术,目前在工业发达国家已广泛地应用于火电厂锅炉送、引风机以及锅炉给水泵的驱动方面,但在国内还没有应用实例。从其应用于国产300MW机组锅炉给水泵驱动的经济性分析情况看,无换向器电动机驱动方式的运行经济性是较好的。从长远来讲,随着变频调速技术的不断发展和完善,无换向器电动机相对于传统的给水泵驱动方式的优势将会更明显,因此,在相对于传统的给水泵驱动方式的优势将会更明显  相似文献

针对转矩角控制型永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统,文中提出并设计了一种变比例系数转矩PI调节器。为了减小电磁转矩与转矩角非线性关系这一因数给电机电磁转矩动态调节造成的误差,保证转矩在动态过程中准确而快速调节,文中通过对电机电磁转矩控制原理分析,给出转矩PI调节器中比例系数的最优设计方法;为了消除电机电磁一转矩稳态误差及保证系统工作的稳定性,借助系统的小信号模型推导出转矩PI调节器中积分系数设计原则,最后给出的实验结果证明了上述新型转矩PI调节器设计方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

Abstract

A method is presented for evaluation of the performance of a voltage-fed variable-speed synchronous motor drive. Special features include a treatment of magnetic saturation in a machine with rotor saliency and the incorporation of a current limit. Ranges of load angle and frequency, or speed, are covered and a variation of rotor excitation with speed can be included. The method of computer solution is described and examples are given and compared with measured results. The work is intended for use with drives having load angle control and is particularly relevant to cases having characteristics similar to those of d.c. series motors, in which high saturation occurs at low speeds.  相似文献

Integral horsepower pulsating field reluctance motors are treated when operating in dc-supplied, fixed voltage, thyristor controlled variable speed systems. A thyristor controller with two operating modes is described. Exciting MMF differential equations are put into normalized forms, simplifying their solutions, which are given. Three parameters Q, p and xrs concisely character= rize motor, MMF differential equations and torque. For typical speed/torque curves thyristor control angles are determined. The paper presents the development of a microcomputer based digital control system for the current source load-commutated inverter fed synchronous motor drive. The control system comprised two loops: (i) Fast acting dynamic speed and torque angle control loop to ensure the self synchronous operation of the drive system, disturbance rejection and robustness of the complete motor drive system. (ii) Slow acting quasi steady-state efficiency maximization loop that ensures that the drive load is met at minimum source power input.  相似文献

Theoretical analysis of the steady state and transient characteristics of a variable speed synchronous motor is presented for two types of control namely voltage control and current control while the supply frequency to the armature is controlled by the instantaneous rotor speed. ABSTRACT

This paper presents a practical method for operation of a semi-converter-fed DC motor drive at the point of maximum efficiency while maintaining any particular torque-speed load point. Design and operation of an economical, microprocessor-based adaptive controller used to retrofit a commercially available SCR drive for minimum loss operation of a DC motor is described. Experimental and simulation results are presented in graphical forms, giving comparison of overall drive system efficiencies between loss minimization adaptive control and conventional constant field current operation for a standard-efficiency DC motor with a 7½ hp rating for both separately excited and shunt connected configurations. The greatest potential for energy savings is found to exist for the case of light load at low speeds.  相似文献

Tertiary capacitor tuning in the armature of a 3-phase synchronous motor is used to increase pull-out torque, efficiency and power factor. It also reduces the required field current and increases the leading component of the input current.

ABSTRACT

The use of state feedback to control Induction motor drive systems is examined. Using the machine currents and speed as the system states, a general linearized formulation of the problem is derived. This formulation has the advantages of previous forms based on complex variable analysis, but is not subject to the limitations of that method.

The proposed model Is used to study machine control with stator current feedback. The results show that stator current feedback can be used to improve the dynamic characteristics of the drive system. Comparisons of stator current control with the uncontrolled machine and with the slip controlled machine are presented over the range of operating speed, load, and inertia. In all cases, advantages of current controlled operation can be seen.  相似文献

永磁同步电动机(PMSM)是一个典型的非线性多变量耦合系统。微分代数采用动态反馈控制实现一类非线性系统的控制,平滑性是微分代数的重要概念。该文首先给出PMSM的(d,q)数学模型并利用平滑性将其线性化,在此基础上构造了前馈反馈控制器。利用位置可测的特点,构造了非线性高增益观测器,实现了电流和速度观测,得到了控制一观测器系统,并给出了系统稳定的条件。通过对系统的位置给定仿真试验,结果表明:该系统具有快速性、稳定性、无超调、抗负载扰动以及无稳态误差观测等优点。  相似文献

Abstract

This paper presents some experimental results obtained from a small homo-polar linear synchronous motor which has been tested on the two-metre test wheel facility at the University of Toronto. The primary of the motor has both armature and field windings while the secondary consists of alternately-placed solid iron poles on the wheel rim. A short three-pole primary has been used so that end effects are accentuated. Test results are presented over a wide range of operating speed, load angle and winding currents. These results indicate that the motor is a promising contender for urban transit propulsion.  相似文献
