The research of actual nutrition and food behaviour of 500 Kuzbass miners has been conducted. Impartial findings concerning the chemical composition, food set of organized and nonorganized underground feeding of miners were obtained. The peculiarities of miners'food behaviour in modern social-economic conditions were analyzed. The necessity and the directions of elaboration of steps concerning the improvement of nutrition of the given group accounting regional and professional features were demonstrated.  相似文献

Twenty-four hours' energy expenditure, actual nutrition and incidence of excessive body weight were studied in 100 students (85 females and 15 males), aged 19-29. Twenty-four hours' energy expenditure in males comprised 2585.2 +/- 16.3 kcal, in females - 2434.5 +/- 7.9 kcal, calorific value was 2591.3 +/- 18.9 kcal and 2587.5 +/- 12.6 kcal, respectively. The diet of males consisted of 95.1 +/- 3.9 g protein (including 72.4 g animal protein), 122.9 +/- 8.1 g fats (including 9.7 +/- 0.9 g vegetable fats) and 276.2 +/- 7.4 g carbohydrates. The diet of females contained 93.3 +/- 2.1 g protein (including 63.8 +/- 2.7 g animal protein), 111.9 +/- 4.1 g fats (including 14.6 +/- 1.0 g vegetable fats) and 301.8 +/- 5.0 g carbohydrates. Deficiency of vitamin B, ascorbic acid, calcium and magnium (in females) was recorded in the diets of the students investigated. Their twenty-four hours' rations consisted of great amount of pastry and free animal fat, little bread (especially, brown bread), and lactic acid foods (with a low content of fat), vegetables and fruit. International development programing is increasingly integrating agriculture and nutrition goals, while attempting to demonstrate ‘impacts at scale’ and value for money. These multiple goals create complexities, both from a conceptual viewpoint and a more operational perspective. This article uses systems theory to examine the mobile Nutrition program (mNutrition), which aims to improve nutrition, food security and livelihoods for rural women and children, through mobile phone-based information services. The paper specifically uses mNutrition’s work in Malawi as a case study. The systems approach reveals that, as a complex system with numerous sub-components and tensions among different goals, the mNutrition program tended to minimize connections between its sub-systems (such as content development and mobile service development processes) in order to speed up movement towards the global planned outcomes. We argue that this is likely to have multiple impacts on outcomes, including on overall effectiveness and the relevance and sustainability of the mobile message content.  相似文献

The present research was directed on study of an actual meal and status of nutrition of children in the age of from birth till 5 years living in Murmansk (region of Far North). 998 children were surveyed. At an estimation of an actual meal of children the data about breast feeding are received, the basic nutrients misbalance of structure of diets of children are established, and their reasons are analyzed. On the basis of the received data the regional recommendations for organization of a healthy meal in children's preschool establishments and program of hygienic training of the parents to skills of a balanced diet of children of early and junior age were developed.  相似文献

福建烟区植烟土壤pH值在4.60~7.50的范围,强酸性土壤占所调查的82.1%,土壤pH值与水解氮、水溶性硼、代换性钙和镁、有效锌呈显著和极显著相关。福建烟区钙、镁、硼含量低,这与土壤酸度过大有直接的关系。因此,施用石灰、白云石,钙镁磷等碱性肥料,增施硼肥、有机肥,是提高土壤的pH值,不断培肥土壤和改善烟叶钙、镁、硼营养的有效措施。  相似文献

The actual nutrition of students of the Patrice Lumumba University of Peoples' Friendship, who had come to the USSR from different countries of the world, was investigated during their studies. Insufficient content of vegetable proteins and fats, Ca and vitamin C, as well as low carbohydrate level were detected in the food of students from all the continents, except for Asia. No significant difference was observed between the energy providing with food and its consumption by the students. The data obtained have been used for validation of the rational nutrition for foreign students studying in the USSR.  相似文献

On investigating of 60 healthy female students with use of a questionnaire method, it was found out what amount of basic nutrients, such as: proteins (especially those of animal origin), animal fats, hydrocarbons, vitamins (C, B1, B2, B6) mineral elements (calcium, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus) in students nourishment was lower in the spring than in the fall. Both in the spring and in the fall this amount was not appropriate for recommended physiological nourishment standards. On investigating of immunological reactivity of these students season's fluctuations for some indexes of cellular and humoral immunity were found. Lowering of T-lymphocytes lever together with lowering of blood immunoglobulines (especially those of G-calss) and lowering of lever of immunological complexes, circulating in the blood in spring comparing to the fall combinated with growth of B-lymphocytes lever.  相似文献
