本文以滤纸为模板,通过浸渍-高温煅烧法制得具有生物形态的氧化铝,利用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A151)对所制备样品的表面进行疏水改性。利用悬浮聚合法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯的吸油树脂。根据正交实验结果,得出分散剂的用量为5 wt %、交联剂的用量为2 wt %、引发剂的用量为1.5 wt %、改性氧化铝的添加量为4 wt %,树脂的吸油倍率较原树脂有了明显的提高,而且复合树脂能够反复多次使用。对改性前后的氧化物进行红外光谱(IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及动态疏水性分析;并对复合高吸油树脂进行扫描电镜(SEM)和热重(TG-DTA)分析。  相似文献

Seeding of the Reaction-Bonded Aluminum Oxide Process   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The effect of the initial α-Al2O3 particle size in the reaction-bonded aluminum oxide (RBAO) process on the phase transformation of aluminum-derived γ-Al2O3 to α-Al2O3, and subsequently densification, was investigated. It has been demonstrated that if the initial α-Al2O3 particles are fine (∼0.2 μm, i.e., 2.9 × 1014γ-Al2O3 particles/cm3), then they seed the phase transformation. The fine α-Al2O3 decreases the transformation temperature to ∼962°C and results in a finer microstructure. The smaller particle size of the seeded RBAO decreases the sintering temperature to as low as ∼1135°C. The results confirm that seeding can be utilized to improve phase transformations and densification and subsequently to tailor final microstructures in RBAO-derived ceramics.  相似文献

以磷酸溶液为电解液、以高纯铝为阳极,采用两步阳极氧化法制备氧化铝模板。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其表面形貌分析表明,氧化铝膜为多孔结构,膜孔径随着阳极氧化电压的增大而不断增大。对阳极氧化电流密度变化分析证实,铝的阳极氧化经历了三个阶段:阻挡层的生成、多孔层的形成和多孔层的稳定生长。以制备的氧化铝膜为阴极、锌片为阳极,以硝酸锌和硼酸的混合液为电解液,采用交流电沉积方法制备了针状氧化锌纳米线。  相似文献

Powder compacts consisting of Al, Al2O3, and ZrO2 were heated by microwave radiation. Tracing the phase evolution during reaction bonding revealed the reaction mechanism. In the case of conventional heating, the compacts expanded slightly at temperatures of <700°C due to Al surface oxidation and expanded sharply at temperatures greater than 700°C as oxidation proceeded from the surface to the interior. Then, the compacts shrank at 1550°C due to sintering. For the case of microwave heating, the compacts expanded at temperatures of <550°C due to the formation of Al3Zr. This Al3Zr formation was caused by the preferential heating of ZrO2 relative to Al and Al2O3 by microwave radiation. Then, Al3Zr was oxidized to form Al2O3 and ZrO2 at temperatures of >1000°C. Finally, the compacts shrank at 1550°C due to sintering, similarly to conventional sintering.  相似文献

氧化铝中氧化钠含量的测定,一般采用高温熔结,用水浸出钠盐后,用原子吸收火焰光度法测定,该方法的测定周期比较长,而且高温熔结时对铂金皿的损耗比较大。文章提出了试样用磷酸和硫酸混合溶液,在高压微波消解器中进行处理,将样品在较短的时间内消解,并在试液中加入一定量的氯化铯,消除钠的电离干扰,采用原子吸收光谱法直接测定,测试结果与标准样品推荐值比较,结果令人满意。  相似文献

In this study, the microstructural development of AlN during combustion synthesis (CS) in a nitrogen atmosphere was investigated. CS using an aluminum–50 wt% AlN–3 wt% MgCl2 powder compact yielded a mixture of AlN whiskers and powder. The microstructural development during the combustion reaction was studied by heating the compact to various temperatures. Based on the experimental results, the formation mechanisms of the AlN with a whisker morphology were discussed.  相似文献

This research uses spatially-resolved electron energy-loss spectroscopy (EELS) in a scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM) to study epoxy infiltration into a nanoporous aluminum surface oxide. Imaging by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) shows that the oxide surface of an as-anodized aluminum wire consists of columnar nanopores with diameters ranging from approximately 5 -150 nm. Anodized wires were embedded in a 100 g: 28 g mixture of DGEBA (diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A) resin and PACM20 (bis(p-aminocyclohexyl)methane) curing agent followed by a two-step cure. Electron-transparent sections were cut by ultramicrotomy. Spatially-resolved carbon and oxygen EELS profiles from the oxide are anti-correlated indicating that oxide pore walls are separated by pore interiors containing epoxy. Spatially-resolved low-loss spectral data are transformed into a measure of apparent specimen thickness. Comparisons of such data with simulations based on experimentally derived oxide topologies indicate that the pores are fully filled.  相似文献

The influence of the target material, fluence, laser wavelength, and nitrogen pressure on the synthesis of AlN nanosized powders via reactive laser ablation has been investigated. Using infrared laser radiation and fluences of ≥11 J/cm2, pure AlN nanosized powders were produced at nitrogen pressures of ≥1.3 kPa via ablation of an AlN target and ≥13.3 kPa via ablation of an aluminum target. With ultraviolet laser radiation, AlN powders could be synthesized at a lower fluence (9 J/cm2 at a pressure of 8 kPa). The mean powder size was 7.5−15 nm.  相似文献

在Al2O3电解质体系中,利用X射线衍射分析仪、扫描电子显微镜和交流阻抗谱仪考察了烧结温度对陶瓷体Al2O3固体电解质(BASE)的β″/β相的形成、体密度和离子电导率的影响。研究表明:固相法合成BASE时,陶瓷体的最佳的陶瓷烧结温度为1 600℃。离子电导率、β″含量、体积密度随烧结温度的升高先上升后下降。离子电导率不仅与相结构有关,还与材料的致密性有关。导电过程在温度升高过程中,会由晶界控制转变为晶粒控制。随着烧结温度的升高,晶界控制的温度范围逐渐减小。  相似文献

Nanocrystalline yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG, Y3Al5O12) was synthesized by pyrolysis of complex compounds of aluminum and yttrium with triethanolamine [(HOCH2CH2)3N, (TEA)]. Loose and porous precursor was obtained on complete dehydration of the metal ion–triethanolamine complexes. Pure YAG powder was obtained by calcination of the precursor at 950°C. The precursor was characterized by simultaneous thermogravimetry, differential scanning calorimetry, and mass spectra analyses (TG–DSC–MS). The heat-treated powders were characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), specific surface area measurements, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The average crystallite size as determined from X-ray line broadening and transmission electron microscopy studies was ∼40 nm. The effects of the calcination temperature and the ratio of triethanolamine to mixed metal ions were also studied.  相似文献
