Novel double-layer delivery devices based on soy protein derived materials were designed and produced using an innovative two material co-injection moulding technique. It was demonstrated that the viscosity ratio between core and skin layer materials played an important role in the formation of the interfacial shape, namely the skin thickness and uniformity of the bi-materials. The adequate selection of the materials used and the optimisation of the respective processing conditions enabled an accurate control of the relative thickness of the layers of the device. The preliminary results confirmed the potential of these systems to achieve a controlled drug delivery.  相似文献

Methodology of designing flexible chemical engineering processes, apparatuses, and systems, which form prerequisites of efficient process control and automation was proposed, and the multistage iteration procedure of solving the problems of the integrated design of flexible automated chemical engineering systems (CESs) was formalized. A method of calculating the structural parameters and regime variables (optimal tasks for the controllers of a system of automatic stabilization (SAS)) that provide the optimal (from the viewpoint of energy- and resource saving and product quality) and safe operation of chemical engineering processes, apparatuses, and systems for the technological equipment implementation of chemical engineering systems has been developed.  相似文献

指出了目前使用的去离子水生产装置存在的问题,如树脂结块、再生不完全、水的流动阻力大、出水的电导率较高、出水量小等。通过使用发现其在设计制造方面还不完善,在去离子水的生产和操作过程中还存在着很大的盲目性.在观察、实验、使用的基础上提出了解决这些问题的方法,对去离子水生产装置进行了补充设计,使出水品质和出水量大大提高,装置的功能更趋完善,自动化程度加强,操作简单,使用方便。  相似文献

通过搭建惯性分离装置测试平台,结合相关检测设备的数据采集,进行某型惯性除雾器的性能分析。实验发现,两通道折流惯性分离装置的分离效率与液滴直径成正比。对于微小粒径5~10μm的液滴分离效果不佳,风速对分离效率的影响不大。对于30μm以上的液滴分离效果较好,效率整体超过80%。系统进出口压降损失方面,粒径的变化相对于整个装置可以近似忽略,不同粒径条件下压降曲线变化基本相同,风速是压降变化的主要影响变量。为突破小粒径液滴分离效果不佳的限制,分别从板间距、底面高度及板型等方面入手,分析不同尺寸参数条件下分离效率与压降的变化规律。计算结果表明,板间距数值越大,分离效率越低,系统压降越小;底面高度与效率变化并不是总体相关,存在波动并呈现局部相关性;高度增加到30mm时达到最佳,系统压降也较小;通道级数越多,分离效率越高,但压降增加较大;流线型壁面分离效果较好,控制压降的能力也较强。  相似文献

In this study, a 16 runs Taguchi method was applied as an experimental design to establish the optimum conditions for hydrogel nanoparticle preparation. Five relevant factors, chitosan (CS) concentration, pentasodium tripolyphosphate (TPP) concentration, CS‐to‐TPP volume ratio, addition time of the TPP solution to the CS solution, and temperature, were selected as the main determinants, and the effects of each factor on the size of the hydrogel nanoparticles were studied at four levels. The statistical analysis revealed that the most important factors contributing to the achievement of minimum particle size were the CS‐to‐TPP volume ratio and the CS concentration. By solving a set of equations derived from the differentiation of the final model, we established the optimum conditions for hydrogel nanoparticle preparation as follows: CS concentration = 0.28% w/v, TPP concentration = 3.17% w/v, TPP/CS = 1 : 8, temperature = 25.66°C, and addition time of the TPP solution to the CS solution = 0.4 min. Also, an analysis of response at the different levels of the factors indicated that there was no remarkable interaction between them. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. 光流体学可以将光催化反应与微流控技术结合,大幅提高光利用率和反应速率,实现对光催化水处理的高效强化,其中微反应器结构的设计与优化是研究重点之一。首先利用流体力学模拟分析优化通道级数,设计了5级树状通道平板反应器。进而,通过调控通道高度,研究不同高度的微通道对其光催化性能的影响。研究发现50 μm微反应器的降解性能及连续操作性能均优于100 μm。同时以亚甲基蓝为模拟废水对微反应器及釜式反应器的反应动力学、微反应器污染问题、连续操作性能等进行研究。研究表明,微反应器在不同流速下对亚甲基蓝均能实现连续高效降解,降解率远高于釜式反应器。当流速为55 μl/min时对5×10-5 mol/L亚甲基蓝可达到95%的降解率并保持较好的连续操作性能及重复使用性能。  相似文献

In this study, dynamic interfacial tension data are obtained with a drop volume tensiometer at the mineral oil-water interface for Triton X-100 dissolved in the water phase, and for Span 80 dissolved in the oil phase. Surfactant adsorption is modelled under diffusion-controlled conditions using either long or short diffusion time approximations. A dimensionless parameter relating adsorption time, ta, to a characteristic diffusion time of each surfactant, tD, is introduced in order to determine the general applicability of the diffusion approximations. In the case of Triton X-100, the long time approximation is valid, and the ratio of taD is found to be much greater than one. In the case of Span 80, the short time approximation provides a good fit to the experimental data, and the ratio taD is found to be on the order of unity or less. A consideration of experimental data found in the literature for other surfactants leads to the general conclusion that the ratio taD is useful in characterising diffusion-controlled adsorption of surfactants.  相似文献

新型干法水泥生产技术代表着国际水泥工业发展的最新水平。大力推进新型干法水泥技术创新和设计优化,是全国水泥工业控制总量、优化结构、淘汰落后的重大举措。国家建材局于今年9月在海螺集团召开了全国新型干法水泥技术创新、优化设计会议,乔龙德副局长在会上作了十分重要的讲话。今年10月在华新水泥集团举行的全国第四届悬浮预热和预分解窑技术经验交流会也就技术创新和设计优化进行了深入的研讨。会议由国家建材局科教委主任、原副局长黄书谋同志致开幕词,新型干法水泥生产技术研究会理事长曹辰同志作总结报告,局科教委副主任陈全德、李涛平同志分别作主报告和重要发言。现将乔龙德、黄书谋。曹辰、李涛平同志讲话和论文,以及本刊主编田桢同志的会议发言发表于下。自下期起,本刊在“大力推进新型干法水泥技术创新和设计优化专栏”中还将继续发表陈全德同志以及其他专家的论文并开展讨论,欢迎广大水泥工作者踊跃投稿,各抒己见,共同推进新型干法水泥技术创新和设计优化。  相似文献

The recent history of planar reinforced plastic resins, including glass flake, high modulus ceramic flake, and continuous vapor coated film composites, is reviewed. The theoretical mechanics of both continuous (film) and discontinuous (flake and ribbon) reinforcements are summarized in simple form. A novel set of design curves is presented from which the lower bound requirements for the flake composite constitutents may be read directly. At the same time, the dependence of the composite ultimate strength on the shear strength of the plastic resin matrix is demonstrated. The mechanical properties of experimental film and flake composites representative of recent work are reported and compared with the theoretical predictions. In conclusion, the potential of planar reinforced plastic resin composites is discussed and found to be significant for applications where low weight and high isotropic stiffness are required, for example in aero-structural, airfoil, or blade components.  相似文献

In this paper, we present planar mesa termination structure with high k dielectric Al2O3 for high-voltage diamond Schottky barrier diode. Analysis, design, and optimization are carried out by simulations using finite element technology computer-aided design (TCAD) Sentaurus Device software. The performances of planar mesa termination structure are compared to those of conventional field plate termination structure. It is found that optimum geometry of planar mesa terminated diode requires shorter metal plate extension (1/3 of the field plate terminated diode). Consequently, planar mesa terminated diode can be designed with bigger Schottky contact to increase its current carrying capability. Breakdown performance of field plate termination structure is limited at 1480 V due to peak electric field at the corner of Schottky contact (no oxide breakdown occurs). In contrast, peak electric field in planar mesa termination structure only occurs in the field oxide such that its breakdown performance is highly dependent on the oxide material. Due to Al2O3 breakdown, planar mesa termination structure suffers premature breakdown at 1440 V. Considering no oxide breakdown occurs, planar mesa termination structure can realize higher breakdown voltage of 1751 V. Therefore, to fully realize the potential of planar mesa terminated diode, it is important to choose suitable high k dielectric material with sufficient breakdown electric field for the field oxide.  相似文献

我院是水泥工业和非金属矿工业甲级设计研究院,现有职工550人,其中专业技术人员450人,按照ISO9001国际标准建立了质量保证体系,并获得正式认证,建设了原料试验室和计算机局域网,基本实现了设计工作全部计算机化。1996年以来,开展了60多项国内外水泥工程设计,同时完成了21条水泥生产线的调试,其中新型干法生产线13条,湿磨干烧生产线1条,国外工程1项。这些项目投产后都收到了良好的效果。  相似文献
