南昌城网的改造工作

南昌城网改造工作开始于1982年,在城区先后建设了8座110kV变电站。1994年我局根据华中电力集团批准的《2000年南昌市城市电力网规划》,结合南昌市网络现状和负荷情况,完成了城网改造工程资金达3348万元,使线损率、电压合格率、供电可靠率都有所提高。在城网改造工作中,我局注意近期改造和运期建设相结合,小区改造和网络发展相结合,薄弱环节改造和整体网架结构优化相结合,为今后南昌城网进一步改造和建设打下了基础。由于历史原因,南昌城网十分薄弱,尤其是中、低压配电网,更需全面更新改造。但目前受资金短缺及其他多种因素的制约,城网改造工作进展缓慢。     

贵州省城市电网“十五”规划的基本框架

本文在贵州省3年（1998－2000年）城网建设改造的基础上,针对电网存在的问题,提出了“十五”规划的总体框架,并且对今后五年城网改造后达到的技术目标进行了论述。     

总结城网项目竣工验收经验提高电网建设管理水平

城网建设改造工作已经进行3年多,这项德政工程、民心工程取得了良好的效果.国家电力公司抓住国家实行积极财政政策的契机,积极推进城网建设改造,缓解了多年来"重发、轻供、不管用"而导致电网建设滞后的状况.尽管在有关配套政策尚不到位的情况下,城网建设改造给公司带来较大的财务压力,资产负债率持续攀升,但对于提高供电生产能力、供电质量、增供促销、缓解供电矛盾,特别是缓解渡夏高峰的矛盾起到了十分重要的作用.完成城网建设改造任务,做好竣工验收工作是对3年多来城网建设成果的一次全面检验,也是对国家电力公司城网建设与改造管理的一次全面评估.

对长春,吉林两现已形成的ｋｖ和２２０ｋＶ城市环网情况,以及现有城网送电能力满足不了远期城网发展需要等问题进行了介绍;并给长春,吉林两市城网负荷增长情况,城市建设规划,提出６３,２２０,５００ｋＶ城网规划和城网改造设想方案;最后对城网规划和城网改造以及规划选所和规划选线等工作提出建议。

The following paper describes the use of a simple FORTRAN computer program that may be used to determine course grades. The program is based on processing a set of IBM punched data cards. Each card contains the name of a student and all of his grades, including the final examination grade.
