东南电化股份有限公司热电厂两台CG-35/5.29MXD循环流化床锅炉,从投产后运行情况来看,锅炉的低温过热器和省煤器磨损严重,为此,我们从锅炉布置结构分析,找出低温过热器和省煤器磨损的主要原因,并提出了减轻磨损的措施,经运行实践证明,改造效果好,取得较好经济效益。  相似文献

根据Turow电厂OP-650—b型锅炉的几年运行经验可知,锅炉管子的飞灰磨损已是波兰发电机组中的突出问题。该电厂燃用褐煤,平均发热量为1900大卡/公斤,灰分为25%,但经常出现发热量下降至1300~1500大卡/公斤,而灰分上升到30%的现象。当煤的水分是50%时,这就意味着干燥煤的灰分达50%,在发热量低的煤中甚至达60%。省煤器运行15000小时(约2.5年)后首次爆管。飞灰对管子的最大磨损发生在锅炉后墙附近,主要在对流过热器和省煤器上排  相似文献

以某电厂1 000MW燃煤机组锅炉低温省煤器为研究对象,利用CFD(计算流体力学)软件进行数值模拟省煤器入口烟气流场,通过对烟道结构、导流板数量、位置及尺寸优化设计来改善流场的均匀性。模拟结果表明:优化设计可以明显改善烟气流场的均匀性,减少低温省煤器的飞灰磨损,在BMCR(锅炉最大蒸发量)工况下,锅炉省煤器三个烟道理论最大磨损速度可分别降低了20.76%、51.45%和87.65%。  相似文献

The possibilities for attracting investments of carbon funds to implement solar energy thermal projects using solar collectors under the Clean Development Mechanism are analyzed. Air pollution problems caused from the development of infrastructures are getting serious, in which air flow is reduced and heat is trapped among high-rise buildings. In order to mitigate these problems, various methods have been developed in previous studies. Extensive green roof has been identified as one of the most important means to mitigate these problems and implement sustainable development principles in the building features. Governments world-wide have been introducing various policies and regulations for promoting extensive green roof particularly for building projects. However, the existing buildings in many large cities such as Hong Kong display few extensive green roof features. Hong Kong is one of the most densely populated cities with many high-rise buildings. This paper examines the major barriers encountered in promoting extensive green roof systems for the existing buildings in Hong Kong. Case study approach is adopted to investigate how and why the barriers can hinder the implementation of extensive green roof features. Research results show that lack of promotion and incentives from governments and the increase maintenance cost are identified as the top barriers to the implementation. The paper concludes by providing further suggestions and actions that can help mitigate these existing barriers.  相似文献

在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下利用S函数,开发了太阳电池板的仿真模型,其通用性较强,仿真速度快.该模型可以模拟不同太阳辐射度、环境温度、以及不同串并联连接时的光伏阵列Ⅰ-Ⅴ特性,与实际太阳电池的工作特性非常接近,在光伏系统的理论分析和工程设计中能提供很大的方便.提出了一种基于微扰并网电流的最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)控制算法,并对此MPVT算法进行了验证和测试.  相似文献

It is believed that the successful implementation of the Antenna Solar Energy Conversion (ASEC) to the commercial level would revolutionize the solar energy utilization. Screening suitable materials and technologies by analyzing potential pros and cones all the way to commercial level would conserve much time and resources. Here carbon nanotube (CNT) known as the material of the 21st century is evaluated concerning many aspects to implement ASEC concept. Thermomechanical and electrical properties of CNT as regards to ASEC, interaction of CNT and CNT arrays with optical spectrum and existing and future CNT technologies that have the potential to overcome possible future obstacles are discussed. The promotion of the energy security condition is one of the main aim of the cooperation between ASEAN and EU within the Plan of Action 2018-2022. The implementation of a regional integrated energy market among Southeast Asian countries will be the main driver to realize the ASEAN Economic Community, providing regular energy supplies (without disruptions) in order to meet the growing energy demand which will support the expected economic growth in the ASEAN region.We can observe that ASEAN and EU share the same approach in terms of diversification of the energy mix and the development of a regional energy grid, mainly fuelled with renewable sources (RES): as a matter of fact, the project to create an ASEAN Power Grid follows the EU attempt to create an EU-Mediterranean electricity ring, developing regional interconnections and producing “clean electricity” through RES (mainly solar and wind). Moreover, ASEAN initiatives to increase energy interconnectivity through the implementation of the Trans-ASEAN Gas Pipeline and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) regasification terminals are conceived as a way to reduce their dependence on coal (using gas as a transit fuel) as well the promotion of clean coal technologies.The aim of this paper is to analyse the potential evolution of this ASEAN-EU cooperation in the energy field and how sharing best practices and promoting a bilateral dialogue will support ASEAN countries to enhance a long-term renewable energy cooperation. ASEAN has set a target of securing 23 percent of its primary energy from renewable sources by 2025 and the EU initiatives and policies on RES (which accounts for 17 percent of energy consumed and 30 percent of the energy mix necessary to produce electricity) will be an interesting framework to work together on the achievement of the common goal of combating climate change.  相似文献
