选取天然植物枫香叶黑色提取物、黄栀子黄色提取物和2种红蓝草提取物用于牙膏配方开发,综合考察了牙膏的外观、口感和稳定性。结果表明,4种天然植物色素提取物用于牙膏配方开发,膏体外观分别表现出黑色、浅黄色、红色和紫色,口感试刷无不良感觉,3个月加速稳定性实验膏体稳定性正常。  相似文献

根据国家标准GB 11894—1989测定地表水中的总氮时,发现了空白实验的吸光度异常偏高的现象。由于实验过程中.氧化剂的纯度、氧化溶液的放置时间、氧化时间的长短、蒸馏水的纯度、检测仪器的稳定性及实验环境等因素都会对空白实验的吸光度产生影响,因此,通过一系列对比实验,系统地检查了实验用水、试剂、器皿、全自动高压灭菌器和紫外可见分光光度计.对可能的影响因素逐一进行了分析和排除,找到了实验出现问题的原因.并进行了校正。  相似文献

Abstract. This article studies the asymptotic distribution of five residuals‐based tests for the null of no‐cointegration under a local alternative when the tests are computed using both ordinary least squares (OLS) and generalized least squares (GLS)‐detrended variables. The local asymptotic power of the tests is shown to be a function of Brownian motion and Ornstein–Uhlenbeck processes, depending on a single nuisance parameter, which is determined by the correlation at frequency zero of the errors of the cointegration regression with the shocks to the right‐hand side variables. The tests are compared in terms of power in large and small samples. It is shown that, while no significant improvement can be achieved by using unit root tests other than the OLS detrended t‐test originally proposed by Engle and Granger (1987), the power of GLS residuals tests can be higher than the power of system tests for some values of the nuisance parameter.  相似文献

The aggregate–matrix interface plays a leading role in the fracture mechanisms and in the fracture response of concrete. In this work, the influence of the interface on the macroscopic fracture parameters of concrete is investigated. Eleven concrete batches were cast with the same matrix. Different—crushed or rounded—aggregates from the same quarry were used, and several surface treatments were applied to improve or degrade the bond between the matrix and the particles. Fracture tests (three-point bending tests and Brazilian splitting tests) were carried out to determine the fracture energy and other relevant fracture parameters of the concrete batches. The modulus of elasticity and the compressive strength were obtained from uniaxial compression tests. The macroscopic fracture behaviour was modeled by the cohesive crack model with a bilinear softening curve. The results show that concretes with the same matrix and aggregates, and similar behaviour under uniaxial compression, can give very different fracture responses. The work shows how fracture behaviour is governed by the interfacial properties that are also behind the cracking mechanism.  相似文献

以实验室培养的Candidatus Jettenia属厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥为种泥,通过批次与连续试验,考察了盐度对Anammox脱氮效能的影响。结果表明以Candidatus Jettenia为优势菌属的Anammox污泥对盐度的增加表现敏感。在连续试验中,UAFB反应器经55 d无盐环境的启动,总氮去除速率达到1.15 kg/(m~3·d),当盐度为5、7.5 g/L时,反应器脱氮效率分别下降了20%、60%,但仍能表现出显著的厌氧氨氧化效能。批次试验中,5、7.5、10 g/L盐度下,Anammox污泥活性分别下降了25%、55%、67%;盐度15 g/L时,Anammox菌失去活性。  相似文献

We derive tests of stationarity for univariate time series by combining change‐point tests sensitive to changes in the contemporary distribution with tests sensitive to changes in the serial dependence. The proposed approach relies on a general procedure for combining dependent tests based on resampling. After proving the asymptotic validity of the combining procedure under the conjunction of null hypotheses and investigating its consistency, we study rank‐based tests of stationarity by combining cumulative sum change‐point tests based on the contemporary empirical distribution function and on the empirical autocopula at a given lag. Extensions based on tests solely focusing on second‐order characteristics are proposed next. The finite‐sample behaviors of all the derived statistical procedures for assessing stationarity are investigated in large‐scale Monte Carlo experiments, and illustrations on two real datasets are provided. Extensions to multi‐variate time series are briefly discussed as well.  相似文献

In this paper, three-dimensional (3D) printing system based on fused deposition modeling (FDM) is used for the fabrication of polylactic acid (PLA) specimens with and without graphene and to measure their dynamic mechanical properties. In particular, 3D printed PLA/graphene nanocomposites containing 10wt% graphene in PLA matrix were characterized by compression tests, cyclic compression tests, nanoindentation and modal tests. The results of the mechanical tests reveal that the incorporation of multifunctional graphene has improved the modulus, the strength and the hardness of the 3D printed nanocomposites. The damping as calculated by cyclic compression and modal tests was substantially increased compared to neat PLA samples.  相似文献

The influence of the glass transition temperature and the mechanical and anticorrosion properties of factors such as the amount of plasticizer added to an epoxy primer were investigated by DSC (differential scanning calorimeter), DMA (dynamic mechanical analysis), stress-strain tests, salt fog spray tests, accelerated tests, and electrochemical tests. The addition of plasticizer results in a decrease in the glass transition temperature and a change in the mechanical properties. Different tests were carried out to the optimum percentage of plasticizer content (1.5–3% weight ratio to epoxy resin) required to obtain the maximum anticorrosion performance of the epoxy primer. These changes are explained by the structural-kinetic effect exerted by the plasticizer on the chemical crosslinking in the course of the epoxy network synthesis and the increase in the excess free volume.  相似文献

Submicrometer‐sized RDX and HMX crystals were produced by electrospray crystallization and submicrometer‐sized RDX crystals were produced by plasma‐assisted crystallization. Impact and friction sensitivity tests and ballistic impact chamber tests were performed to determine the product sensitivity. Rather than reflecting the quality of the particles, we found the sensitivity tests to be unreliable for submicrometer particles. The used impact test was not accurate enough, while in the friction and ballistic impact chamber tests the submicrometer‐sized crystals were distributed among the grooves of the porcelain plate or among the grains of the sandpaper used in these tests. These observations stress the need for revisiting the current standards used for determining the hazardous properties like friction and impact sensitivity of energetic materials in the case, where the sample consists of submicrometer‐sized crystals. Recommendations were suggested to develop new test methods that only use the interactions between the particles and therefore allow the application of sensitivity tests for submicrometer/nano‐sized energetic materials.  相似文献

根据大连地区原水水质,运用正交试验法,经阻垢试验、旋转挂片腐蚀试验、动态模拟试验、杀菌剂配伍试验,筛选出以环保型L-天冬氨酸取代物为主剂,浓缩倍数为4.5-5的合成氨厂环保型高浓缩倍数水稳剂配方。试验结果表明,DHY-021配方具有优异的缓蚀阻垢性能,与杀菌剂有良好的配伍性。  相似文献
