在虚拟企业环境下,制定基于盟主与合作伙伴协商的项目规划不仅要考虑任务时间与工期的可行性,而且要关注工期费用。在分析虚拟企业项目协商规划的工期与费用的不确定性的基础上,提出了多属性工期一费用随机项目模型,以及工期一费用部分并行协商规划算法,以期望工期费用为优化目标,结合示例阐述其计算过程。最后针对模具生产的特点,对模具虚拟企业的项目进行仿真规划,仿真结果表明了这一方法的有效性和可靠性。 相似文献

In this paper, an agent-based approach with a mutual influencing, many-issue, one-to-many-party, strategic negotiation model
is proposed. The model concentrates on solving the dynamic scheduling problem of a distributed project for non-cooperative
and self-interested participants. In this model, the self-interested activity agents possess various negotiation tactics and
strategies formed by their respective owner’s subjective preference, aim to find the contract of schedule adjustment mutually
acceptable to respective participant’s acquaintance while encountering conflicts over rescheduling settlement. In order to
find fitting negotiation tactics and strategies that are optimally adapted for each activity agent, an evolutionary computation
approach which encodes the parameters of tactics and strategies of an agent as genes in GAs is also addressed. In the final,
a prototype system with a case of a distributed project for dynamic scheduling discussed in researches is simulated to validate

On the basis of an analysis of the differences between virtual and traditional enterprise including the disadvantages of traditional enterprise, this article addresses the issues of information security and the impact of concurrent events. Because the Internet is an open network, some of the major issues for a virtual enterprise are that they are susceptible to attacks and that concurrent tasks impact each other. We propose a security-based agent for building a safeguard for a virtual enterprise to protect its information, and to reasonably distribute tasks to cooperative objects to solve the issue of concurrent events. 为解决模具虚拟企业资源受限的多项目调度问题,提出了多项目调度的数学模型。在此基础上采用了一种混合遗传算法的求解方法,该方法分两个阶段进行:先采用优先规则启发式方法产生一组可行解,该过程可视为遗传算法解的初始化;然后对这组可行解采用遗传算法进行优化,以得到次优解或者近似最优解。最后通过实际算例所得结果并与其他方法的比较分析验证了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

In this paper, a scheduling system of manufacturing resources for a virtual enterprise is built up based on grid technology.
The scheduling system is composed of an exterior grid and an interior grid in the architecture, while the scheduling procedure
of manufacturing resources in a virtual enterprise consists of two stages – distributed scheduling and local scheduling. The
exterior grid is utilized to implement the distributed scheduling and the interior grid is used to accomplish the local scheduling.
This paper illustrates the manufacturing system of a virtual enterprise based on an exterior grid and the manufacturing subsystem
of a member enterprise based on an interior grid. Subsequently, the scheduling procedure of manufacturing resources within
the virtual enterprise is described for a particular example. Finally, a case of collaborative production of a customized
artificial joint (CAJ) in a virtual enterprise is applied to demonstrate the implementation of the scheduling system of manufacturing
resources for the virtual enterprise. With grid technology, the efficiency of manufacturing resource scheduling in the virtual

This paper examines the feasibility of using the IEEE 802.11b protocol for wireless networked control systems (NCSs). The
IEEE 802.11b protocol is not suitable for industrial networking because the medium access control method is contention-based
CSMA/CA, which exhibits unstable performance with an unbounded delay distribution under heavy traffic. To avoid these limitations,
we present a four-layer architecture for IEEE 802.11b based on the network driver interface specification (NDIS) combined
with a virtual scheduling algorithm. We compared the performance of the NDIS-based wireless NCS to that of a conventional
wireless NCS. Experimental results showed that the NDIS-based four-layer architecture for IEEE 802.11b is a very promising

在分析制造网格、计算网格和网络化制造之间差异的基础上,探讨了面向制造网格的应用平台及虚拟企业 建模等问题。首先,分析了制造网格和网络化制造在资源组织和应用模式上存在的差异,提出一种面向制造网格 的应用框架;其次,研究了制造网格相对于计算网格所具有的多变业务目标、多级资源共享、资源服务的提供和 结果提交的在线和离线混合方式的特点,形成了制造网格的应用内涵;然后,在剖析计算网格、基于资源服务的 制造网格以及应用程序等基础上,形成了从业务链、资源服务链到网格节点链的处理过程,并最终导出了面向制 造网格应用的虚拟企业的组织模型。最后,通过对问题的量化描述了应用平台的处理过程和算法。上述研究对于 推动制造网格的应用和虚拟企业的组织建模具有积极的意义。 相似文献

针对制定订单式小批量生产计划问题,提出了一种使用动态随机投入产出函数来制定多目标生产计划的方法。针对生产调度问题,提出了联合使用最长加工时间优先(LPT)与遗传算法(GA)的混合遗传算法(HGA)来求解混合流水线的调度,并给出了一种新的编码方法,选择了相应的交叉和变异方法。研究结果表明,该计划制造方法能较好地满足订单型企业的随机性要求,而且生产计划编制效率高。该编码方法在保证染色体合法性的同时也保证了算法本身的随机性。某轧辊厂的实际案例分析结果也验证了所提出的订单型企业多目标生产计划的制定及其调度方法的可行性。 相似文献
