介绍大型多支承回转窑运行轴线快速检测方法及便携式检测系统,该方法在回转窑筒体下面2个径向应变为零的方向安装非接触式位移传感器,对安装在简体上的键相进行测量.由测得的位移值计算出该位置截面的回转中心。便携式检测系统由传感器安装支承装置,集成式信号采集装置和便携式计算机装置等组成,并编制相应的数据采集及处理软件。  相似文献

回转窑是冶金、水泥、耐火材料生产中的关键设备,是一种重载、大扭矩、多支点、静不定运行系统。生产中为对它进行合理维护与检修,需要准确掌握它运行时支承载荷的分配。针对回转窑载荷分布和刚度变化的特点,建立静不定梁求解的通用模型和矩阵,分别求得回转窑垂直和水平方向上的支承合力,导出插轮支承力计算的线性公式,通过检测轴线偏差可方便,准确地分析托轮支承力,并给出分析和应用实例。  相似文献

回转窑运行中简体、滚圈、托轮及轴承系统耦合成复杂的多支承动力学系统,运行轴线动态变化和冲击突变载荷将给设备带来复杂振动,从而加速疲劳破坏,增加设备故障率。文中采用传递矩阵法,首先建立回转窑筒体系统的动力学模型,再推导各类激励作用下筒体系统振动的传递矩阵修正响应列阵,最后建立系统的动力响应方程,从而找到计算动载荷和轴线检测动态误差的基本方程。  相似文献

本文对回转窑的力学性能进行分析,并介绍一种基于摄像头采集数据的轴线检测系统。利用连续梁理论和筒体理论,结合位移函数和边界条件理论分析了筒体和支承系统的受力,并进行有限元分析各部分受力,得到了各部分应力分布。同时介绍了摄像头采集轴线水平和垂直偏差的原理,通过数据处理与传输模块发送到上位机动态显示,整套系统在实验室模拟效果较好。本系统安装便捷、成本低,可在大型检测中得到推广。  相似文献

This paper presents the autonomous, non-intrusive and universal electronic equipment PGAMS: Portable Global Activity Measurement System, which is able to simultaneously measure and synchronously register the treble driver-vehicle-route activity. It allows one to evaluate the direct effect that real road traffic conditions have on environmental pollution. Among the variables to be simultaneously measured are: (a) from vehicle activity: regime engine and temperature, fuel consumption, global position, instantaneous and average speed and acceleration, frontal and lateral inclination; (b) related to route features: weather conditions, slope and camber of the road, traffic density; and (c) derived from driver activity: clutch, throttle and brake pedal actions. The designed prototype can be on boarded in conventional or industrial vehicles, working in both urban and inter-urban conditions. The paper describes the integration with pollutant emissions meters. Besides, it includes experimental results carried out in real traffic conditions relating vehicle-driver-route activity with gasses emissions.  相似文献

Many circular motion measuring methods for NC machine tools have been proposed, however, the drawback common to many of these methods is the restriction on the radius size due to the short measuring range of the displacement transducers used. Moreover, most of these measurement tools are specialized, and can only perform circular test path measurements. A circularity test method using a laser displacement interferometer and a rotary encoder has been developed. The measuring method features a much longer range of motion than ordinal circular test methods such as the double ball bar (DBB) method and, therefore, the radius restriction on these measurements is greatly reduced. Moreover, this measuring system can also be used for the evaluation of positioning accuracy and other more complex test paths.

The proposed device consists primarily of a laser displacement interferometer and a rotary encoder. The holders for the interferometer head and the retroreflector are connected with a stainless steel rod. The retroreflector holder has a synthetic resin linear bearing allowing it to move relative to the interferometer head so that both optical components are always facing each other. The laser interferometer measures the change in distance between the interferometer head and the retroreflector, and the rotary encoder measures the rotation angle of the stainless steel rod.

In this paper, the background, measuring principle and apparatus structure are briefly described. The experimental setup is also presented. The apparatus was employed in several measuring experiments, including circularity tests for a vertical machining center. The results from these experiments support the validity of this measurement apparatus.  相似文献

A systematic machining theory and precision method to determine cutter location in a grinding system is presented for rotary burr. First, the helical cutting edge on various kinds of revolving surfaces is built. Then, based on the geometry model of the helical cutting edge, the smooth spiral rake surface with constant normal rake angle and flank surface can been formed during the one-pass grinding process by this method. No interference between the grinding wheel and workpiece happens by the wheel special rotation. The method has the characteristic of detaching the grinding wheel path solution from specified machining conditions. The grinding wheel path is suitable for different NC machine tools through post processing. Meanwhile, a mechanism kinematic model of the NC machine tool is built, and a generalized algorithm for post-processing of multi-axis NC machine tools is presented. This model is applied to arbitrary configuration of NC machine tool, and the motion value for each axis will be generated by the inputting structure and motion parameters of the machine tool. The model, together with the machining method mentioned in this paper, make the calculation and generation of the grinding wheel path simpler and universal. At last, the validity of the method given in the paper is identified by an example of grinding.  相似文献
