利用光学显微镜及扫描电镜等手段分析了HRB400螺纹钢焊后拉伸试验出现的接头断裂原因。试验结果表明,接头处有部分未焊合是接头断裂的主要原因。通过严格执行焊接工艺,消除或减少影响未焊合的因素,能有效防止HRB400螺纹钢焊后拉伸接头断裂。 相似文献

采用普通电弧焊方法(手工电弧焊、二氧化碳气体保护焊、埋弧焊)对400MPa级超细晶粒钢进行焊接,并对不同工艺条件下的焊接接头进行了组织性能分析.研究结果表明:400MPa级超细晶粒钢电弧焊焊接接头热影响祆区存在着明显的晶粒长大现象;手工电弧焊和埋弧焊焊接接头性能明显下降,而二氧化碳气体保护焊焊接接头性能下降不明显.根据试验结果,实际生产中可以利用二氧化碳气体保护焊方法焊接400MPa级超细晶粒钢. 相似文献

Al-Mg(Sc,Zr)合金焊接接头组织与性能试验研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
对比了以Al-Mg及Al-Mg-Sc合金焊丝为填充材料,手工TIG法施焊的Al-Mg-(Sc,Zr)合金焊接接头微观组织特征及力学性能。结果表明,基材热影响区没有发生明显的再结晶现象,证明Al-Mg-(Sc,Zr)合金具有很强的抗焊接热软化能力;采用Al-Mg-Sc合金焊丝为填充材料时焊缝晶粒组织得到明显细化,提高了焊缝强度;熔合区形成的细小等轴晶层提高了基材与焊缝填充材料的结合力。采用Al-Mg及Al-Mg-Sc合金焊丝焊接时,Al-Mg-(Sc,Zr)焊接接头强度系数均大于0.90;但采用Al-Mg合金焊丝时,焊接接头屈服强度仅为188 N/mm2,而采用Al-Mg-Sc合金焊丝时,焊接接头屈服强度高达287 N/mm2,大大提高了Al-Mg-Sc合金焊接构件的许用强度。 相似文献

针对新型镍基铸造高温合金K447A和变形高温合金GH4169异种材料惯性摩擦焊工艺进行研究,对热处理后接头微观组织和高温力学性能进行试验分析,结果表明,K447A和GH4169惯性摩擦焊接头飞边成形良好,飞边根部无明显缺陷存在;接头焊缝区组织为完全再结晶组织,焊缝组织中的γ'和γ'相热处理后重新弥散析出,K447A侧仅形成了3 ~ 10 μm宽的再结晶区;通过接头高温力学性能试验,结果表明,接头高温拉伸和高温扭转性能断裂位置在K447A母材侧,400 ℃高周疲劳强度达到355 MPa. 在最大应力720 MPa,试验温度400 ℃条件下低周疲劳寿命均超过30 000次. 相似文献

AbstractWelding is employed to develop bonded joints with mechanical properties that draw near the parent material. Vibration welding has been applied to join pure and nanoclay filled linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). Ethylene maleic anhydride copolymer (PE‐g‐MA) is used as a compatibiliser in this study. High resolution transmission electron microscopic images showed the combination of exfoliation and intercalation of nanoclay platelets in LLDPE in the presence of a compatibiliser. The mechanical properties were studied for both the body part and the welded joints. The tensile strength and modulus of the body part for the nanoclay filled LLDPE in the presence of a compatibiliser were substantially improved. The welded joints of the same system showed better enhancement in the modulus. X‐ray diffraction analysis observed from the welded joints showed that the crystallite size of the nanoclay filled LLDPE composites in the presence of a compatibiliser was lower than that of nanocomposites in the absence of a compatibiliser. 相似文献

The arc welding of structured panels with a thickness of 0.7 mm with curvilinear welded joints is used as an example to show the solution of the direct task of heat conductivity by the source method.
