硅烷交联聚乙烯电力电缆绝缘料的研制 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
采用两步法制备了硅烷交联聚乙烯(PE)电力电缆绝缘料。以双螺杆挤出机为反应器,以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)为基础树脂,考察了影响PE接枝交联的主要因素(如基础树脂的配比,交联剂的用量及种类,引发剂、抗氧剂的用量等),得出了具有良好性能的硅烷交联PE电力电缆绝缘料的配方(质量份数):LDPE为85.00phr,LLDPE为15.0H0phr,硅烷W为0.60phr,硅烷Q为1.40phr,引发剂为0.12phr,抗氧剂为0.20phr。 相似文献

研究了茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)、mLLDPE/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共混物的热性能、流变性能及薄膜样品的基本性能。热性能结果表明,在mLLDPE中添加LDPE使样品的结晶温度明显下降;毛细管流变试验结果表明,LDPE的添加使mLLDPE的剪切敏感性显著提高,利于其加工;薄膜样品性能研究结果表明,mLLDPE使得LDPE的力学性能明显提高,光学性能明显改善。 相似文献

采用四种表面活性剂体系,包括硅酮系表面活性剂DC-193、非硅酮系表面活性剂吐温-80、DC-193与吐温-80复配体系,以及JFC复配体系,研究了不同表面活性剂体系对酚醛泡沫性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用DC-193与吐温-80复配体系时,泡沫的综合性能最好。采用SEM观察了泡沫的孔结构,还进一步研究了DC-193与吐温-80。复配体系的用量对泡沫表观密度和吸水率的影响,并简单分析了机理。 相似文献

Study presents compatibility behavior of polar group potato starch and non-polar LDPE using 50%, 0.5% maleated LDPE. The aim was to improve intermolecular interaction between two different types of moieties (LDPE and Potato Starch). Samples were prepared by mixing potato starch (upto 30% by weight) with LDPE and LDPE-grafted maleic anhydride in a single step twin screw extruder having vent zone. XRD and DSC results suggested that maleic-anhydride group of LDPE helped the interaction with starch and brought two chemical moieties closer to each other. FTIR results also strongly supported new bond formation between two chemical moieties. 相似文献

通过注塑法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/竹粉发泡复合材料,研究了铝酸酯、竹粉和AC发泡剂用量对复合材料密度和物理力学性能的影响.结果表明:添加适量的铝酸酯可提高材料大部分的力学性能和加工流动性,其最佳用最为竹粉用量的1%.竹粉对材料有一定增强作用.随着竹粉用量增加,弯曲强度先增后降,断裂伸长率下降、维卡软化点增大、拉伸和冲击强度下降.AC发泡剂的最佳用量为0.5份,此时材料的密度为0.864 g/cm、比未发泡材料下降12.5%;比弯曲和比拉伸强度分别为50.74 MPa·g-1·cm3和26.99 MPa·g-1·cm3,仅比未发泡材料下降11%和1.9%;而比冲击强度为10.823 kJ·m-2g-1·cm3,增大5.6%. 相似文献

Due to the increasing demand for high-performance diffuse reflectors in applications including LCD displays and lighting, many studies on the manufacturing of high-performance reflectors have been conducted. Microcellular foamed plastics are characterized as having a structure with a cell size of 10 µm or less along with a cell density of at least 109 cells/cm3. Since the structural characteristics of these materials were determined to result in diffused reflection, the use of polymers as diffuse reflectors has been studied. In this study, a diffuse reflector specimen was manufactured by applying a microcellular foaming process to polyethylene naphthalate (PEN). The optimum foaming conditions of PEN were determined through preliminary experiments using the Batch process and the specimen was manufactured using supercritical CO2. Additionally, to improve the low productivity, which is one of the disadvantages of the Batch process, additional specimens were manufactured while varying the saturation conditions. Through observation of the cross-sections of the specimens, the cell morphology depending on the process conditions was confirmed and then, the diffusion reflectivity was measured. 相似文献
