研究PS/BR母料对SBS的共混改性,讨论了母料的配比、用量、软化剂分别对热塑性弹性体SBS各种性能的影响,最后还测定了最佳配方的挤出性能及工艺条件。结果表明:当母料配比为PS/BR=100/40时,且用量为30份,对SBS的综合性能有较大提高,软化剂的加入可以改善其硬度及加工流动性,该配方适用于鞋底材料。  相似文献

通过熔融共混的方法制备了丁苯热塑性弹性体/聚苯乙烯/剑麻纤维(SBS/PS/SF)复合材料。采用SBS/PS=70/30的配比,通过改变剑麻纤维用量,研究SBS/PS/SF复合材料的力学性能、热性能及熔体流动速率。结果表明:随着剑麻纤维用量的增加,SBS/PS/SF复合材料的弹性模量和弯曲强度都有所增加;熔体流动速率呈减小趋势;拉伸强度、断裂应变、屈服应变和冲击强度先上升后下降;SBS/PS/SF复合材料的维卡软化点随着剑麻纤维的加入也有着不同程度的下降。  相似文献

本文对PP/SBS、PP/BR、PP/SBS/BR和PP/SBS/BR/HDPE几种共混体系进行了研究。得到了这几种共混体系配比与物理机械性能和熔体表观粘度的关系。结果表明,SBS与BR并用增韧PP时,有着显著的协同效应。PP/SRS/BR三元共混物具有优良的抗冲性能和良好的成型工艺性。  相似文献

通过Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应和聚烯烃熔融接枝马来酸酐(MAH)技术,制备了酸酐化线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)/聚苯乙烯(PS)增容母料,并用该母料增容LLDPE/PS/聚酰胺(PA)6三元共混物,考察了母料用量对LLDPE/PS/PA 6三元共混物结构及性能的影响。结果表明:酸酐化增容母料中主要含有MAH接枝LLDPE-g-PS与MAH接枝LLDPE,可用于提高LLDPE与PS和PA 6的相容性;该母料能有效增容LLDPE/PS/PA 6三元共混物,使三相之间界面作用增强,分散相粒径显著减小,力学性能提高;随着母料用量增加,共混物的熔体流动速率下降,LLDPE的结晶温度上升,而PA 6的结晶温度和PS的玻璃化转变温度呈下降趋势;当母料用量为8 phr时,共混物的力学性能和耐热性能最佳。  相似文献

为改善热熔压敏胶黏制品一不干胶标签的黏附性能,并进一步降低生产成本,研究了以苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体SDS(包括SBS、SIS)为基本树脂合成的热熔压敏胶的性能,并讨论了增黏树脂及软化剂的种类和用量对标签用热熔压敏胶性能的影响。结果显示,在以SIS为主体材料的热熔压敏胶中,添加价格较低的SBS,当其配比在15/85~25/75之间,热熔压敏胶的性能有所提高;而增黏树脂及软化剂的优化,对胶黏剂的综合性能有着不可忽视的作用。  相似文献

通过添加聚苯乙烯(PS)、热塑性弹性体苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBS),以改善聚丙烯(PP)的性能。先采用熔融法制备PP/PS共混物,在确定PP,PS最佳配比的基础上,再添加SBS制备PP/PS/SBS共混物,确定了PP,PS及SBS的最佳配比。研究了PP/PS,PP/PS/SBS共混物的力学性能、热性能及熔体流动行为。结果表明,当PP与PS的质量比为70∶30时,PP/PS共混物的性能最好,其拉伸强度为28.5 MPa,拉伸弹性模量为1 214 MPa,弯曲弹性模量为1 752 MPa,冲击强度为14.0 kJ/m2,断裂应变为130%,维卡软化温度为143.9℃。当PP,PS及SBS的质量比为70∶30∶10时,PP/PS/SBS共混物的性能最好,其拉伸强度为23.2 MPa,拉伸弹性模量1 040 MPa,断裂应变为260%,冲击强度为18.0 kJ/m2,弯曲强度为36.5 MPa,弯曲弹性模量为1 297 MPa,定挠度弯曲应力为36.1 MPa,弯曲破坏应力为36.5 MPa,熔体流动速率为8.94 g/(10 min),维卡软化温度为139.0℃。  相似文献

研究了不同填料以及改变填料用量、补强体系分别对热塑性弹性体SBS各种性能的影响,并测定了最佳配方的挤出性能及工艺条件。结果表明,白炭黑的适量加入对SBS的撕裂强度有显著提高,适量活性钙可提高SBS的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,聚烯烃填料作为填充剂可以降低胶料的成本。该配方主要适用鞋底料的研究。  相似文献

该文在采用溶液法聚合苯乙烯(St)的过程中,同时加入顺丁橡胶(BR)进行溶液共混,然后对PS/BR复合产物进行DSC热性能及其混炼胶性能的研究。结果表明,采用溶液共混的方法,在一定共混比下。PS/BR达到了微观结构上的共混;随着St投料量的增加,PS/BR共混材料的结晶熔融温度升高,比热变化呈降低趋势;St投料量对PS/BR混炼胶的硫化性能和物理机械性能也产生了一定的影响。  相似文献

采用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改善BR/乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)/高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)共混物的界面相容性,通过动态硫化法制备BR/EVA/HIPS TPV,并对其性能进行研究.结果表明:未加入SBS的BR/EVA/HIPS共混物未表现出橡胶类弹性体特征,而加入适量SBS的共混物表现出典型橡胶类弹性体特征;当SBS用量为8~12份时,BR/EVA/HIPS TPV的综合物理性能较好,拉伸断面平滑,界面相容性良好.  相似文献

Storage‐stable styrene‐butadiene‐styrene triblock copolymer (SBS)‐modified asphalt was prepared by dynamic vulcanization. The vulcanization characteristics of the asphalt/SBS/sulfur blend were studied using a strain‐controlled rheometer. The vulcanization of SBS in the asphalt resulted in a marked increase in the torque of the blend. In addition, the vulcanization of a butadiene rubber (BR)/sulfur blend was significantly influenced by the addition of asphalt through a curemeter. The existence of asphalt can accelerate the vulcanization of BR/sulfur blend and reduce its reversion. The preparation process of storage‐stable SBS‐modified asphalt by dynamic vulcanization was identified by a plot of the electric current versus time. The addition of sulfur to the SBS‐modified asphalts resulted in the formation of chemically vulcanized network structures in the modified binders. The physical properties of the SBS‐modified asphalt containing sulfur were compared to those of the modified binders without sulfur. The storage stability of the SBS‐modified asphalt was effectively improved by the addition of sulfur. The rheological properties of the SBS‐modified asphalts before and after adding sulfur were characterized by using dynamic shear rheometry and a rotational viscometer. As indicated by the monitored morphology, the compatibility and high‐temperature storage stability of SBS‐modified asphalts were improved by the addition of sulfur.  相似文献

探讨了苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物热塑性弹性体(SBS)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)3种弹性体对废旧聚苯乙烯(PS)/废旧丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/木粉复合材料物理及力学性能影响.结果表明,3种弹性体不但不会导致废旧PS/废旧ABS/HDPE/木粉复合材料密度的增加,而且有利于降低复合材料的吸水率,改善复合材料的冲击韧性;添加SBS的废旧PS/废旧ABS/HDPE/木粉复合材料综合性能最优,密度为0.90 g/cm3,冷、热水中的吸水率分别降至0.87%,1.32%,冲击强度增至3.1 kJ/m2.  相似文献

采用化学注塑发泡制备了丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯(ABS)发泡材料,研究发泡剂母粒载体分别为高抗冲聚苯乙烯(PS–HI),PS–HI+苯乙烯–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(SBS),SBS,ABS及聚烯烃弹性体(POE)时发泡剂母粒对ABS泡孔结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,发泡母粒载体对ABS发泡试样的泡孔结构及力学性能具有较大的影响,以POE为发泡母粒载体所制得的ABS发泡样品的泡孔结构、力学性能较好。其泡孔平均直径为18.5μm,泡孔密度为4.183×107个/cm3,冲击强度为11.7 kJ/m2,拉伸强度为30.8 MPa。  相似文献

A tetra‐component blend, consisting of low‐density polyethylene (LDPE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), and polystyrene (PS), was studied as a model system of commingled plastic wastes (LDPE/PVC/PP/PS, mass ratio: 70/10/10/10). Effects of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), ethylene–propylene–diene monomer (EPDM), styrene–butadiene–styrene (SBS), and their mixture (CPE/EPDM/SBS, mass ratio: 2/2/2) on the mechanical properties and morphology of the system were investigated. With addition of several elastomers and their mixture, the tensile strength of the blends decreased slightly, although both the elongation at break and the impact strength increased. Among these elastomers, EPDM exhibited the most significant impact modification effect for the tetra‐component blends. SBS and the mixture have a good phase‐dispersion effect for the tetra‐component blend. By adding a crosslinking agent [dicumyl peroxide (DCP)], the mechanical properties of the tetra‐component blends also increased. When either SBS or the mixture was added to the blend together with DCP, the probability that the crosslinking agent (DCP) would be at the interface improved because of the phase‐dispersion effect of SBS. Therefore, more co‐crosslinked products will form between LDPE and other components. Accordingly, remarkable improvement of the interfacial adhesion and hence the mechanical properties of the tetra‐component blends occurred. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The influences of styrene–butadiene–styrene (SBS) copolymer compatibilizer and compounding process on the electrical conduction and thermal stabilities of carbon black (CB)‐filled immiscible polypropylene (PP)/polystyrene (PS) (1/1) blends were investigated. The immiscible CB/PP/PS composite with CB homogeneously located in the PS phase exhibited the highest resistivity and the fastest variation amplitudes of electrical resistivity (ρ) and rheological parameters upon annealing. An optimal content of 5 vol% SBS could significantly lower ρ of the composites by partially trapping CB particles in the PP/PS interfacial region and by reducing the phase size. The compatibilizer markedly slowed down the variation amplitudes of ρ and rheological parameters and the phase coalescence of the composites submitted to thermal annealing. The (SBS/CB)/PP/PS composite with CB located at the PP/PS interface and in the PP phase prepared by blending a (SBS/CB) masterbatch with PP and PS exhibited lower ρ and better thermal stability in comparison with the CB/SBS/PP/PS composite with CB mainly within the PS phase and partially at the PP/PS interface prepared by direct blending. 本文介绍废报纸粉填充聚丙烯(PP)的研制。通过在体系中加入高分子偶联剂马来酸酐(MAH)接枝PP(MAPP)来改善纸粉与PP基体的相容性,并针对纸粉填充后材料变脆的问题,用乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)对材料进行增韧,均取得显著的效果。所制材料的纸粉填充量(质量分数)可高达50%~60%,价廉、质轻、其主要性能好于桑塔纳轿车用木粉填充PP板,可望有较好的应用前景。当纸粉填充量(质量分数)为40%~50%时,主要性能:弯曲强度69.01~74.83MPa,杨氏弯曲模量2640~2996MPa,冲击强度13.25~13.50kJ/m2。  相似文献
