低品位菱铁矿预还原工业性试验研究

为了开发利用低品位菱铁矿，采用煤基回转窑法，在１２ｍ长回转室内，对凌源市沟门子乡贫菱铁矿进行了预还原工业性试验，结果表明：预还原矿石品位提高到５５％±，金属化率达到６０％±，以３０％配比国入１８．６ｍ＾３高炉冶炼，炉况顺行，产量增加５％，焦比大幅度降低。     

贫菱铁矿预还原矿回转窑生产及高炉冶炼试验

介绍了工业开采价值不大的贫菱铁矿用固定碳含量较低的劣质煤作还原剂，经回转窑还原处理，可生产出铁含量在５０％以上，金属化率５５％左右的预还原矿，并在１８．６ｍ＾３高炉上冶炼，获得好的试验结果，同时讨论了贫菱铁矿预还原矿中影响铁含量及金属化率高低变化的影响因素。     

高炉冶炼预还原炉料能耗分析

 通过建立高炉冶炼预还原炉料数学模型,计算了原料铁品位、预还原炉料金属化率和铁的存在形态对高炉冶炼能耗的影响,比较了高炉冶炼预还原炉料和传统高炉的能耗。计算结果表明：针对不同铁品位原料,有一个适合高炉冶炼的炉料最佳金属化率,使高炉冶炼焦比最低;预还原炉料中的铁以硅酸铁形式存在时,主要进行直接还原,冶炼焦比较高;与传统高炉相比,高炉冶炼预还原炉料,可以大幅度降低焦比,但燃料比升高。     

发展铁酸钙进一步改善高铁低硅高碱度烧结矿质量

一、前言精料是高炉强化冶炼、实现高产优质低耗的物质基础。烧结矿在炉料中占主要地位,因此改善烧结矿的质量就成为“精料”的主要内容。近年来,国内外都十分重视提高烧结矿的品位,以利高炉节焦增铁。随着钢铁工业的发展,选矿技术的进步,我国的精矿品位在不断提高,由原全铁含量62～63％提高到67～68％,为提高烧结矿含铁品位提供了有利条件,使烧结矿的全铁含量由过去的50％左右提高到54～55％,为高炉精料作出了贡献。     

钒钛磁铁矿二步法熔融还原试验研究

与传统高炉流程冶炼钒钛磁铁矿相比,采用二步法熔融还原工艺有利于回收钒钛磁铁矿中的铁、钒和钛等有价元素。本研究分别在990℃、1200℃、1500℃下进行气体预还原、配碳预还原和熔融还原试验,结果表明：熔融还原的渣铁分离效果良好且铁损较低,铁水钒含量高于高炉流程铁水,钛渣品位可以达到或超过理论品位。攀枝花精矿二步法熔融还原适宜预氧化后采用固体碳预还原,其还原温度应等于或高于1200℃;熔态终还原时可不配碳,终还原应控制钛还原度、（FeO）含量在适宜的范围内。     

自熔性烧结含碳球团研究

高炉预还原炉料可以降低焦化，近年来，提出了复合预还原球团矿的生产工艺。根据研究和实践，提出自熔性烧结含碳球团的生产工艺。试验表明，自熔性烧结含碳球团作为高炉预还原炉料，冶金性能良好，能够满足高炉对预还原炉料的要求。     

提高竖炉球团矿铁品位的研究

根据高炉生产实践，入炉品位每升高1个百分点，焦比可降低2％，产量可提高3％，渣量可减少20kg／t，综合体现在生铁成本下降10元／t。球团矿因其强度好、粒度均匀、铁品位高、还原性好等特点，越来越受到现代高炉炼铁的青睐，其在炉料结构中的用量比例越来越高。但是目前我国只有个别球团厂的铁品位达到65％，大部分都在62％～63％左右，有的球团厂还低于60％；与闽外的相比，我国球团矿铁品位一般要低3～4个百分点。所以，进一步提高球团矿铁品位是加快球团生产的首要任务。     

弓长岭铁精矿品位提高后对鞍钢球团生产的影响

为了进一步提高鞍钢选矿的技术水平，尽快实施提铁降硅措施，鞍钢弓长岭矿业公司选矿厂在原磁选工艺的基础上增加了反浮选工艺，使铁精矿品位不断提高，SiO2含量逐步降低，目前弓长岭铁精矿的品位已达到68％，SiO2含量降至4％左右。弓长岭铁精矿品位提高前后指标对比见表1。球团生产使用提高品位后的弓长岭铁精矿，成品球团矿的品位提高，搭配高碱度烧结矿供高炉冶炼后，入炉品位升高，高炉产量提高，焦比下降，炼铁效益显。     

24m^2烧结机高炉煤气点火系统的设计与应用

张店钢铁厂２台２４ｍ＾２烧结机高炉煤气点火系统投入运行后，充分利用了高炉富余煤气，每年可节煤６８８５ｔ；与煤粉点火相比，烧结矿品位提高０．０２５５；含硫量降低０．０１％￣０．０３７％，含粉率由１４％下降到１２．５％；点火工作区含尘量由１９０ｍｇ／ｍ＾３降到１４０ｍｇ／ｍ＾３。     

安钢酸性烧结矿的生产实践

介绍了超低酸性烧结矿工业化投产的工艺特点及生产情况，以及低硅酸性烧结矿在高炉生产中的应用效果：高炉正常配用15％～20％超低酸性烧结矿，入炉铁矿石平均品位提高约1％，高炉经济指标得到改善。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
