通过对某型雷达方位回传系统及方位标校过程的分析,针对标校过程存在的标校过程复杂、标校不准确等问题,在原标校系统的基础上提出了自动方位标校方法,采用软硬件结合的方法设计了自动方位标校系统。自动标校系统弥补了原标校方法存在的不足,降低了雷达天线方位标校过程操作的复杂性,确保了方位标校的准确性,提高了方位标校的工作效率。 相似文献

在计算机自动评分过程中,存在读取数据量大,评分过程运行缓慢,甚至造成计算机假死的现象,这些现象使系统的交互性、友好性不强,严重影响了计算机自动考试系统的推广与使用。针对这些问题,在此采用内嵌XML格式的数据、缓存技术及多线程方法对自动评分过程进行了优化。经过在学校多次的实践证明,经过优化的自动评分过程不需要与服务器频繁的交互,且运行速度有了很大的提高,增强了系统的交互性与友好性,这些方法在目前大多自动评分系统中值得推广使用。 相似文献

根据任务目标要求和执行过程,用户化定制空基信息系统人机交互界面和操作流程,使得系统人机交互功能更贴近于用户业务需求,更有效地协助用户实现其任务目标。具体方法是,以任务执行过程为主线,按照信息的获取、加工、存储、应用、分发等处理流程将任务分解为多个子任务,并以此为参照,将空基信息系统细化分解为多个子系统,然后根据各个子系统的操作要求定义系统操作员席位职责。一方面,面向任务目标要求和执行过程的系统功能分解方法确保了用户需求的落实;另一方面,多用户并行处理模式简化了用户操作视图,增强了系统的易用性和人机交互效率。该方法不仅可以在新系统研制过程中发挥良好作用,还可以在已有系统改造项目中得以应用。 相似文献

A frequency dependence of capacitance-voltage (C–V) characteristics in multiple quantum well InGaN/GaN heterostructures in the range of 60 Hz-5 MHz is investigated at temperatures
from 77 to 300 K. It is found that temperature lowering and test frequency increase lead to the similar changes in obtained
apparent carrier distributions. It is shown that commonly used conditions for capacitance-voltage profiling of InGaN/GaN LEDs
correspond to an intermediate case between low- and high-frequency capacitance approximations. At all temperatures investigated,
the edge low-frequency capacitance-voltage profiles are experimentally reached and found to be identical. The process of attainment
of equilibrium of the charges in the active region is most likely determined by tunneling of the carriers through the barriers. 相似文献

In the process of developing a high-performance system on a crystal, the standard design flow proposed by CAD suppliers has
been substantially changed and expanded due to the application of new design methods and the use of independently developed
custom blocks. These changes made it possible to solve the following important problems: optimization of the area, with the
performance at the stage of synthesis being preserved up to 20%, which improves the quality of the placement and design routability
during layout designing; construction of a power grid providing a voltage drop not greater than 6.6% of the rated voltage;
automation of the process of reaching the required performance and optimization of a number of layout stages yielding a decrease
by a factor of 2–3 in the time of routing and improving the design quality from the standpoint of such parameters as noise

To prevent wide-area disturbances, and enhance power system reliability, various forms of system protection scheme (SPS) have been designed and implemented by utilities. One of the main concerns in SPS deployment is to ensure that the system will fit with the reliability requirement specification in terms of dependability, and security. After major changes in system operating practices, or physical changes of the protected system, a refinement of the SPS decision process may be required. This paper uses a currently operational SPS as an example to demonstrate a refinement study. By incorporating an interval theory, a risk reduction worth importance concept, and a probabilistic risk-based index, the proposed procedure conducts parameter uncertainty analysis, identifies critical factors in the reliability model, performs risk assessments, and determines a better option for the refinement of the studied SPS decision process logic module. 相似文献

A dense heterogeneous cellular network can effectively increase the system capacity and enhance the network coverage. It is a key technology for the new generation of the mobile communication system. The dense deployment of small base stations not only improves the quality of network service, but also brings about a significant increase in network energy consumption. This paper mainly studies the energy efficiency optimization of the Macro-Femto heterogeneous cellular network. Considering the dynamic random changes of the access users in the network, the sleep process of the Femto Base Stations (FBSs) is modeled as a Semi-Markov Decision Process (SMDP) model in order to save the network energy consumption. And further, this paper gives the dynamic sleep algorithm of the FBS based on the value iteration. The simulation results show that the proposed SMDP-based adaptive sleep strategy of the FBS can effectively reduce the network energy consumption. 相似文献
