Gas Flow in a Plane Channel with Oscillating Walls

Gas oscillations occurring in a plane channel in excitation of elastic walls which is symmetric relative to the longitudinal axis are investigated by the methods of numerical modeling. The spatial localization of transverse and longitudinal waves has been revealed and the character of resonance oscillations of the gas in the vicinity of the excitation region for different velocities of the flow has been established.     

Vortex Flow Past a Plate in a Channel

Generalized hydrodynamic equations [1], which explicitly include the Kolmogorov small-scale fluctuations of hydrodynamic quantities, are used for mathematical simulation of vortex flows of gas. The calculations are performed in the range of Reynolds number values from 1000 to 10000 for two-dimensional unsteady-state nonisothermal flows of compressible gas, with a finite or semi-infinite plate momentarily appearing in the channel.

Modeling of the Nonstationary Process of Conversion of Methane to Hydrogen in a Filtration-Combustion Wave

Experimental data on incomplete oxidation of methane in air are analyzed for the stoichiometric relation = 4 using a numerical model; the data are obtained with different charges and for different flow rates of feed of a mixture. In order to explain the experimental data, it is proposed that a heterogeneous reaction that ensures the beginning of the processes of oxidation of methane at lower temperatures be introduced into the chemical model.     

具有延保服务的闭环供应链回收渠道选择

针对具有延保服务的闭环供应链（CLSC）回收渠道选择问题，构建了3种回收渠道（制造商回收、零售商回收、第三方回收）和2种延保服务提供者（制造商、零售商）组合而成的6种分散决策CLSC模型，基于博弈论方法研究了每种情形下的最优回收渠道选择及其对CLSC决策的影响。结果表明，无论是制造商还是零售商提供延保，零售商都是产品回收最有效的承担者，此时制造商、零售商和整个CLSC都可以获得最大的利润，且产品回收率也最高。     

Flow of Molten Arsenic Selenide in a Cylindrical Channel

The flow rate of molten arsenic selenide in cylindrical channels is measured at channel diameters of 3.0 to 5.5 mm, channel lengths of 40 to 120 mm, temperatures of 285–320 and 375–470°C, and inert gas gage pressures of up to 1.5 × 10⁵ Pa. It is found that there is a motionless melt layer on the inner surface of the channel. For a channel 4.6 mm in diameter, its thickness is 0.7 mm at 290°C and 0.1 mm at 420°C. In the temperature range 280–315°C, there is a threshold gas pressure below which the melt does not flow. Partial crystallization may occur in the flowing melt. Its effect on the melt flow rate grows as the holding time at 270–320°C increases. The data obtained can be used to choose conditions for producing As₂Se₃ optical fibers by the crucible method.     

Optimum Thickness of a Cooled Wall in Local Pulse-Periodic Heating

Using the methods of mathematical simulation. We investigated the characteristic features of formation of a stationary temperature field in a cooled plane isotropic wall subjected to local pulse-periodic heating. Calculation of Nonstationary Flow Around a Circular Cylinder within the Framework of Multiblock Computational Technologies

A methodological numerical investigation of nonstationary flow of an incompressible viscous fluid around a circular cylinder has been carried out within the framework of the multiblock approach on a set of intersecting rectangular and cylindrical grids.     

The Flow of Liquid in a Channel with Vapor in the Presence of Longitudinal Heat Flux

The flow of liquid in a channel filled with vapor is analyzed. Nonequilibrium effects in proximity to interfaces are included. The general and special conditions of compatibility are formulated. The latter conditions are defined on the basis of solutions of the Boltzmann kinetic equation. A closed system of appropriate equations is derived. An algorithm of solution of this system is suggested, and a series of calculations are performed. It follows from the analysis of the calculation results that all substances may be divided into groups depending on the thermal properties. For each group, the main reasons for the flow of liquid in the channel are defined, and recommendations are given for control of this process.
