钛白粉是一种重要的无机化工颜料,在涂料行业有着重要作用,涂料用钛白粉占钛白粉用量的6 0%,其中底漆和白色面漆占比最高。但随着人们对颜色、多样化、个性化的要求越来越高,金属漆被人们的认可度越来越高,金属漆产量逐年提升,金属漆专用钛白粉的用量也逐年提升。金属漆专用钛白粉按照涂料配比方法,对颜料的实际使用规范量进行分析,注意涂料的色彩度、鲜活度、耐火性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐旱性等。金属漆专用钛白粉对白度、光泽、耐候性要求严苛,需要在现有的金红石型钛白粉生产工艺上做出针对性的改变。本文主要从水解、转窑、表面处理、气流粉碎等工序上进行工艺创新,研究金属漆钛白粉的可能性。 相似文献

用PTIR光谱研究了颜料对双组分丙酸聚氨酯交联固化反应成膜速率的影响。结果显示:不同颜料体系对双组发聚氨酯涂料的固化行为有很大影响,在相同的颜料体积浓度下,固化反应速度为清漆〉钛白漆〉柠檬黄漆〉酞菁蓝漆;初期越易凝胶的体系在固化反应后期速度越慢,交联固化的活化能越大。 相似文献

Phosphate-doped polyaniline pigment was prepared by a chemical oxidation method using ammonium persulfate in phosphoric acid
media. Fourier transform infrared studies were done to characterize the pigment. The magnesium alloy ZM 21 was coated with
polyaniline-pigmented paint, based on an epoxy binder, and the corrosion performance of the coating was studied by potential
measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in 0.1% and 0.5% NaCl solutions. The results were compared with strontium
chromate and filler material-pigmented coatings. It was found that the coating containing polyaniline provided similar protection

为了解决汽车涂装生产中由于工艺设计不合理而造成的涂料使用过量的问题,通过正交试验对喷涂SPM-155珠光黑工艺进行了优化,找出了影响色漆用量的主次因素,确定了最优的工艺参数为:静电电压70kV,涂料喷涂量270mL/min,成型空气压力0.16MPa,旋杯转速27000r/min,施工黏度12.5s。3个月的生产实践证明,优化后的工艺使单车色漆用量降为1.84kg,比优化前的用量2.1kg节约了0.26kg,年效益可达70万元。 相似文献

以聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂和异氰酸酯固化剂为主体成膜物质,研制了一种高性能双组分橡胶涂料,分析了树脂1/树脂2的比例、固化剂1/固化剂2的比例和颜基比对涂膜断裂伸长率和磨耗量的影响。利用响应曲面法,以涂膜断裂伸长率和磨耗量为响应目标优化了涂料配方的参数,得到最优涂料配方参数为:树脂1/树脂2=0.43,固化剂1/固化剂2=1.05和颜基比=1.21,此时涂膜断裂伸长率和磨耗量分别为243.4%和5.56 mg。与模型理论值相比,涂膜断裂伸长率的相对误差为1.59%,涂膜耐磨性能的磨耗量的相对误差为1.28%。 相似文献

The paper analyzes the performance of solventborne paint systems applied on carbon steel and hot-dip galvanized steel in a
wide range of atmospheric exposures. The study has involved paint systems exposure for 3.5 years in eight natural atmospheres.
The atmospheric conditions cover from temperate rural climates to tropical severe marine and Antarctic coastal regions. The
paint systems included several alkyds formulated with a variety of pigments (anticorrosive and barrier), epoxies, chlorinated
rubber, and zinc-rich (ethyl silicate and epoxy).
It has been concluded that in rural and urban atmospheres alkyd systems afford equivalent anticorrosive protection of steel
to the epoxy/polyurethane system. The toxic red lead pigment may be replaced in long linseed-oil alkyd primer paints by non-toxic
pigments, such as a mixture of micaceous iron oxides (MIO) and black iron oxides or zinc phosphate, without affecting the
anticorrosive properties of the paint system. In aggressive atmospheres (industrial, marine), paint systems including zinc-rich
primers or applied on galvanized steel must be used, especially in surface regions with coating faults (scribes). 相似文献

The UV light behavior crossing a thick scattering and absorbing paint film has been modelled by a four-flux radiative transfer theory. For all that, the scattering characteristics of the coating as well as the calculation of the UV intensity decay through the coating thickness were measured versus TiO2 pigment concentration. Thanks to these results, the conversion profiles in the coating thickness were obtained by numerical modeling and the influence of TiO2 pigment concentration on these conversion profiles was discussed. 相似文献
