高职《公差配合与技术测量》课程改革初探

阐述了公差与技术测量课程教学存在的问题及课程改革的基本思路,提出了将基础公差融入<机械设计基础>课程,独立开设实验课程<专门化公差与技术测量>等举措.

对目前国内普遍使用的真比冲击试样V型缺口公差带放大图的角度公差带宽度进行了分析和计算，结果发现，这些的公差带放大留给出的实际角度公差并不符合国家标准GB／T229－1884金属夏比冲击试验方法的规定要求。为此，提出了改进绘制的方法。

AutoCAD中尺寸公差的自动标注

AutoCAD提供了两种尺寸标注方式,一种是用text命令手动标注方式,另一种是通过对话框设定参数标注的自动标注方式。用text命令手动标注时不仅速度慢,而且容易出错;通过对话框设定参数标注时,每个不同的公差值都要设定一次。这些方法在标注时都需要翻阅设计手册,给设计带来很大的不便。笔者利用Autolisp语言编写了一个公差自动标注的程序,不必翻阅设计手册,只需选择基本尺寸和公差带代号即可自动标注尺寸公差,可大大提高公差标注的速度。

Gestational exposure to chlorpyrifos: apparent protection of the fetus?

Advances in endoscopic instrumentation and techniques offer new alternatives for safe and effective treatment of urethral strictures. Visual internal urethrotomy, the standard treatment modality, is associated with new scar formation with stricture recurrence. This experience has led to the investigation of alternative techniques which would avoid or ameliorate this result. This article reviews the current literature and discusses these newer approaches, including balloon dilatation, laser urethrotomy, endoscopic urethroplasty, "cut to the light" and "core through" procedures, and urethral wallstent implantation.     

Microleakage of dentin-bonded crowns placed with different luting materials

This review defines the term "compound allergy" in the context of new findings, and discusses evidence that allergenic reaction products have been identified. Material was gathered by searching Index Medicus and the Science Citation Index, and reviewing several standard texts. Issues regarding the validity of patch test results are addressed and we introduce the term "pseudocompound allergy" to cover cases of false-negative patch tests. We present new theories regarding the mechanisms by which new allergens are formed and a means of classification.

国家军用标准《航空操纵用钢丝绳规范》的制定

分析了国内用于航空领域的钢丝绳产品标准现状,介绍了起草制定国家军用标准《航空操纵用钢丝绳规范》的必要性、可行性以及标准的主要编制内容和与现有标准的区别。指出现行行业标准生产的产品远远满足不了目前为武器装备科研生产配套所需钢丝绳产品的结构规格、强度、韧性(扭转和弯曲)、疲劳寿命以及伸长率等性能指标的要求。新标准将目前为军工航空领域配套的产品结构规格均纳入到《航空操纵用钢丝绳规范》军用标准中,也整合了有关产品的技术协议和企业内部标准等内容,可以最大限度地满足航空领域军工装备产品的需求。

利用引进的成套热处理设备,通过大量试验和研究,开发出“常化 控制冷却”,“常化 控制冷却 回火”的新工艺,解决了专用钢常规热处理后强度大幅度降低而无法达标的难题,为拓展设备功能和提高专用钢综合性能开辟了途径。     

Standard errors for short forms of Wechsler's Intelligence Scales with deviant subjects.

Demonstrates that the standard error of estimate of a short form of the WAIS—R or WISC—R for the standardization sample is an excellent approximation to the standard error of a predicted IQ for a "new" S (i.e., one that was not in the standardization sample). This approximation holds even if that S is markedly deviant (i.e., a high- or low-scoring individual). The more extreme the S's score, the more prone the IQ prediction is to error, but the accuracy of prediction also depends on the sample size. The illusion of mental health.

Argues that researchers' reliance on "objective" mental health scales and disregard for clinical judgment has led to many mistaken conclusions. Specifically, standard mental health scales appear unable to distinguish between genuine mental health and the facade or illusion of mental health created by psychological defenses. Evidence is presented indicating that (1) many people who look healthy on standard and mental health scales are not psychologically healthy and (2) illusory mental health (based on defensive denial of distress) has psychological costs and may be a risk factor for medical illness. Clinical judges could distinguish genuine from illusory mental health, whereas "objective" mental health scales could not. The findings call into question the conclusions of many previous studies that rest on standard mental health scales. They suggest new ways of understanding how psychological factors may influence health. Finally, they suggest that clinical methods (which researchers often malign) may have an important role to play in meaningful mental health research. 我国钢铁工业现行排放标准存在的问题与修订建议

环境标准是环境管理工作的核心,是数字化的环境法规,具有明显的投资导向作用。根据我国钢铁工业的发展形势并结合新出台的《钢铁产业发展政策》,对我国钢铁工业污染物排放标准存在的问题和新标准的修订谈了一些看法。     

地下管道阴极保护电位测量

地下管道阴极保护电位测量，是阴极保护中最重要的一个参数测定。研制的“地下金属物阴极保护状况测量装置”，能有效地克服一般测量所受到的“IR”降影响，可获得准确的测量结果。该装置不仅可完全代替“地表参比法”和“近参比法”，而且对地电场的影响也具有很强的抗干扰能力。该装置特别适合于类似市区路面复杂地段的电位测量，可在市区阴极保护中推广使用。
