热轧F35MnV非调质钢在国内首次研制成功通过技术鉴定

承德钢铁厂与石家庄拖拉机厂联合研制的热轧F35MnV非调质钢,于1987年12月21日通过省级技术鉴定。热轧F35MnV非调质钢系国内首次研制成功。该新产品经质量检验,其机械性能、工艺性能、切削性能均能满足调质45钢的技术要求,可以代替调质碳结钢做轴类、杆类等另     

F40MnV非调质钢的热变形行为

 采用Gleeble 1500热模拟实验机对F40MnV非调质钢在温度为1 223~1 473 K,应变速率为01~10 s-1的热变形行为进行研究。通过奥氏体再结晶动力学回归计算得到了F40MnV钢的变形激活能,峰值应力和峰值应变与Zener Hollomon参数的关系表达式。同时,得到了F40MnV钢的动态再结晶动力学方程和动态再结晶晶粒尺寸的数学模型。     

F40MnV钢冷却曲线的现场测定及珠光体相变点判定方法研究

介绍了F40MnV钢在现场条件下珠光体相变点的测定及分析方法,可对非调质钢冷却工艺的控制提供控冷参考,以便获得最佳的组织和性能.     

微合金非调质钢低温化学热处理工艺性能的探讨

探讨了微合金非调质钢YF46MnV的N-C共渗和YF86MnV的S-N-C共渗的工艺性,并和45钢调质态和正火态作了比较。运用金相显微技术分析了微合金非调质钢低温化学热处理后的渗层性能,推荐了适合于非调质钢的低温化学热处理工艺。     

宝钢曲轴用非调质钢的生产与展望

在实验室研究的基础上，开发了屈服强度为520MPa级的曲轴用微合金化非调质钢48MnV。工业生产了6000余吨φ151mm大规格圆钢，其各项性能满足了用户要求。指出了宝钢曲轴用非调质钢开发和努力的方向。     

YF40MnV易切削非调质钢的试制

介绍了杭州钢铁集团公司试制YF40MnV易切削型非调质钢的情况。采用80t超高功率电弧炉冶炼,LF精炼处理及700×1/650×3三辊横列式轧机轧制,生产出的YF40MnV,其各项技术质量指标完全符合用户要求。采用高品位的硫铁作增硫剂及喂硫铁线工艺,是改进S含量控制的方向。

YF45MnV钢的性能与应用 YF45MnV钢是易切非调质钢,具有良好的机械性能和好的切削性能,两年来该厂先后试投四批铣床花键轴,共计1664件,投料近10t进行了生产验证。其结果是: 1.YF45MnV钢的切削性能介于45调质钢和45正火钢之间。 2.YF45MnV钢的疲劳性能优于45调质钢。 3.YF45MnV钢横截面硬度的均匀性良好。     

对48MnV曲轴用非调质钢的研究

采用60t氧气顶吹转炉冶炼、LF精炼、VD处理及连轧轧制生产的曲轴用非调质钢48MnV,各项技术指标均符合标准和用户要求;对48MnV钢的种特性进行了研究,为满足不同用户的使用要求提供技术保障。

48MnV非调质钢是较新型的节能钢,主要用于制造大功率柴油发动机曲轴,已经完全代替调质钢生产东风康明斯6BT发动机曲轴,获得了显著的经济效益和社会效益.现在采用该钢种制造载重卡车转向节,是拓宽48MnV应用范围的一次尝试.     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
