在充分考虑物流服务供应链协调的特性和物流服务供应链的服务特性的基础上,设计了物流服务供应链综合绩效评价指标体系。该指标体系由结果层、运作层和战略层3个层次构成,共有7个二级指标和30个三级指标。建立了物流服务供应链绩效评价指标体系网络层次分析ANP模型,并利用Superdecision软件进行评价。算例结果表明,该方法可以克服评价因素之间的相关性,提高了绩效评价的准确性,从而为物流服务供应链绩效提供了一种定量的评价依据。  相似文献

论述了绩效管理模型的发展历程和发展趋势,介绍了BP神经网络评价模型形成的原理,综合运用多种方法建立了财务指标和非财务指标相结合的企业投资决策战略绩效评价的一般指标体系,采用了主成分分析和专家判断相结合的方法对企业投资决策绩效评价指标进行筛选。建立了基于SWOT战略分析和BP神经网络训练的企业投资决策绩效评价模型,并运用该模型对武钢焦化企业投资项目进行了实证分析。  相似文献

为了实现绿色制造环境绩效评价对绿色制造实施过程的监督和检验作用,提出一种面向过程的绿色制造环境绩效评价体系,包括绩效指标体系和评价方法2个方面。从绿色制造实施流程出发,分析环境绩效评价内容,得到具有过程特征的绩效评价指标体系,包括3个阶段,即基础建设、应用实施和持续改进,并介绍了各阶段之间的相互影响关系。分析环境绩效指标值的确定方法,采用目标递进的层次分析法确定指标权重,应用过程评价方法得到绩效结果,以实现对绿色制造实施过程的动态评价。该评价体系在重庆某机床厂再制造工程中的初步应用验证了其有效性。  相似文献

文章将功能系数法与广泛应用于管理评价的逻辑框架法进行综合运用,认为项目及组织的可持续发展是建设项目协调管理的最高境界,从目标协调管理绩效、组织协调管理绩效、利益相关方协调管理绩效及项目和组织可持续发展性4个方面建立了建设项目协调管理绩效评价指标体系,并给出各指标的计算方法,运用功能系数法计算建设项目协调管理绩效综合评价功能系数,从而有效量化了对建设项目协调管理绩效的综合评价。最后,通过算例研究,验证了指标体系构建方法及各指标计算方法的可行性,这个方法可以有效地衡量协调管理的功能。  相似文献

为了弥补传统物流绩效评价方法只给出综合评价值的不足,在构建港口物流绩效评价指标体系的基础上,结合熵值法和灰靶理论建立了熵权灰靶理论模型,运用该模型对港口物流绩效水平进行实证分析。研究结果表明:2011年上海港物流绩效水平最优,其次是天津港、青岛港、宁波港、广州港和大连港,熵权灰靶理论用于港口物流绩效评价是切实可行的。该理论在丰富港口物流绩效评价方法的同时,为今后提高港口物流服务水平提供相应的参考依据。  相似文献

成本和服务水平是供应链绩效评价申具有悖反关系的指标.提出了基于平衡计分卡(BSC)和系统动力学(SD)仿真的供应链绩效评价方法,建立了供应链成本与服务水平的数学模型.利用BSC和战略图界定供应链结构及其边界,建立供应链系统模型;由供应链模型构建SD仿真流图和供应链绩效指标的SD方程;通过SD仿真和参数调整平衡成本与服务水平之间的关系,实现供应链绩效的优化.以生产一分销子系统为例,验证方法的有效性.  相似文献

本文基于浙江省市场监督管理系统检验检测技术装备项目管理的工作实践经验,设计了绩效评价模型。利用德尔菲法对指标进行筛选,运用层次分析法对指标进行权重赋值,首次构建了“3+6+20”架构的检验检测技术装备项目绩效考核评价体系,包括3个一级指标,6个二级指标,20个三级指标。进一步组织32名专家,运用该指标体系对装备项目进行案例实证研究,发现可有效区分装备项目绩效水平高低,并发现项目管理过程中存在的短板。该评级体系可用于装备项目绩效自评和主管部门评价,从而促进相关机构不断提升装备项目管理水平,提高财政资金使用绩效。  相似文献

首先区分不同主体,面向顾客选择指标,基于流程构建一个供应链绩效评价的指标体系;然后,提出一种改进的灰关联法。在多指标、多对象的评价中,这种方法只需要增加劣关联度的计算,就可以同时确定体系中各指标的权重和各个对象的综合绩效,大大减少了评价的工作量;最后利用提出的体系和方法进行案例研究。  相似文献

Supply chains are currently considered dynamic systems and will change with time and with the environment. Thus, the performance of a supply chain system will not only be influenced by the determined measuring factors but also by the adding or withdrawal of enterprises. Faced with these unstable systems, this study employs the Data Envelopment Analysis and sensitivity analysis methods in order to measure supply chain collaborative performance as well as relative individual company performance. This approach principally aims at finding: (1) an effective collaborative performance evaluation method that can cover the measuring factors admitted by all chain members; (2) the robust benchmark companies for closely related chain members. The results of this research clearly show the expected study target that will benefit chain members in performance improvement.  相似文献

The increasing demands for environmental resource protection and sustainable development have been forcing enterprises to put sustainable supply chain management on their agendas in recent years. At the same time, intense global competition requires organisations to adopt practices that enable them to provide high-quality products and services. In this paper, we consider the problem of comprehensively evaluating the production system in closed-loop supply chains. We first propose an evaluation framework that consists of economic evaluation, product quality evaluation and ecological evaluation modules. Based on mathematical probability theory and the dynamic characteristics of reverse supply chain logistics, we then focus on the evolution dynamics in the quality evaluation dimension, where the concept of product quality, which builds on the reliability and the time-utility value of a product, is proposed. The basic production evaluation model is then extended to incorporate different sustainable procurement strategies, which take into consideration the trade-offs among cost, environment and quality. An outline and corresponding flow chart of corporate procurement strategy optimisation are provided which allow the proposed evaluation model to be implemented in computer-aided decision-making, further providing decision support for production system and supply chain management. Simulation and case studies are presented to promote a better understanding of the model approach and its managerial implications. Results also suggest that quality characteristics of components and sustainable procurement strategies are two important factors that determine the final production performance and should be paid special attention in closed-loop supply chain practice.  相似文献

Though many firms still believe that passive environmental strategies are sufficient, it is pertinent that they move beyond this belief and take a proactive supply chain-wide environmental stance so as to create a sustainable environment. In this paper, we seek to extend current work within green supply chain management by considering multiple green supply chain capabilities and performance measures. We hypothesise the linkage between environmental orientation, green supply chain capabilities and performance by drawing upon stakeholder theory and natural resource-based view. More importantly, our study is the first to distinguish between product and process-related capabilities in the green supply chain area and study their direct and mediating role with respect to environmental and financial performance measures. Using survey data collected from 256 Chinese-based high-tech firms, we analyse several hypothesised relationships. Our results provide strong support for the significant role that green product design and green supply chain processes can play in improving firms’ environmental and financial performance. Interestingly, our results also suggest that green product design may not have a direct impact on financial performance.  相似文献

The environmental impact is one of the major pillars of concerns when addressing the sustainability of food supply chain. In life cycle assessment of food supply chain, a particular environmental impact category from farming to distribution is aggregated. These values are widely used in determining which supply chain is performing more environmentally sound on the basis of a particular impact category. However, when different categories of environmental impacts are represented in one matrix, different impact categories can exhibit increasing and decreasing trends simultaneously for the same product. Moreover, different impact categories have different units of measurement. All of these factors make it difficult to clearly prefer one supply chain to the other. Therefore, a quantifiable indicator is desirable for each individual product which can represent all impact categories for a single product through a single index and can be easily comparable during decision making. This paper presents a new framework to compute a single index based on Life cycle assessment using vector space theory. This index can be utilized to compare the environmental sustainability among various food supply chains. The index is named as green value of a supply chain. The use of this proposed green value is explained through three case studies with different goals, scopes, system boundaries, and functional units. It is also shown that how the order of green value varies by changing the functional unit of the same product. The contribution of green value is the better interpretation of Life cycle assessment result for the purpose of decision making and is easily understandable to customers, manufacturers, policy makers, and other stakeholders.  相似文献

The purchasing function is central to the strategic operations of effective supply chain management. This centrality is mainly due to the significant impact of material costs on profits, increased investments in inter-organizational advanced manufacturing and information technologies, and a growing emphasis on the just-in-time operations philosophy. The critical business processes of the purchasing function include supplier selection, negotiation of supply contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and acting as an interface between an organization and its suppliers. Within these core processes of purchasing, this paper narrows its scope to focus upon the supplier performance evaluation and monitoring process, which assists in maintaining effective customer-supplier linkages. While price has been traditionally considered as the single most important factor in evaluating suppliers, it has been agreed upon that value performance emphasis needs to include other important factors such as quality, delivery and flexibility. Given this evolving business competitiveness environment, the contribution of this research is threefold. First, it applies a new multi-criteria evaluation model for supplier performance evaluation by considering various performance criteria. Second, a proposed application extension of this model serves as a monitoring and control mechanism for the performance of suppliers, thus supporting continuous process improvement to achieve efficient customer-supplier relationships. Third, the paper presents this technique as a new methodological extension to data envelopment analysis research by improving the discriminatory power of an existing variable returns to scale model. The model and its application are demonstrated through a previously published illustrative case example.  相似文献

运用博弈论的方法,在考虑消费者绿色偏好和新鲜度敏感的情况下,针对电商环境下由生鲜农产品生产商、物流服务商和线下超市组成的三级生鲜农产品供应链,通过建立供应链Stackelberg博弈模型,得出供应链各成员在集中决策和分散决策下的最优决策,发现集中模式的供应链最优决策远优于分散模式,并且两种模式下供应链的最优目标值均与绿色偏好系数和新鲜度敏感系数成正比,说明引导消费者绿色和保鲜消费是提升供应链绩效的关键。最后通过设计“成本共担+收益共享”契约,实现供应链协调和帕累托改进,并通过数值分析证明该契约的有效性。  相似文献
