赣南钨矿山资源状况调查与思考

通过赣南钨矿山资源调查,反映钨矿山资源状况不容乐观。据地质报告中统计,赣南累计探明WO3储量149.98万t,其中上平衡表113.67万t,而保有储量仅有46.7万t;国有钨矿山保有储量26.4万t,可利用的储量10.4万t,可服务年限大都在10a以下。因此,建议尽快对赣南的国有钨矿山开展新一轮的地质找矿,寻找新的接替基地,控制钨矿产量,对尾砂综合回收和利用。     

钨及钴冶炼高氨氮废液处理的实践

有色金属冶炼中产生的大量废水中含有高浓氨氮、高浓盐类、重金属元素等污染物,必须妥善处置。文章结合某钨冶炼企业及某钴冶炼企业中对高氨氮废液的治理实践,探讨了采用四效降膜蒸发法及兼氧生化+好氧生化法组合工艺治理该类废液的途径。采用该方法可有效的解决含硫酸铵或氯化铵工业废液蒸发过程中能耗过高、设备腐蚀等技术难点,可实现废液达标排放或完全回用;年处理30万t高氨氮废液,可回收2万t硫酸铵及0.2万t氯化铵,实现氨氮废液的资源化。

宽板坯结晶器铜板的磨损原因分析与改进

本文分析了影响板坯连铸机结晶器宽面铜板磨损的主要因素,通过改进铜板表面镀层和足辊的支撑方式,并采用二次上线的使用制度,应用后取得较好的效果,减轻了铜板的磨损,结晶器的过钢量由4万吨提高到7万吨以上。     

从烟化炉渣中回收镓的研究概况

韶关冶炼厂每年产鼓风(烟化)炉水淬渣15万t，其中含Ga30—40t，铁4万t左右，且历年堆放水淬渣近200万t，含Ga达400～500t，以现价计，高达十数亿人民币。韶冶开发部及其它科研院所的科研工作者对韶冶镓回收做了大量的工作。主要以以下四种方法为主：高温氯化挥发法、全湿法流程回收镓、碱熔-浸出法、还原熔炼-电解法等。其中以还原熔炼-电解法的各项指标较为理想，并通过工业试验证明该方案是可行的。
