还原特定历史环境 恢复部分城市记忆——以“民国长沙”概念规划设计为例

目前国内对已毁历史建筑的保护与修复问题存在许多争论。许多学者认为,应该通过建筑遗存的现状保护来揭示隐藏于背后,导致破坏产生的政治、经济、文化等诸多方面的原因,从而引发人们对历史的深度反思。笔者则从另一方面探讨了修复与还原已毁历史建筑在城市历史环境保护与更新中的重要作用。论文以＂民国长沙＂概念规划设计为例,依据历史资料对产生于近代长沙城,但逐渐消失在现代化建设进程中的一些重要的历史建筑进行原样重建,重点关注老商号和公馆建筑。结合地块中现有的历史遗存,保护规划用地范围内的传统道路格局,恢复能够反映当时长沙市民生活的街巷。还原了一个多姿多彩的长沙民国风貌历史文化街区。旨在通过这些历史建筑的恢复,唤起市民对特定历史时期长沙的城市记忆,缝补被割裂的文化情感,延续地域的文化特色。希望通过对＂民国长沙＂项目总体规划思想的阐述引发更多讨论与研究,以解决我国在城市历史环境保护与更新设计中的实际问题。
