Over the past years, with increasing traffic volumes and higher wheel loads, fatigue damage in steel parts of typical orthotropic steel bridge decks has been experienced on heavily trafficked routes. A demand exists to find a durable system to increase the fatigue safety of orthotropic steel bridge decks. A solution might be to enhance the stiffness of the traditional orthotropic bridge deck by using a cement-based overlay. In this paper, an orthotropic steel bridge deck stiffened with a cement-based overlay is analyzed. The analysis is based on nonlinear fracture mechanics, and utilizes the finite-element method. The stiffness of the steel deck reinforced with an overlay depends highly on the composite action. The composite action is closely related to cracking of the overlay and interfacial cracking between the overlay and underlying steel plate (debonding). As an example, a real size structure, the Far? bridges located in Denmark, are analyzed. The steel box girders of the Far? bridges spans 80?m, and have a depth of 3.5?m, and a width of 19.5?m. The focus of the present study is the top part of the steel box girders, which is constructed as an orthotropic deck plate. Numerous factors can influence the cracking behavior of the cement-based overlay system. Both mechanical and environmental loading have to be considered, and effects such as shrinkage, temperature gradients, and traffic loading are taken into account. The performance of four overlay materials are investigated in terms of crack widths. Furthermore, the analysis shows that debonding is initiated for a certain crack width in the overlay. The load level where cracking and debonding is initiated depends on the stress-crack opening relationship of the material. 相似文献

AbstractCoal box pressure has great significance in stamp charging car design. Because of the complexity of the dynamic constitutive relation of the coal powder, the pressure is usually considered in the design as a linear load, which presents neither the instantaneous maximum impact nor the variation during the stamping process, and therefore lacks accuracy. In this research, to obtain a more accurate box pressure, a series of field tests have been conducted, which included side wall tests, bottom plate tests and proof tests. The side wall and bottom plate pressures have been investigated through separating the pressure as ‘impulse pressure’ and ‘coal pressure’, which decouples the pressure curves from the side wall and bottom plate tests. As a consequence, a method to calculate box pressure at any time during the stamping has been derived through the analysis of statistic test results. To verify the method, a finite element method (FEM) model has been built and applied with pressures from the method. The FEM results fit well with the proof test result, which indicates that the method is capable of being used for stamp charging car design. In addition, the paper presents some statistic conclusions, such as stamping effect depth, which is useful for further researches. 相似文献

为改善亚包晶钢高速浇铸时的表面质量,从过热度、锰硫比、拉速、铜板温度、平均热流和保护渣几个方面进行讨论.浇铸亚包晶钢时钢水过热度高,在较强的冷却制度下会促进铸坯表面形成凹陷和纵裂.随着拉速的增加,凹陷的发生率呈上升趋势,在同一拉速条件下,铸坯内弧比外弧更易于生成凹陷.结晶器壁热流不均是纵裂纹产生的有利环境,铸坯表面产生裂纹和没有裂纹时,二者的平均热流和铜板温度存在明显的差异.与低碱度保护渣相比,使用高碱度保护渣时,结晶器热流量和铜板温度低,有利于实现弱冷却,均匀形成凝固坯壳,有助于获得良好表面质量的铸坯. 相似文献

摘要:激光烧结快速成型制备的平板或大型面类蜡模制壳后,在脱蜡过程中都会产生粉料体积膨胀,导致模壳开裂,铸件尺寸精度无法保证。盖板铸件属于大型面薄壁类铸件,轮廓尺寸达到350mm×260mm×10mm,型面圆弧最低点到两端连线之间的距离为23mm,采用快速成型蜡模进行生产,更加增大了精密铸造的难度。通过在盖板蜡模快速成型件上贴补低温蜡片,利用二者之间的熔点差和体积补贴,改善了因烧结粉料快速膨胀导致的模壳涨裂,保证了铸件的尺寸精度;通过采用合理的浇注系统、造型工艺及冶炼工艺参数,制备出冶金质量及尺寸精度均符合要求的铸件。 相似文献
