电熔镁砂加入量对铝镁尖晶石质钢包浇注料性能的影响

以特级阳泉矾土、棕刚玉、电熔镁砂等为主要原料，通过调整浇注料中镁砂的粒度和加入量，优化浇注料的基质组成，使铝镁尖晶石浇注料具有优良的抗渣性和抗剥落性能。     

MgO加入量对Al_2O_3-MgO浇注料抗渣性的影响

以电熔白刚玉为主要原料,同时加入电熔镁砂细粉、铝酸钙水泥、α-Al2O3微粉、Si O2微粉等,保持镁砂细粉与白刚玉粉总加入量一定,通过改变镁砂细粉的加入量,研究了镁砂细粉加入量对Al2O3-MgO浇注料抗渣性的影响。研究结果表明:在Al2O3-MgO浇注料中加入一定量的镁砂细粉,高温下可以形成镁铝尖晶石,从而提高浇注料的抗渣侵蚀性。当镁砂细粉加入量在2%～6%时,浇注料的抗渣侵蚀性能最好。     

电熔铝镁铬在透气座砖浇注料中的应用研究

为提高透气座砖浇注料的使用性能,分别用5~3、3~1、1~0和≤0.074mm的电熔铝镁铬代替浇注料中相应粒度的板状刚玉颗粒,研究其对浇注料的常温强度、致密度、热震稳定性和抗渣性的影响。结果表明:(1)电熔铝镁铬与板状刚玉骨料1∶1比例复合时,试样的气孔率最低,体积密度最高,常温强度最大;(2)板状刚玉完全被电熔铝镁铬替代时,试样的抗渣性最好。综合考虑,当电熔铝镁铬与板状刚玉骨料1∶1比例复合时,试样的综合性能最好。     

结合剂对高纯铝镁浇注料性能的影响

以致密电熔刚玉、电熔镁砂为主要原料,分别选用铝酸钙水泥、硅微粉、微粉A为结合剂,研究了三种结合系统对高纯铝镁浇注料物理性能的影响,同时进行了静态抗渣实验,研究了不同结合剂及加入量对高纯铝镁浇注料抗渣性能的影响规律。实验结果表明：（1）合理控制基质中结合剂的加入量可以获得综合物理性能优良的高纯铝镁质浇注料;（2）硅微粉和微粉A结合铝镁质浇注料的抗渣性能优于铝酸钙水泥结合铝镁质浇注料。     

普通铝质浇注料原料优化配置的试验研究

以矾土为骨料,通过加入电熔镁砂优化配置制备铝质耐火浇注料试样。结果表明:随着电熔镁砂加入量增加,镁铝尖晶石的生成量增加;与加入电熔镁砂颗粒相比,加入电熔镁砂细粉的试样体积密度较大,显气孔率较小,强度较低;1 000℃时高温抗折强度均较高,1 200℃时高温强度因为产生液相降低,1 400℃时因产生大量液相而基本无高温强度;加入5%电熔镁砂粒度为1～0.2 mm的铝质浇注料抗渣渗透性最好。     

粒度组成对浇注料性能的影响

以电熔刚玉、电熔镁砂、硅灰等为主要原料,采用不同的颗粒配比对浇注料流动性及常温物理性能进行测试,结果显示:骨料的配比与细粉的含量对浇注料的流动性影响较大,当粗、中、细骨料比例为15:25:20并加入适量的细粉时流动性最好.     

免烧无碳铝镁钢包砖的研制与应用

为适应生产低碳钢、超低碳钢的要求,研制免烧无碳铝镁钢包砖。以刚玉、铝镁尖晶石和电熔镁砂为主要原料,研究了结合剂、电熔镁砂和斜锆石对制品理化性能的影响。结果表明:选用亚硫酸纸浆废液和少量固体树脂作为结合剂,电熔镁砂和斜锆石分别加入5%～7%和2%～3%时,可获得理化性能良好的制品。该制品在150t钢包渣线以下部位使用,取得了使用寿命达120次的良好效果。     

精炼钢包用高档铝镁质浇注料的研制和应用

以特优矾土、电熔白刚玉、亚白刚玉、高铝尖晶石、电熔镁砂、α-Al2O3微分、纯铝酸钙水泥等为主要原料，对浇注料的基质部分进行优化，使研制的高档浇注料具有优良的抗渣性能和抗剥落性能，该浇注料在马钢第三炼钢厂70t钢包上使用，取得了良好的使用效果。     

弗卡斯石灰窑油冷梁保护浇注料的研究

叙述了弗卡斯石灰窑油冷粱保护砖的现状，提出了采用浇注料整体浇注保护层的设想；以电熔镁砂、烧结镬砂为骨料，微粉为结合剂、添加钢纤维研制的浇注料，具有良好的整体性和抗石灰侵蚀能力，理化性能优于耐火砖。     

机压刚玉-尖晶石无碳免烧钢包砖的研制与应用

为适应生产低碳钢、超低碳钢的要求,以铝矾土、刚玉、电熔镁砂、铝镁尖晶石粉等为主要原料,采用摩擦压力机半干法成型,制备机压刚玉-尖晶石无碳钢包免烧砖,并研究了电熔镁砂、尖晶石和镁凝胶对制品理化性能的影响,对比了机压刚玉-尖晶石钢包衬砖与浇注预制块及整体浇注料的性能差异。实验结果表明,研制的无碳钢包砖具有更好的物理和高温性能,其耐侵蚀、抗剥落、使用寿命长的特点符合高效、低耗、减排的绿色发展理念,是无碳钢包砖的发展方向。
