围绕散射表面和复杂微结构表面形貌高精度测量需求,对基于结构光照明的表面形貌测量技术与系统进行了研究,设计了基于科勒照明结合数字微镜器件调制的具有良好结构光对比度和均匀性的结构光照明光学系统,提出了基于高斯曲线插值的虚拟狭缝SlitMask结构照明共焦层析算法与基于迭代高斯拟合的峰值提取重建算法,建立了结构光照明表面形貌测量系统,利用单刻线对系统进行准确性与重复性测试,结果表明相对示值误差为1.87%,重复测量结果的标准差为0.0014μm。对玻璃多刻线样板和车削表面进行测试,验证了本系统不仅可用于反射表面的测量,还对散射表面具有较好的测量能力。 相似文献

为提高空调四通换向阀高度测量的精确度以及加工焊接的效率,提出一种基于线结构光的四通换向阀高度测量方法。通过计算机视觉技术搭配线型结构光获取四通阀的表面形貌特征,基于结构光三维测量原理得到被测工件表面各点的实际位置坐标,从而实现四通换向阀的高度测量。实验研究表明,线结构光法测量结果稳定,并能得到较高的精确度,所得高度的误差小于0.5 mm,满足零件的加工要求。该方法可完成物体表面轮廓的三维重建,克服单目视觉测量过程中丢失被测件深度信息的缺点;并能实现四通换向阀生产线上工件的自动化检测加工,因而避免传统人工测量引起的低效、易疲劳等问题。 相似文献

为了解决流水线上产品的尺寸自动测量难的问题,基于目前机器视觉在尺寸测量方面的应用,介绍了用机器视觉来检测线圈绕线质量的方案。采用简化了的针孔模型对相机进行标定,并针对CCD成像元的不均匀性,提出改进方案并对测量结果进行误差修正,通过实验完善并验证了该方案的可行性,为机器视觉测量尺寸提供理论基础。 相似文献

基于位置传感器PSD和光学三角原理,开发了一种适于空间曲线型微细管孔内表面三维重构的检测系统.该系统主要由管道机器人、形貌检测器和曲率检测器等部分组成.形貌检测器可以采集管道内壁截面信息,并计算出截面环上的点在局部坐标系中的位置.曲率检测器负责测量管孔中心轴线在检测器采样位置处的局部几何性质,并完成管道中轴线的重构.在管道机器人的驱动下,根据上述两方面提供的数据以及其前进步距,可以实现管道内表面的三维重建.实验结果表明,利用该技术检测的管道时,管道曲率半径的相对检测精度可以达到±2%,内表面缺陷及内径的测量精度可以达到±0.1mm. 相似文献

Recently, structured light system (SLS)-based selective data acquisition, where the complexity of the object surface is analysed before acquiring surface data, has been introduced as an alternative to traditional reverse engineering approaches that normally acquire the point cloud from the entire object surface and perform data reduction prior to model reconstruction. Presented in this paper is an attempt to simplify and to improve the performance of the acquisition part of SLS-based selective data acquisition. Rather than being used to make recommendations to an acquisition device on where to obtain contours, the sets of projected bright line images are used to create contours directly. All contours are assembled by realigning a reference that is explicitly introduced on all images to the known positions. This contour generation has been investigated under both perfect segment projection and SLS projection. Based on the results, an SLS-based contour creation algorithm has been developed, implemented and tested with various samples. 相似文献

Metrological inspection planning is among the least explored computer-aided process planning (CAPP) domains. This paper examines the basic issues involved in automated dimensional inspection planning that works within an environment of a generic CAPP support system. A new algorithmic approach based on multi-attributed spatial graphs is developed for extracting inspection features. The features of specific interest to the planner are selected by applying a sequential filtering method.
