荷兰Advansa公司新近开发了一种新型的调温吸湿排汗纤维,目前在北美洲市场有售。该纤维采用杜邦公司P1T纤维与Lenying公司的Lyocell纤维混纺而成。P1T纤维可低温染色、色牢度好、悬垂性好,而Lyocell纤维柔软、美观,其快速吸收水分并传递至外部的特性是调温吸湿排汗纤维具有吸湿排汗功能的主要原因。目前该纤维制成的产品有运动服、袜子、休闲服等。该纤维制成的面料吸湿速度比其他功能面料高48%,排湿速度高53%。 相似文献

对抗菌中空细旦涤纶短纤维的形态结构和性能进行了分析,与普通涤纶、毛纤维、粘胶纤维(棉型)、大豆纤维、竹纤维、牛奶纤维进行了比较。结果表明:抗菌中空细旦涤纶短纤维与其他纤维比较,动摩擦系数和静摩擦系数较低,分别为0.278,0.167,钩结强度高为82.9%,初始模量大为98.5~125.9 cN/dtex,结节强度高为88.5%,干、湿态断裂强力大,分别为3.57,3.49cN/dtex,卷曲性能较好,卷曲数为5.72~6.49个/cm,具有一定的导电导湿和透气性能。 相似文献

Conclusions The material volume of fabrics from viscose textile yarn of linear density 6.7 tex is considerably less, and the basic qualities are the same as, cloth from serially produced viscose yarn of 8.4 tex linear density.The runnability of an experimental yarn of 6.7 tex linear density on basic knitting machines is considerably better than that of yarn of 8.4 tex linear density, which permits one to increase the productivity of labor and equipment.The use of viscose yarn of 6.7 tex linear density permits one to expand the assortment of tricotage articles with a significant reduction in volume of material and cost of production.This work was performed under the direction of Professor M. Conclusions The possibility of significantly raising the dyeing uniformity of viscose textile yarn by activating the cellulose and by selecting technological spinning parameters which ensure maximum yarn shrinkage before its arrival at the centrifuge has been shown.It has been found that, with increase in the ability of the freshly spun yarn to shrink, its dyeing uniformity is reduced.The dyeing uniformity of viscose yarn prepared by the centrifugal method can be raised by changing its shrinkage on the spinning machine during the spinning process, by activation of the cellulose, and by choosing a precipitation bath which is very suitable for spinning viscose yarns from activated celluloses.Translated from Khimicheskie Volokna, No. 2, pp. 41–42, March–April, 1984. 相似文献
