通过等体积浸渍法制备单贵金属Pt/γ-Al2O3和双金属Pt-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂,考察Ce对催化剂活性的影响,确定催化剂最优配比。结果表明,当Pt的负载量为质量分数0.5%时,Pt/γ-Al2O3催化活性最高;当Pt的负载量为质量分数0.2%,Ce的负载量为质量分数1.0%时,Pt-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂的催化活性最高。Pt-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂的甲苯转化率高于Pt/γ-Al2O3催化剂。随着Pt负载量增大,催化剂孔容、孔径减小。粉体式催化剂性能优于整体式催化剂,但差别不大;Ce的添加有助于催化剂活性的提升。  相似文献

采用柠檬酸络合法制备一系列不同铜铈比的Cu-Ce-O/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,用XRD、H2-TPR对其进行表征,采用连续固定床微反装置对Cu-Ce-O/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂CO催化氧化活性进行评价。结果表明,Cu-Ce-O/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的XRD图谱中除归属于γ-Al_2O_3的晶相峰外,还出现CuO和CeO_2的晶相峰。高温水热引起活性组分CeO_2的晶粒聚集、长大和尖晶石结构CuAl2O4物质的生成;CuO-CeO_2之间的共生共存与相互作用,使得Cu-Ce-O/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂中具有非完整结构的[Cu2+1-xCu+x][O1-12x12x]增多,Cu+离子和氧空位增多,有利于其H2-TPR还原峰温度向低温区偏移,有利于提高其CO的催化氧化活性,使得Cu-Ce-O/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的TCO50和TCO90降低。Cu与Ce物质的量比为5∶5制备的Cu-Ce-O/γ-Al_2O_3-55催化剂的TCO50和TCO90分别降至最低的162℃和199℃,表明此时的Cu-Ce-O协同效应最佳;CuO-CeO_2二相的共生共存与相互作用有利于减少高温水热环境下活性组分的聚集和晶粒长大,有利于Cu-Ce-O/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂能够保持较高的CO催化氧化活性。  相似文献

This work investigates performances of supported transition-metal oxide catalysts for the catalytic reduction of SO2 with C2H4 as a reducing agent. Experimental results indicate that the active species, the support, the feed ratio of C2H4/SO2, and pretreatment are all important factors affecting catalyst activity. Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 was found to be the most active catalyst among six γ-Al2O3-supported metal oxide catalysts tested. With Fe2O3 as the active species, of the supports tested, CeO2 is the most suitable one. Using this Fe2O3/CeO2 catalyst, we found that the optimal Fe content is 10 wt.%, the optimal feed ratio of C2H4/SO2 is 1:1, and the catalyst presulfidized by H2+H2S exhibits a higher performance than those pretreated with H2 or He. Although the feed concentrations of C2H4:SO2 being 3000:3000 ppm provide a higher conversion of SO2, the sulfur yield decreases drastically at temperatures above 300 °C. With higher feed concentrations, maximum yield appears at higher temperatures. The C2H4 temperature-programmed desorption (C2H4-TPD) and SO2-TPD desorption patterns illustrate that Fe2O3/CeO2 can adsorb and desorb C2H4 and SO2 more easily than can Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3. Moreover, the SO2-TPD patterns further show that Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 is more seriously inhibited by SO2. These findings may properly explain why Fe2O3/CeO2 has a higher activity for the reduction of SO2.  相似文献

以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用等体积分步浸渍法制备了以Ni为活性组分,La、Ce、Fe、Cr、Co为助剂的催化剂M/γ-Al2O3,在固定床管式反应器中研究了M/γ-Al2O3催化剂的性能,考察了反应温度、水碳比和空速对氢产率的影响,并对催化剂进行XRD、SEM和BET表征。结果表明,NiLaCeFeCrCo/γ-Al2O3催化剂具有较好的催化性能,在反应温度700 ℃、水碳物质的量比10和空速6 min-1的条件下,氢产率达到27.335 mol·mol-1,并在300 min内表现出较好的活性,平均氢产率为21.966 mol·mol-1。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备不同Fe含量的Fe(x)-γ-Al_2O_3复合氧化物载体,并采用真空浸渍法制备了Pt-Sn-K/Fe(x)-γ-Al_2O_3催化剂。对制备的催化剂进行XRD、N_2物理吸附-脱附和NH_3-TPD表征,研究Fe的掺杂对Pt-Sn-K/Fe(x)-γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的结构及其催化异丁烷脱氢反应性能的影响。结果表明,Fe的引入可以改变催化剂的反应活性和产物选择性,当Fe_2O_3掺杂质量分数为4%时,催化剂具有最高的异丁烯收率,50 h的平均收率达到42.9%。  相似文献

利用等体积浸渍法制备K2CO3/γ-A12O3负载型固体碱催化剂,应用于棉籽油和甲醇酯交换反应制备生物柴油。对催化剂使用前的保存条件、水分、重复使用性能、游离脂肪酸影响以及失活和再生进行了分析。结果表明,固体催化剂K2CO3/γ-Al2O3具有较好的抗水性,酸度对催化剂影响明显,重复使用4次未经活化的催化剂,催化活性明显降低,催化剂应密封保存。K2CO3/γ-A12O3负载型固体碱催化剂经济实惠且催化效果良好。  相似文献

分别以拟薄水铝石和添加Ce的拟薄水铝石制备铝溶胶,经过堇青石(Cord)表面涂覆和Pd溶液浸渍,得到浸渍法和溶胶法Ce改性的Pd/γ-Al2O3/Cord整体式催化剂。采用XRD、SEM和XPS等对催化剂进行表征,评价其甲烷催化燃烧反应性能,并考察Ce的不同添加方式对催化剂结构和反应性能的影响。结果表明,适量Ce的添加可提高Pd基整体式催化剂的甲烷催化燃烧性能,溶胶法优于浸渍法。随着Ce添加量的增加,浸渍法改性的Pd基催化剂催化性能有所降低,溶胶法则呈现先升高后降低的趋势。溶胶法中Ce的添加物与γ-Al2O3涂层充分融合,提高了涂层的热稳定性和活性组分的分散度,0.5Pd/γ-Al2O3(3.0Ce)/Cord催化剂催化性能最优。  相似文献

Low temperature CO oxidation was carried out over CeO2-TiO2 composite oxide and thereon supported Pd catalysts. The effects of Ce/Ti ratio and pre-treatments of calcination and reduction on the catalytic behaviour were investigated. The CO oxidation starts at about 220 °C over CeO2-TiO2 and the pre-reduction treatment has little influence on the catalytic activity. Pd supported on CeO2-TiO2 (Pd/CeO2-TiO2) exhibits high activity for CO oxidation and a complete conversion of CO to CO2 can be achieved even at ambient temperature, which suggests a synergistic effect between Pd and CeO2-TiO2. The activity and stability of Pd/CeO2-TiO2 can be further improved by the pre-reduction treatment. Ce/Ti ratio influences the catalytic behaviour significantly; the catalyst Pd/CeO2-TiO2 with a Ce/Ti mole ratio of 0.20 (Pd/Ce20Ti) owns the highest activity and stability, which suggests an optimization of the Pd-Ce-Ti interaction in Pd/Ce20Ti. The calcined Pd/CeO2-TiO2 with a Ce/Ti mole ratio higher than 0.10 shows a distorted light-off profile with the temperature, which implies an alternation of the reaction mechanism with increasing temperature.  相似文献

通过制备高纯度的前驱体湃铝石获得了η-Al2O3材料,采用XRD验证了η-Al2O3与γ-Al2O3在晶相结构上的差异,比较了两者的表面形貌、织构及酸碱性能,结果显示,η-Al2O3与γ-Al2O3的比表面积相当,但η-Al2O3具有更弱的弱碱位和较少的强碱位,并拥有丰富的中等强度酸性位。将η-Al2O3与γ-Al2O3作为催化剂应用于CS2水解反应,结果表明,在(200~450) ℃测试温度范围内,η-Al2O3催化剂对CS2的水解活性始终优于γ-Al2O3,两种催化剂上CS2反应的浓度效应也明显不同,推测与它们的酸碱性质影响了对CS2的吸附能力有关,导致两者催化CS2水解反应遵循了不同的机制。  相似文献

Dispersing La2O3 on δ- or γ-Al2O3 significantly enhances the rate of NO reduction by CH4 in 1% O2, compared to unsupported La2O3. Typically, no bend-over in activity occurs between 500° and 700°C, and the rate at 700°C is 60% higher than that with a Co/ZSM-5 catalyst. The final activity was dependent upon the La2O3 precursor used, the pretreatment, and the La2O3 loading. The most active family of catalysts consisted of La2O3 on γ-Al2O3 prepared with lanthanum acetate and calcined at 750°C for 10 h. A maximum in rate (mol/s/g) and specific activity (mol/s/m2) occurred between the addition of one and two theoretical monolayers of La2O3 on the γ-Al2O3 surface. The best catalyst, 40% La2O3/γ-Al2O3, had a turnover frequency at 700°C of 0.05 s−1, based on NO chemisorption at 25°C, which was 15 times higher than that for Co/ZSM-5. These La2O3/Al2O3 catalysts exhibited stable activity under high conversion conditions as well as high CH4 selectivity (CH4 + NO vs. CH4 + O2). The addition of Sr to a 20% La2O3/γ-Al2O3 sample increased activity, and a maximum rate enhancement of 45% was obtained at a SrO loading of 5%. In contrast, addition of SO=4 to the latter Sr-promoted La2O3/Al2O3 catalyst decreased activity although sulfate increased the activity of Sr-promoted La2O3. Dispersing La2O3 on SiO2 produced catalysts with extremely low specific activities, and rates were even lower than with pure La2O3. This is presumably due to water sensitivity and silicate formation. The La2O3/Al2O3 catalysts are anticipated to show sufficient hydrothermal stability to allow their use in certain high-temperature applications.  相似文献

The NiSO4 supported on Fe2O3-promoted ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by the impregnation method. Fe2O3-promoted ZrO2 was prepared by the coprecipitation method using a mixed aqueous solution of zirconium oxychloride and iron nitrate solution followed by adding an aqueous ammonia solution. No diffraction line of nickel sulfate was observed up to 20 wt.%, indicating good dispersion of nickel sulfate on the surface of Fe2O3–ZrO2. The addition of nickel sulfate (or Fe2O3) to ZrO2 shifted the phase transition of ZrO2 (from amorphous to tetragonal) to higher temperatures because of the interaction between nickel sulfate (or Fe2O3) and ZrO2. 15-NiSO4/5-Fe2O3–ZrO2 containing 15 wt.% NiSO4 and 5 mol% Fe2O3, and calcined at 500 °C exhibited a maximum catalytic activity for ethylene dimerization. NiSO4/Fe2O3–ZrO2 catalysts was very effective for ethylene dimerization even at room temperature, but Fe2O3–ZrO2 without NiSO4 did not exhibit any catalytic activity at all. The catalytic activities were correlated with the acidity of catalysts measured by the ammonia chemisorption method. The addition of Fe2O3 up to 5 mol% enhanced the acidity, surface area, thermal property, and catalytic activities of catalysts gradually, due to the interaction between Fe2O3 and ZrO2 and due to consequent formation of Fe–O–Zr bond.  相似文献

Two types of NiO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts prepared by the impregnation and the sol–gel method were used for the partial oxidation of methane to syngas at 850°C (GHSV1.8×105 lkg−1 h−1). The effects of the carbon deposition, the loss and sintering of nickel and the phase transformation of γ-Al2O3 support on the catalytic performance during 80 h POM reaction were investigated with a series of characterization such as XRD, BET, AAS, TG, and XPS. The results indicated that the carbon deposition and the loss and sintering of nickel could not cause the serious decrease of catalytic performance over NiO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst during the short-time reaction. However, the slow process of the support γ-Al2O3 phase transforming into -Al2O3 could slowly decrease the performance of NiO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts. Aimed at the reasons of the deactivation, an improved catalyst was obtained by the complexing agent-assisted sol–gel method.  相似文献

Ethanol steam reforming was studied over Ni/Al2O3 catalysts. The effect of support (- and γ-Al2O3), metal loading and a comparison between conventional H2 reduction with an activation method employing a CH4/O2 mixture was investigated. The properties of catalysts were studied by N2 physisorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and temperature programmed reduction (TPR). After activity tests, the catalysts were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG/DTA). Ni supported on γ-Al2O3 was more active for H2 production than the catalyst supported on -Al2O3. Metal loading did not affect the catalytic performance. The alternative activation method with CH4/O2 mixture affected differently the activity and stability of the Ni/γ-Al2O3 and the Ni/-Al2O3 catalyst. This activation method increased significantly the stability of Ni/-Al2O3 compared to H2 reduction. SEM and TG/DTA analysis indicate the formation of filamentous carbon during the CH4/O2 activation step, which is associated with the increasing catalyst activity and stability. The effect of temperature on the type of carbon formed was investigated; indicating that filamentous coke increased activity while encapsulating coke promoted deactivation. A discussion about carbon formation and the influence on the activity is presented.  相似文献

Fe2O3-TiO2 thin films were deposited on silica glass slides using three sol-gel solutions containing Ti-butoxide and different iron oxide precursors. The thermal evolution of the coatings was followed by DTA-TGA and XRD from 200 to 1000°C. All the iron-containing samples were amorphous up to 700°C, when a phase separation between iron and titanium oxides was evidenced by the presence of crystalline Fe2O3. Above that temperature a titanate compound (pseudobrookite) formed according to the equilibrium phase diagram. The use of different precursors did not affect the thermal evolution and all the different samples exhibited the same trend.  相似文献

采用V_2O_5/WO_3-TiO_2作为脱硝催化剂,考察活性组分V_2O_5和助剂WO_3负载量对催化剂脱硝活性和抗硫抗水性能的影响。结果表明,3%V_2O_5/x WO_3-TiO_2催化剂(x=3%、4%、5%、6%、7%、8%、9%、10%)上NOx转化率随着WO_3负载量增加而升高,催化剂反应温度窗口不断拓宽。单独通水蒸汽及同时通SO2和水蒸汽对催化剂的毒害作用均较强,表明H2O和NH3的竞争吸附是催化剂抗硫抗水性能较差的重要原因。SO_2与H_2O和NH_3反应生成亚硫酸铵盐和硫酸铵盐,导致催化剂孔隙堵塞,催化活性降低。  相似文献

以γ-Al_2O_3为载体,负载Zr OCl_2和H_2SO_4制备Zr OCl_2-H_2SO_4/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,并用于1-丁烯齐聚反应。采用气相色谱在线分析,确定产物组成,考察制备条件对催化剂催化活性的影响,通过1-丁烯转化率和主产物选择性确定适宜的反应条件。结果表明,在Zr OCl_2和H_2SO_4负载质量分数为4.5%和焙烧温度500℃条件下制备的催化剂,在反应温度140℃、1-丁烯液时空速2 h-1和N2分压1.4 MPa条件下,表现出较好的催化活性,1-丁烯转化率96.77%,产物以二聚体(C8)为主,选择性85.99%。该催化剂失活后容易再生,且催化活性良好,1-丁烯转化率92.73%,C8选择性86.73%。  相似文献

对柠檬醛-乙酸乙酯溶液中柠檬醛在La2O3/γ-Al2O3催化剂上等温吸附行为进行了研究。结果表明,30 ℃柠檬醛在La2O3/γ-Al2O3催化剂上的吸附动力学符合准二阶吸附动力学模型,吸附动力学方程为:1/qt=2.350/t+0.063 3(R2=0.998 5)。(30~65) ℃柠檬醛在La2O3/γ-Al2O3催化剂上的等温吸附符合Langmuir方程,温度升高使柠檬醛的饱和吸附量增加,吸附热为32.19 kJ·mol-1。  相似文献

Lanthanum-doped Pd/γ-Al2O3 and Pd/γ-Al2O3 membranes were prepared by sol-gel methods. The thermal stability of the unsupported Pd/γ-Al2O3 and La/Pd/γ-Al2O3 membranes was investigated with BET (including average pore size, pore volume and BET surface area), XRD, and DTA techniques. The average pore size of the Pd/γ-Al2O3 membranes increased sharply after sintering at temperatures higher than 1000°C. Addition of 3 mol% lanthanum can raise the temperature of the γ-Al2O3 to-Al2O3 phase transformation significantly. This improves the thermal stability of the Pd/γ-Al2O3 catalytic membranes.  相似文献

以等体积浸渍法制备γ-Al_2O_3负载的Co、Cu、Ce和Fe氧化物催化剂,利用正交试验设计实验条件,采用XRD、BET和H_2-TPR等对催化剂进行表征,并考察活性组分对催化剂催化分解N_2O活性的影响。结果表明,催化剂具有尖晶石结构,其BET比表面积随着金属氧化物负载量增加而降低。催化剂中铜的氧化物可以降低还原峰温度,进而明显提高催化活性,Co和Fe的加入对活性有一定的提高,Ce对催化活性没有明显影响。  相似文献
