分析了单机架平整机轧辊的实际辊形、磨损状况,并通过运用有限元模型计算辊缝曲线的2次和4次分量研究了辊形对板形的影响.结果表明,工作辊磨损较轻,对辊形影响不大,但原始辊形与目标辊形差别较大,是产生1/4浪板形缺陷的因素之一;支持辊局部磨损较严重,但这种不均匀磨损对板形影响较小,在整个服役期内对板形的作用基本不变.  相似文献

分析了解析法与简化方法的缺点,采用有限元法建立轧辊热变形计算模型.针对轧制过程中轧辊热变形计算数据特点,将计算任务分为负责静态数据准备的预计算和负责动态数据准备与热变形求解的更新计算,换辊时进行预计算,计算任意时刻的热变形时只需进行更新计算,计算量远小于标准有限元程序.根据特殊处理的计算流程,编写了基于轴对称有限元法的轧辊热变形程序,其计算结果与ANSYS结果一致,精度均高于简化方法约30%.自编轧辊热膨胀有限元程序计算精度高,耗时少,满足在线热膨胀预报要求.  相似文献

 与四辊轧机的板形预报问题相比,六辊轧机的未知量更多,计算速度更慢。为此,将模型耦合法拓展到六辊轧机,建立相关的带材塑性变形模型与辊系弹性变形模型的线性方程组。考虑到板形问题的输入参数中通常并不包含空载辊缝值,根据带材出口平均厚度已知的条件提出一个新的线性方程,将空载辊缝值纳入到未知量中,提高了模型耦合法的适用性。两个计算实例表明,六辊轧机板形快速预报的模型耦合法的计算结果与松弛因子法吻合良好,但可使计算速度提高100倍左右。  相似文献

While it is acknowledged that roll wear is one of the most challenges to hot strip mills (HSM), very few studies which detail an exact prediction model have been published. The aim of this work is to evaluate and compare two prediction models with measured roll wear. The first prediction model, model 1, developed for a plate mill, was modified to use in strip rolling process. The second prediction model, model 2, is a simplified on‐line model. Data of two hot strip mills were used to investigate the influence of different rolling schedules. The rolls and strip properties were described and the rolling conditions were detailed. The influence of hot rolling factors, such as strip strength, roll grades, rolling temperature, rolling force, reduction and contact length, were also studied. When rolling with different work roll materials and strip grades, the modified prediction model has better prediction accuracy than the simplified model. The accuracy of both models becomes better at higher roll wear > 150 μm. HSS work rolls were confirmed to exhibit improvement of roll wear in comparison with HiCr rolls, the wear resistance was 3 to 4 times better. The influence of strip grade on roll wear was shown to be significant, with higher accuracy of the regression statistics for rolling with similar strip grades and lower regressed accuracy for rolling with mixed strip grades. The roll wear was evaluated at the centre of the barrel.  相似文献

It is difficult to obtain the desired strip shape using Sendzimir rolling mills because small diameter work rolls can be easily deformed by the rolling force. To control the strip shape effectively, it is important to understand the relationship between the behavior of the shape actuator and the variation of the strip shape. A numerical model based on the contact element method was proposed for the prediction of strip shape. In this numerical model, the relationships between the actuating forces, the roll deflections, the thickness profiles of the entry and exit sides, and the strip shape were considered. The proposed numerical model for strip shape prediction was evaluated by computer simulation and experiment with respect to various AS-U roll and first intermediate roll positions.  相似文献

In the direct fired furnace of a continuous annealing line,seal rolls are susceptible to deformation that leads to surface defects of steel strips. According to failure analysis,the reasons include improper structural design and heat imbalance. An improved design has been proposed to reduce stress concentration and thermal radiation. A heat transfer model has been employed to determine the proper water flow rate for roll cooling. Industrial application proves that seal rolls with the new design has less deformation and longer service life.  相似文献

借助有限元软件Marc,采用三维弹塑性有限元法对4辊轧机冷轧薄带钢过程带钢变形进行了分析。计算模型对辊系的弹性变形与带钢的弹塑性变形按照接触问题进行耦合分析,得到了带钢厚度沿带钢宽度方向分布、边部减薄及有载辊缝等一系列有意义的结果,为精确计算冷轧参数提供了参考数据。  相似文献

 The strip flatness and crown control model is the foundation of automatic strip shape control. In this paper, considering the metal transverse flows and the inter stand second deformation, the trip flatness and crown control model has been developed , which can be applied to CVC mills and PC mills as well as normal four-high mills. The strip flatness and crown control model has a high precision, and has been successfully applied to the automatic strip shape control system reconstruction of Tangshan Ganglu 1250mm hot strip plant.  相似文献

Quantitative level evaluation of cold-rolled strip was significant for the shape control and the product structure optimization. Based on the probability statistics method and the shape pattern recognition method, the shape evaluation model of cold-rolled strip was established to evaluate real-time shape of the online strip. The model was embedded in the shape control system, and the online strip shape state was real-time observed whether to meet the technical indicators, so the shape level could be identified and evaluated. Based on the shape evaluation indicators, the shape component could be well controlled to improve the shape hit rate and the control stability, so that the rolled strip shape could meet the technical requirements. At a 1050 cold strip mill, the shape data of the scene typical specifications strip were online collected and real-time evaluated, and the hit of macro shape in less than 8 I was 68.44%, indicating that the mill shape control had considerable room for improvement, as well as the evaluation method was feasible and practical for quantitative evaluation of the strip shape. So the new evaluation model has important guiding significance to increase value-added and reduce product quality objection.  相似文献

由于PC热连轧机轧辊成对交叉,因而在变形区接触表面产生随交叉角变化的轴向力。作者分析了这一轴向力的产生机理,根据具体条件确定了8种不同轴向分力矢量图,并采用差分单元叠加方法进行计算,得出了精轧机组6个机架的轴向力及其变化规律。计算结果与实验值吻合较好,从而对PC热连轧机承受轴向力载荷的轴承设计及维护提供了依据。  相似文献

 带钢冷连轧过程中,板形板厚控制存在着很强的耦合关系,相互影响对方的调节效果,甚至引起系统不稳定。对轧制过程中影响板形板厚的各控制因素进行了系统的理论分析,建立了板形(平坦度、凸度)板厚耦合模型,并在对2组耦合模型进行系统分析的基础上分别进行解耦设计,以某厂1720mm五机架冷连轧机的实际参数,采用Matlab/Simulink工具进行的仿真分析,证明平坦度与板厚解耦设计可有效提高板形板厚的控制精度。  相似文献
