研究了不同种类缓蚀剂及不同处理方式对非晶态镁基储氢电极充放电循环稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,缓蚀剂可以改变镁基储氢电极表面与电解液之间的界面性质,在不显著降低电极最大初始容量的同时,改善了电极的循环稳定性。  相似文献

介绍了近年来机械合金化法在镁基储氢材料制备上的研究进展,讨论了机械合金化制备非晶、纳米晶镁基储氢材料的机制;从合金替代和多元复合的角度对镁基储氢材料的性能进行了论述:机械合金化法可制备出纳米晶、非晶态的镁基储氢材料,无序区和晶界浓度的增加使得氢原子的吸附和扩散更为容易,制备出的材料具有较高的活性和较快的吸放氢速度。低温吸放氢性能的改善尤其显著;最后指出了机械合金化法制备镁基储氢材料需要注意并加以解决的一些问题。  相似文献

Rare earth-based hydrogen storage alloy used as negative electrode materials for nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH) batteries are used commercially.The effect of annealing treatment with different annealing temperature and time on the MLNi3.68 Co0.78 Mn0.35 Al0.27 and MMNi3.55 Co0.75 Mn0.40 Al0.30 alloys were investigated.The crystal microstructure,pressure-composition-isotherms (p-C-T) and electrochemical properties of alloys were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), automatic PCI monitoring system and electrical performance testing instruments.The optimum annealing treatment conditions of two kinds of alloys were determined.  相似文献

为了改善Ti基储氢合金的电化学性能,采用Si元素部分替代Mn元素的方法,分析研究了Ti基储氢合金Ti03Zr0.225V0.25Mn0.25-xNi0.5Six的相结构及电化学性能。结果表明,合金均由六方结构的C14型Laves主相和立方结构的TiNi第二相构成;随着Si元素替代量x的增大,合金的活化性能降低,而循环稳定性得到很大程度的改善。  相似文献

对采用双辊快淬法制备的纳米晶稀土贮氢合金Ml(NiCoMnAl) 5相结构、贮氢性能和电化学充放电性能进行了研究分析。X射线衍射分析 (XRD)结果表明 ,合金片由均匀的CaCu5相组成 ,其晶粒尺寸平均为 2 0~ 40nm。PCT测试表明 ,该合金具有很好的平台特性和较小的滞后效应。将合金粉压成极片组装成模拟电池以 3 0 0mA·g- 1 (1C)电流充电 ,分别以 2 0 0 0mA·g- 1 (7C)和 3 0 0 0mA·g- 1 (10C)电流放电至 0 .9V和 0 .8V ,其电化学容量分别达到 2 5 0和 2 3 0mAh·g - 1。在 7C放电情况下 ,经 45 0循环后 ,容量衰减率小于 2 0 %。  相似文献

The nanocrystalline and amorphous Mg2Ni-type Mg2–xLaxNi (x=0,0.2) hydrogen storage alloys were synthesized by melt-spinning technique.The as-spun alloy ribbons were obtained.The microstructures of the as-spun ribbons were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),high resolution transmission electronic microscopy (HRTEM) and electron diffraction (ED).The hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics of the alloys were measured using an automatically controlled Sieverts apparatus,and their electrochemical kinetics were tested by an automatic galvanostatic system.The electrochemical impedance spectrums (EIS) were plotted by an electrochemical workstation (PARSTAT 2273).The hydrogen diffusion coefficients in the alloys were calculated by virtue of potential-step method.The obtained results showed that no amorphous phase was detected in the as-spun La-free alloy,but the as-spun alloys substituted by La held a major amorphous phase,con-firming that the substitution of La for Mg markedly intensified the glass forming ability of the Mg2Ni-type alloy.The substitution of La for Mg notably improved the electrochemical hydrogen storage kinetics of the Mg2Ni-type alloy.Furthermore,the hydrogen storage kinetics of the experimental alloys was evidently ameliorated with the spinning rate growing.  相似文献

A sort of rare earth Mg-based system hydrogen storage alloys with AB3-type was prepared by double-roller rapid quenching method. The alloys were nanocrystalline multi-phase structures composed of LaNi3 phase and LaNi5 phase by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analyses, and the suitable absorption/desorption plateau was revealed by the measurement of P-C-I curve. Electrochemical studies indicate that the alloys exhibit good electrochemical properties such as high capacity and stable cycle life, and the discharge capacity is 369 mAh·g-1 at 0.2 C (72 mA·g-1), after 460 cycles, the capacity decay was only 19.4% at 2 C (720 mA·g-1).  相似文献

The structure and hydriding/dehydriding behaviors of La2Mg17-10 wt.%Ni composite prepared by mechanical milling were investigated. Compared with the un-milled sample, the as-milled alloys were ready to be activated and the kinetics of hydrogen absorption was relatively fast even at environmental temperature. The composite milled for 10 h absorbed 3.16 wt.% hydrogen within 100 s at 290 K. The kinetic mechanisms of hydriding/dehydriding reactions were analyzed by using a new model. The results showed that hydrogenation processes for all composites were controlled by hydrogen diffusion and the minimum activation energy was 15.3 kJ/mol H2 for the composite milled for 10 h. Mechanical milling changed the dehydriding reaction rate-controlling step from surface penetration to diffusion and reduced the activation energy from 204.6 to 87.4 kJ/mol H2. The optimum milled duration was 5 h for desorption in our trials.  相似文献

借助于自制的开口式H型玻璃三电极测试体系,并在大量的前期实验工作基础上,研究了新型稀土镁基AB3型贮氢电极合金的性能以及添加Al的作用。发现用适量Al替代Ni可降低稀土镁基AB3型合金La0.7Mg0.3(Ni0.85Co0.15)3.5的氢化反应焓变和气态放氢平台压力,使合金氢化物变得更稳定;同时,使合金电化学循环100周期的容量保持率从63.8%提高到90.6%,有效解决了合金放电容量迅速衰减的难题;但Al的添加也降低了合金的最大放电容量、倍率放电性能和活化性能。  相似文献

通过XRD、SEM分析和电化学实验,研究了热处理对快淬贮氢合金组织和电化学性能的影响。研究表明,400℃热处理对快淬合金晶粒变化不明显,900℃热处理后合金晶粒明显长大,1100℃热处理使合金部分熔化,随后发生了平衡凝固;900℃热处理后,单胞体积和放电容量均达到最大值,但充放电循环稳定性最差,400℃和1100℃热处理后,放电容量稍有降低,但充放电循环稳定性较好。  相似文献

用机械球磨法(MA)合成了Mg0.9LaxAl0.1-xNi(x=0.015,0.02,0.025,0.03)系列合金。充放电性能测试表明金属Mg被La取代后,合金放电容量的衰减变缓,最高放电容量为418.64 mAh.g-1,30周以后仍能达到161.41 mAh.g-1。XRD结构分析表明,在球磨初期仍为晶态,随着球磨时间的增加,逐渐变为非晶态,此时放电容量达到最大。循环伏安和交流阻抗测试结果表明当La的取代含量为0.025时电化学容量最高,循环可逆性好且电极表面电子转移电阻即电化学反应电阻最小。  相似文献
