敏捷虚拟企业是一种组织松散的多企业动态联盟,质量管理是其必须解决的关键问题之一。本文引入了质量监理的概念,深入探讨了以质量监理小组为核心的敏捷虚拟企业质量管理要制为敏捷虚拟企业的质量保证,质量协调与质量创新了一种较好的组织模式。     

虚拟企业质量管理研究

虚拟企业是为响应快速变化的市场需求，利用多种现代信息技术组建起来的动态联盟，是适应敏捷制造模式的一种全新的企业组织形式，因而必然有着与传统企业大相径庭的新特征，本文在深入分析比较了虚拟企业（Virtu-al Enterprise）与传统企业质量管理工作的基础上，对VE质量管理工作的主要对象-质量信息及其过程进行了重点研究，并提出了VE质量管理的基础工作。     

虚拟企业生产过程质量保证模型

虚拟企业（VE）是由多家独立公司组建起来的临时性网络，临时性特点使得它不必涉及其成员企业的内部质量管理，而只需提供必要的信息和其它的资源服务，以协调各成员企业的活动从而保证最终的产品质量。基于这样的认识，提出了一个虚拟企业生产过程质量保证模型及其运作流，用以探讨如何解决生产过程中VE产品质量保证的问题；还详细论述了该模型的各个要素。     

企业质量管理体系结构模型设计

在分析企业质量管理体系结构三种主要表述方法及其存在问题的基础上，运用系统工程原理及ISO9000族标准和TQM的基本原理建立了质量管理体系三维空间结构模型，并以产品实现过程维中的“生产和服务运作”为特例，探讨了产品实现过程维、过程策划维和质量改进维三维之间的网络关系。这一空间结构模型可用于评价企业质量管理体系的有效性，并为进一步研究质量管理体系的经济性奠定了基础。     

质量管理结构模型研究中的路径分析

以美国Baladrige奖评价模型为依据，用近期上海质量管理科学研究院对上海企业质量管理实践状况的调研结果为基本数据，采用路径分析法，对质量管理的结构模型中各要素间的因果关系进行了定量分析。统计结果有助于企业找出目前质量管理现行体系中的瓶颈问题；进而讨论了实施质量改进的途径。

对虚拟企业中的多代理技术进行了研究，提出了虚拟企业的代理结构模型，讨论了基于多代理的虚拟企业运行机制，阐述了多代理技术在虚拟企业中的目标。

从虚拟企业产品设计和开发过程出发，着重分析了其分层嵌套的产品设计特点和对潜在制造合作伙伴制造能力进行评价的过程。在此基础上借鉴ISO9000族标准关于产品设计和开发的过程方法，探讨了虚拟企业产品设计和开发策划、过程控制、更改控制的具体方案。     

多Agent虚拟企业供应链管理原型系统的功能结构

在虚拟企业与供应链管理研究的基础上,提出了多Agent虚拟企业供应链管理原型系统的功能结构,分析了虚拟企业的招投标机制,并得出了该原型系统的运行界面.     

面向经营过程的虚拟企业建模与协同运作

聚焦于经营过程，对面向经营过程的虚拟企业建模与协同运作进行了一体化的研究，经营过程的执行必须依赖于一定的组织结构，为此，首先提出了基于智能体的虚拟企业框架结构，关于面向经营过程的虚拟企业建模，提出了建模的总体框架，描述了面向经营过程的虚拟企业模型的参考结构，建模方法和建模工具，关于面向经营过程的虚拟企业协同运作，给出了一种运作总体框架，提出了一种虚拟企业协同运作控制机制。     

企业虚拟形态下的质量保证体系

对比分析了虚拟企业与传统企业的不同,基于虚拟企业独有的特点,建立了虚拟企业质量保证体系模型——铁三角模型．阐述了信息质量管理体系、客户服务质量管理体系、供应链质量管理体系以及各成员企业传统ISO9000质量管理体系在虚拟企业这一环境下的含义、特点和作用．     

Cost management through product design: target costing approach

The purpose of this study is to explore the role of target costing in managing product costs while promoting quality specifications that will meet customer requirements. In addition, it aims to develop a target costing module that will simplify implementation of target costing especially in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Tools of operations management such as quality function deployment (QFD) and value engineering (VE) have been considered and evaluated in terms of their integration into the target costing. In order to investigate the total effect, an implementation of the QFD deployment–target costing process (QFD–TC process) was conducted in a small manufacturing company. Previous studies on target costing were mostly conducted in lead companies. This study focuses on implementation of the QFD–TC process in SMEs. Overall, it was found that the QFD–TC process was an essential technique in managing the costs of both a product and the overall production process. Combining target costing with QFD and VE techniques provides companies with a competitive cost advantage.

通过对不同时期、不同学派关于质量、产品质量及质量管理观念的分析,在质量管理理论与质量管理实践的结合方面进行了探讨;并就受质量观念影响而发生质的飞路的质量管理技术进行了回顾与展望,尤其是对方兴未艾的质量管理自动化技术着重进行了论述。     

虚拟企业利益分配新方法研究

从协商的角度提出了基于不对称Nash协商模型的虚拟企业利益分配方法；从合作伙伴满意度水平的角度提出了基于满意度水平的虚拟企业利益分配协商模型；在传统的群体重心模型的基础上，建立了虚拟企业利益分配的群体加权重心模型。最后通过实例来分析这三种利益分配方法。

基于对多Agent系统和联邦信息系统的研究,提出了一种四层的虚拟企业信息管理体系结构,组成体系结构的四层分别是：通讯层,信息层,会话层和功能层,文中详细介绍了每层中的关键技术,并概括了虚拟企业信息系统开发方法。     

How supply quality management improves an organization's quality performance: a study of Chinese manufacturing firms

Because of unfavourable economic conditions, organizations worldwide have to constantly reconstruct their business strategies in order to survive. Recent studies have stressed the importance of supply quality management (SQM) for the general competitiveness of manufacturers. However, very little empirical research has been carried out that specifically examines how SQM practices lead to improvements in quality across an organization. To scrutinise the impact of SQM practices, a survey was conducted of 138 leading manufacturing companies in the Pearl River Delta (PRD), a manufacturing hub in southern China dubbed ‘the factory floor of the world’. By using path analytic techniques, a model was constructed to portray the relationships among SQM practices and organizational quality performance. This model could act as a tool of reference for companies seeking to improve their SQM systems, and help them in their efforts to raise quality across the company. This paper demonstrates that quality-conscious management practices speed up the implementation of SQM practices. This paper finally reveals the influential effect of SQM practices on both supply quality and organizational quality performance.

本文首先论述了ISO9000和服务质量管理思想在我国服务质量管理应用中的优势和不足,然后,基于ISO9000和服务质量差距模型构建我国服务质量管理体系,并提出相应的提升我国服务质量管理的策略。     

The impact of quality management orientation on maintenance performance

This paper aims to examine the relationship between quality management orientation dimensions and maintenance performance. The concept of quality management orientation is proposed and defined as a set of norms and values regarding customer orientation, quality responsibility, prevention and process orientation. Empirical data were drawn from a sample of Slovenian organisations in order to address the research question. The data were analysed using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The findings indicate that quality management orientation is important predictor of maintenance performance. Data analysis results also show that quality management orientation dimensions are positively related to maintenance performance. By testing the impact of quality management orientation on maintenance performance, this study shows that strong foundation on quality management orientation is an effective way of improving maintenance performance.
