文章通过静态吸附实验和吸附动力学实验研究了香兰素修饰的吸附树脂(拟命名为XLS-01)对奥拉西坦吸附行为,并通过吸附热力学和吸附动力学的计算,探讨了奥拉西坦在吸附树脂上的吸附机理。结果表明:吸附树脂对奥拉西坦具有较好的吸附性能。 相似文献

通过静态吸附和动态吸附法研究了水杨酸修饰的超高交联吸附树脂(SYS树脂)对苯酚的吸附行为,实验静态数据分别用Langmuir、Freundlich和Dubinin-Radushkevich等温方程拟合,动态数据用准一级动力学和准二级动力学模式拟合。结果表明,SYS树脂在一定的温度下对苯酚既存在物理吸附又存在化学吸附,吸附过程为一级动力学吸附过程。 相似文献

以槲皮素、山奈酚和异鼠李素的静态吸附率/解吸附率为评价指标,考察了HPD600、YWD01G3、YWD01F、07C、AB-8 5种大孔吸附树脂对沙棘叶黄酮苷元的吸附/解吸附性能。实验结果表明:非极性树脂YWD01G3在吸附/解吸附方面显示出最佳的综合性能,对槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素的平均吸附率和解吸附率分别为90.81%和59.51%。该实验为初步确定沙棘叶黄酮纯化用大孔树脂和进一步研究其动态吸附/解吸附提供了依据。该工作经中国科学院兰州查新咨询中心2006年3月28日出具的第2006033101号《科技查新报告》证实,未见相同文献报道。 相似文献

大孔吸附树脂吸附乳酸及乳酸与谷氨酸的分离 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
通过筛选,得到大孔吸附树脂NKA-II,并用其对乳酸进行分离. 测定了该树脂对乳酸与谷氨酸的吸附选择系数,得到了乳酸在NKA-II上的吸附等温线,并对其吸附动力学和动态吸附进行了研究. 结果表明,NKA-II对乳酸和谷氨酸的吸附选择系数KGL=16.19. 该树脂对乳酸的吸附等温线符合Freundlich方程,在26和48℃下的相关系数R2均大于0.99,方程的特征参数n>1,属"优惠吸附". 吸附动力学研究表明,粒内扩散是吸附过程的主要控制步骤,符合Kannan-Sundaram粒内扩散模型,相关系数R2=0.9906,粒内扩散速率常数kp=6.0129 mg×min0.5/g. 动态吸附实验结果表明,乳酸的穿透体积比谷氨酸大110.6 mL,故该树脂可以成功地应用于乳酸与谷氨酸的分离. 相似文献

研究了大孔树脂H1020对糖精(邻苯甲酰磺酰亚胺)的吸附性能。在温度为303.15、308.15、313.15和318.15 K条件下分别测定了吸附平衡数据。分别采用了拟一级动力学模型和拟二级动力学模型对实验数据进行模拟,结果表明拟二级动力学方程更适合描述H1020型大孔树脂对糖精的吸附过程。用Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温方程对实验数据进行拟合,结果表明糖精在大孔树脂H1020上的吸附平衡符合Freundlich吸附等温方程。计算糖精吸附过程的吸附焓变、吸附自由能和吸附熵变,根据吸附热力学值可判断出H1020型大孔树脂对糖精的吸附过程是自发的、放热的物理吸附。 相似文献

Three adsorption rate models are derived for multicomponent adsorption systems under either pore diffusion or surface diffusion control. The linear driving force (LDF) model is obtained by assuming a parabolic intraparticle concentration profile. Models I and Ⅱ are obtained from the parabolic concentration layer approximation. Examples are presented to demonstrate the usage and accuracy of these models. It is shown that Model I is suitable for batch adsorption calculations and Model Ⅱ provides a good approximation in fixed-bed adsorption processes while the LDF model should not be used in batch adsorption and may be considered acceptable in fixed-bed adsorption where the parameter Ti is relatively large. 相似文献

Conventional methods for the characterization of adsorption systems (determination of equilibrium and kinetic parameters) have been discussed. It is shown that the kinetic parameters determined by conventional methods are completely inconsistent with the equilibrium parameters. This inconsistency is due to the application of completely different models for equilibrium and kinetic study. In the present study adsorption is viewed as a Langmuir type physico‐chemical reversible process and a three‐parameter model is proposed which describes an adsorption system from both equilibrium and kinetic viewpoints. 污泥含炭吸附剂对甲苯的吸附性能研究 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
采用改进的ZnCl2化学活化法制备污泥含炭吸附剂,利用X射线能谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪等对其结构进行表征。并采用动态吸附法对甲苯废气的吸附特性进行研究。结果表明,污泥含炭吸附剂对中低浓度甲苯(2700mg·m-3)具有很好的吸附能力,其对甲苯的吸附容量随着甲苯进口浓度的增加而增大,随着吸附温度的升高而降低,随着进气流量的减小而增大;在吸附温度为20℃,气体流量为500mL·min-1(停留时间为0.424s),甲苯浓度为2700mg·m-3时,甲苯的饱和吸附容量为150.0mg·g-1;研究表明污泥含炭吸附剂对甲苯的吸附以物理吸附为主,并具有一定的化学吸附和催化氧化作用,其实验结果与Langmuir方程吻合较好。该吸附剂可在常温和有机物浓度较低的条件下用来部分替代活性炭使用。 相似文献

Abstract Adsorption characteristics of cresol isomers in adsorption chromatography were investigated in a system where the binary eluent containing ethyl acetate as a modifier in n?hexane was used. The method of moments was used to estimate the equilibrium constant and the rate parameters. The agreement between the experimental and theoretical results calculated by the orthogonal collocation method was excellent. The equilibrium constant and rate parameters for each cresol were empirically correlated with eluent composition. As the eluent composition increased, the retention time and the front of the response curve became faster and sharper, respectively. By using the modifier in a weak solvent, mixtures of o-/m?cresols and o-/p?cresols were easily separated whereas that of m-/p?cresols was not. The values on the scale of axial eddy dispersion were much larger than those of the gas system. For o?cresol, these values diminished with increasing eluent composition, while for m? and p?cresols the trend was reversed. For all systems, both intraparticle mass transfer and axial dispersion were dominant. 相似文献
