将普通片状石墨粉末经过氧化处理后,先进行化学镀铜再进行化学镀银。给出了各工艺的规范,分析了各工艺的影响因素,测试了镀层性能。结果表明,添加了银包石墨粉末的硅橡胶,其体积电阻率为2.0×10–4Ω·cm,在低频区的屏蔽效能为75dB,是一种良好的电磁屏蔽导电填料。 相似文献

以涤纶织物为基材,对其化学镀铜后再化学镀镍–磷合金镀层。探讨了化学镀Ni–P合金工艺各因素对镀金属织物导电性和增重率的影响,通过正交试验优化了化学镀Ni–P合金工艺,并对镀Cu/Ni–P合金织物的结合牢度、耐蚀性和电磁屏蔽效能进行了表征。结果表明,涤纶基铜层表面化学镀Ni–P合金镀层的最优配方和工艺为:NiS O4·6H2O 26 g/L,Na H2PO2·H2O 24 g/L,Na3C6H5O730 g/L,Na2B4O7·10H2O 6 g/L,温度80°C,p H 11,时间25 min。最优工艺下制备的镀铜/镍–磷织物的结合强度高,耐腐蚀性和电磁屏蔽性能良好。 相似文献

采用化学镀法在玻璃纤维织物(GFF)上制备出镀镍玻璃纤维织物(Ni/GFF),将Ni/GFF作为导电填料与环氧树脂(EP)复合,制备了镀镍玻璃纤维织物/环氧树脂复合材料(Ni/GFF/EP)。对还原剂浓度、主盐液浓度、氨水浓度、化学镀反应时间等工艺参数对Ni/GFF导电性的影响进行研究,优化了化学镀工艺。研究了GFF镀镍改性对复合材料力学性能的影响以及Ni/GFF复合环氧树脂前后的屏蔽效能。结果表明,Ni/GFF/EP复合材料的体积电阻率为5.06×10~(-3)Ω·cm,弯曲强度为230 MPa,冲击强度为11.56 kJ·m~(-2),屏蔽效能为67 dB~77 dB。 相似文献

以聚苯胺/涤纶为柔性基材,通过化学镀Ni–Fe合金制备了对电磁波具有高吸收低反射的Ni–Fe/PANI/PET复合织物。研究了预镀镍时间、化学镀Ni–Fe合金时间及其镀液中Ni2+与Fe2+的质量浓度比对Ni–Fe/PANI/PET复合织物电导率、电磁屏蔽性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:先预镀镍40 min,再在Ni2+与Fe2+的质量浓度比为4∶1、总质量浓度为10 g/L的条件下化学镀Ni–Fe合金40 min,所得复合织物的电导率最高为103 S/cm,力学性能良好。此外,Ni–Fe/PANI/PET复合织物在0.03~3 000 MHz波段表现出高吸收低反射的电磁屏蔽性能。 相似文献

Photoluminescence (PL) of rare earth ion-doped glasses could be enhanced by diverse Ag species such as Ag+ ions, Ag+-Ag+ pairs, Ag nano-clusters (NCs), and Ag nanoparticles (NPs). Selective preparation of silver species in rare earth ion-doped glasses is a crucial step to obtain the luminescence enhancement of rare earth ions caused by the different silver species. In this work, Ag+ ions and Ag NCs were selectively prepared in the Sm3+-doped borosilicate glass via the Ag+-Na+ ion exchange. The influence of AgNO3/NaNO3 ratio in the molten salt on the Ag existing states was investigated. The results demonstrate that the isolated Ag+ ions exist in the Sm3+-doped borosilicate glass when the ratio of AgNO3/NaNO3 is 1/1000. The Ag NCs are formed in the Sm3+-doped borosilicate glass when the AgNO3/NaNO3 ratio is 1/10. The influence of Ag+ ions or Ag NCs on the PL of Sm3+ was systematically investigated. The results show that the PL of Sm3+ was enhanced by the energy transfer from Ag+ ions or Ag NCs to Sm3+. 相似文献

In contrast to extensive literature concerning Ag incorporation in hydroxyapatite, HA, while the phosphate approximated to stoichiometry of Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, with added Ag has been precipitating from an aqueous solution, the paper presents Ag incorporation through Ag ion infusion from AgNO3 solution into solid HA pressed in pellet and ignited at 800°C. After Ag ions infused into the HA‐solid (crossed the interfacial solution‐solid boundary), they diffused across the crystal structure to a depth of time‐dependent several mm. The path of Ag diffusion in the solid HA was recorded using SEM‐EDS point analyses of Ag, Ca, P, EDS‐linear analyses of those elements, and elemental mapping. Time‐dependent concentrations of Ag+, Ca2+, and PO43? in AgNO3 solutions were also analyzed. The appearance of Ag in the crystalline HA with simultaneous local depletion in Ca and phosphate recorded as P, observed by EDS with simultaneous appearance of Ca2+ and PO43? ions and a decrease in Ag+ concentration in AgNO3 solution led the authors to a conclusion that Ag+ for Ca2+ substitution supported by PO43? charge balancing in the crystalline HA was in process. The HA particles in the section of the pellet without Ag had a uniform shape and size approximated to 300–400 nm. SEM image of the HA solid section, where Ag ions appeared was characterized by irregular aggregates of smaller crystals with sporadically present large, shaped in prism blocks identified by the XRD as Ag3PO4. 相似文献

Silver nanoparticles were prepared by removing silica from mesoporous Ag/SBA-15 composites. The results of nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherms, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and UV–vis spectroscopy indicated that Ag nanoparticles existed in the pore channels of SBA-15. Ag nanoparticles with diameters in the range of 2.5–5.5 nm and a narrow size distribution were confirmed by atomic force microscope images and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. UV–vis spectroscopy showed a broad emission peak of Ag nanoparticles centered at ca. 438 nm. 相似文献

Transflective and highly conductive Ag/ITO/Ag multilayer films were prepared by magnetron sputtering on glass substrates. The microstructure and optical properties of Ag/ITO/Ag multilayer films were systematically investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. The optical properties of the multilayer films were significantly influenced by the thickness of the Ag surface layer from 3.0 to 12.6 nm. The multilayer film of Ag9.3nm/ITO142nm/Ag9.3nm shows the best comprehensive property. It could satisfy the requirement for transflective LCD. 相似文献

以控制中和水解法制备的锐钛矿型纳米TiO2为原料.在不同体系中,通过控制反应初始n(Ag):n(Ti),用直接光催化反应的方法制备了蚋米Ag/TiO2复合先催化剂,并且对产品进行了表征和分析.结果表明,Ag的改性能显著提高光催化效率,乙醇有机溶剂体系和水体系中制得的Ag/TiO2复合光催化剂的光催化活性相差不大,最佳n(Ag),n(Ti)为0.1%.同时与UV光相比在室内自然先作用下得到的Ag/TiO2复合光催化剂表现出更好的活性,40 min甲基橙先催化降解率比蚋米TiO2高约44%. 相似文献

Tb-doped ZrO2 nanotube arrays were first prepared by anodizing the Zr-Tb alloys, and then Ag modified Tb-doped ZrO2 nanotube arrays were obtained by loading Ag onto the Tb-doped ZrO2 nanotube arrays through a thermal decomposition and formaldehyde reduction method. The influences of modification of Ag nanoparticles and AgNO3 concentrations (0.0001, 0.001, 0.01?M) on the light absorption and photoluminescence (PL) properties were determined. Results show that Ag modified samples prepared by the thermal decomposition method exhibited a significant surface plasmon resonance(SPR) effect, and that the absorption and PL emission peaks were markedly enhanced. Compared to the Tb-doped ZrO2 nanotube arrays, the PL intensity of the sample prepared using the thermal decomposition method in 0.001?M AgNO3 solution was enhanced by 45.8%. The samples prepared by the formaldehyde reduction method displayed excessive deposition and oversizing of Ag particles, resulting in worsening of the properties of samples. 相似文献

CrMoSiCN/Ag coatings were deposited on Ti6Al4V alloys at the trimethylsilane flow of 15 sccm using closed-field unbalanced magnetron sputtering, and their microstructures were observed and analyzed using SEM, XRD, XPS and TEM, respectively. The coatings’ mechanical properties were measured using nano-indenter. The tribocorrosion characteristics of Ti6Al4V and CrMoSiCN/Ag coatings were investigated in seawater using tribocorrosion tester. The results revealed that the nanocomposite coatings consisted of (Cr, Mo)N solid solution, Ag nanocrystal and amorphous SiCNx matrix. As the Ag target current increased to 1.0 A, a large amount of Ag nanoparticles were observed on the coating surface. The coating hardness initially increased to 21.0 ± 0.7 GPa at the Ag target current of 0.4 A and then declined. After the Ag element was added into coatings, their tribocorrosion characteristics were improved. The tribocorrosion characteristics of coatings were much better than those of Ti6Al4V. The tribocorrosion characteristics of CrMoSiCN/Ag coating at the Ag target current of 1.0 A were the best in seawater. 相似文献
