基于RBF神经网络的生产线控制方案,采用Matlab搭建实验仿真平台对温度控制系统进行实验设计,并对控制系统进行验证分析。仿真结果表明:基于RBF神经网络塑料成型生产线温度控制系统具有较好的抗干扰性、稳定性,控制系统能够有效满足于控制需求,在塑料成型生产线温度控制中,恒定性和鲁棒性控制效果良好。基于RBF神经网络塑料成型生产线温度控制系统能更大程度上提高系统智能化水平与温度控制精度,提升产品质量。  相似文献

An image analysis technique has been developed to measure diameter and thickness distribution of a parison during the extrusion stage in blow molding. The system operates on-line during extrusion on any commercial blow-molding machine. The system has been developed to help development of new blow-molding resins by increasing our understanding of the connection between polymer structure and parison shape. The system can also be used for die design during optimization of a production process. The combined use of experimental design and multivariate projection techniques makes this an efficient tool for the practical processing engineer. Experiments done on three high-density polyethylene blow-molding resins show the importance of measuring the time dependence of the diameter and thickness distribution under different extrusion conditions for a given polymer. Our results show that many of the swell and sag related properties we see cannot be directly inferred from standard laboratory swell-experiments.  相似文献

A new processing system for the extrusion of microcellular polymer sheets is presented. Specifically, the detailed design of a shaping and cell growth control system is discussed in the context of an overall extrusion system design with particular emphasis on the system level functional requirements of cell nucleation, cell growth, and shaping. The principle of the basic extrusion system design is to shape a nucleated polymer/gas solution flow under pressure and accurate temperature control. In this way, the initial cell growth is controlled so as to prevent degradation of the nucleated cell density during shaping. Two foaming die designs for satisfying the initial shaping and cell growth requirements are presented. Critical experiments are then presented which verified the concept of shaping a nucleated polymer/gas solution. Moreover, these experiments demonstrated the feasibility of the overall microcellular polymer sheet extrusion system design.  相似文献

A method of on-line robust control based on an external loop was proposed. The control structure was set up by adding an external loop to the conventional feedback control system. A filter was implemented in the external loop for robust control. Design of the filter was based on a robust stability index (RSI) which was on-line determined. The design and implementation of a computer-based system which integrates planning and plant control of batch chemical plants is presented. Such a system is required so that the full benefits of computer-aided operation, increased production, improved product quality and reduced operating costs may be realized. A functional analysis of the operational requirements of batch plants indicate that a hierarchical and distributed system is favoured. A new operational activity, batch management, is defined which provides the necessary integration by coordinating the activities of the planning and control levels. Batch management allows the control level activities to be driven by events at the planning level such as changes in product demands. It also provides a feedback path from the control level back up to the planning level so that the inherent variability of batch processes can be accounted for and overcome. This is achieved by dynamic, on-line rescheduling. A very general implementation of this design is described. The implementation is centred around a real-time database and permits the operation of a wide range of processes including multiproduct, multipurpose plants with both serial and parallel lines, intermediate storage, shared utilities, etc. To demonstrate its effectiveness, two applications are presented, one in conjunction with an on-line, real-time control system, and the other with an off-line discrete event simulator. The significant benefits achieved in terms of improved operation are discussed.  相似文献

A mathematical model was developed to predict the dynamic behavior of flowrate and melt temperature in a plasticating extruder caused by changes in operating variables such as screw speed, back pressure and barrel temperature. The model has application for on-line computer control of an extrusion process or for simulation purposes off-line.
