拉速变化对IF钢铸坯非金属夹杂物含量的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用原位统计分布分析仪(OPA)对IF钢连铸过程拉速变动对铸坯表层试样非金属夹杂物含量的影响进行了研究,发现在由较高拉速(1.4m/min)向低拉速(0.6m/min)变动时,对结晶器保护渣卷入的影响主要发生在降速初期,而随后的降速和低拉速下停止降速对铸坯表层试样夹杂物含量影响不大。当由较低拉速(0.6m/min)向高拉速(1.4m/min)变动时,对保护渣卷渣的影响主要发生在提升到高拉速后停止升速阶段,而低拉速时启动升速和随后均匀升速对铸坯夹杂物含量的影响不大。研究中还发现在较高拉速下(1.4m/min)即使较少量地变速,也会造成铸坯表层夹杂物含量的显著增加,因此在较高拉速时应避免对拉速进行变动或尽量采用低的拉速改变速率。采用数值模拟方法对拉速变化影响进行的研究结果同样表明,在较高拉速下发生的拉速变化,对结晶器内钢水流动有更显著的影响。 相似文献

通过从现场S20C中碳钢小方坯24 h连铸生产的结晶器液面波动和拉速波动数据,绘制了结晶器液面即时位置、液面波动曲线和拉速波动曲线,并用薄铁片测量了结晶器液渣层的厚度和形状。讨论了拉速波动对结晶器液面波动的影响。结果表明,结晶器液面波动随拉速的增加或降低而变剧烈,拉速变化在一定程度上影响了结晶器液面波动,但不是惟一的影响因素。 相似文献

为降低中间包尾坯判废率,预防中间包尾坯降拉速过程钢液卷渣,应用流体力学软件FLUENT,对尾坯降拉速过程进行优化,研究尾坯拉坯过程的拉速变化对钢厂3#板坯连铸机80 t中间包钢液紊流卷渣的影响。通过每次降拉速后的停留时间历程的湍动能时间跟踪曲线分析,确定了中间包尾坯降拉速优化方案。该方案在原方案基础上,将8 t铸余增加到10 t,缩短了各拉速下的持续拉坯时间,并将封顶操作从0.1 m/min提高到0.2 m/min,可减小尾坯卷渣的可能性和降低了生产成本,节约中间包尾坯降拉速总时间266.8 s和节约钢水量5.08 t。300mm×2000 mm 3#板坯连铸机采用优化操作后,每月尾坯废品总量从576.4 t降低到139.1t。 相似文献
