研究了化学镀镍-磷合金的性能,结果表明,热处理温度对镍-磷合金镀层的硬度和 有较大的影响,二者经400℃CX1h热处理后达到峰值;镍-磷合金在酸、碱、盐介质中的耐蚀性优于1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢。。应用结果证明,化学镀Ni-P合金在铁路机械上具有广泛的应用前景。 相似文献

研究了添加稀土镱(Yb)对镍磷(Ni-P)合金化学镀镀层组织和性能的影响,探讨了镱在化学镀过程中的作用机制。结果表明,由于镱具有较强的吸附能力,优先吸附在晶体缺陷处,能提高基体的催化活性,对镀层的耐腐蚀性能有明显的影响。适量添加稀土镱,得到的镍磷沉积镀层自腐蚀电位增加,腐蚀电流密度降低,表面更加平整、均匀,且镀层原有的非晶态结构没有发生改变,热处理后的显微硬度提高。 相似文献

为探索稀土元素在玻璃纤维化学镀中的应用,研究了玻璃纤维表面化学镀Ni-Co-Fe-La-P合金的工艺。重点讨论了La对化学镀液的稳定性、沉积速率以及在镀液中加入La后主盐、络合剂和温度等对镀层沉积速率的影响。研究结果表明:在镀液中加入适量的La能明显提高镀液的稳定性、沉积速率、改善镀层形貌和降低施镀温度;但随着镀液中La含量的增加,镀液的稳定性和沉积速率皆呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当镀液中La化合物浓度达到1.1g·L^-1时,镀液的稳定性达到了最大值,同时沉积速率也达到了最佳值。 相似文献

基于钨钼的电化学性质差异,以铜为还原剂,在添加EDTA络合剂和无络合剂作用的条件下,研究了EDTA用量、pH值、还原时间、反应温度对钼还原率的影响。结果表明,添加EDTA络合剂不利于钼还原率的提高;反应可采用铜直接还原,选择pH=1.0~1.5、反应温度60℃及延长还原时间,利于钼还原率的提高。 相似文献

A recently developed technique of surface alloying by diffusion-coating has been used to produce coatings on Mg alloys with various Al and Zn contents. The experimental results show that both Al and Zn solutes in the alloy promote the diffusion of alloying elements through grain refinement of the substrate alloys and through reduction of diffusion active energy because of the reduction of melting temperature of the alloys. Therefore, the efficiency of surface alloying increases by diffusion coating. Thick, dense, uniform, and continuous layers of intermetallic compounds, which consist of a τ-phase layer and a β-phase layer, can be produced on the surface of various Mg alloys. The intermetallic compound layers not only have microhardness values that are 4 to 6 times higher than the substrate but also provide effective protection of the Mg alloys from corrosion in 5 pct NaCl solution at room temperature. 相似文献

Although alloying and heat treatments are common industrial practices to obtain ductile irons with desired mechanical properties, related information on how the two practices affect corrosion behavior is scarce. In this study, two ductile irons—with and without 1 wt pct copper addition—were austempered to obtain austempered ductile irons (ADIs). Polarization tests and salt spray tests were conducted to explore how both copper-alloying and austempering heat treatments influenced the corrosion behavior of ductile irons. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of 1 wt pct copper-alloyed ductile iron was better than that of the unalloyed one, while ADI had improved corrosion resistance compared with the as-cast. In particular, the ductile iron combined with the copper-alloying and austempering treatments increased the corrosion inhibition efficiency up to 84 pct as tested in 3.5 wt pct NaCl solution. 相似文献
