设计了一种可工作于WLAN 2.4GHz频段的小型化双极化天线.该天线采用双层对称结构介质板,把辐射贴片四边分别切割成凸字形形状,实现了天线小型化和有效展宽天线带宽.同时在接地板开4个对称的十字形缝隙,进一步拓宽天线带宽和明显减小天线的整体尺寸并提高了天线辐射性能.由此设计制作的天线实验结果为:小于-10dB回波损耗的频段为2.37 ~ 2.59GHz,相对阻抗带宽达9.1%,端口隔离度达到了33dB,增益最大值约3.63 dBi,表明该微带天线具有宽频带和良好的辐射性能.此外,该天线结构简单紧凑,易于加工制作和集成,适合应用于移动终端.  相似文献

给出了一个新颖的三频工作的单极子天线,并可以应用于无线局域网。这个天线由对称结构和地板组成,它们分别印刷在介电常数为4.4、厚度为1.6 mm 的FR4 介质板的两面,并且采用微带线的馈电方式。这个天线有着小型化尺寸26 mm×20 mm×1.6 mm。测量结果显示,低频和高频的-10 dB 阻抗带宽分别为2.3-2.5 GHz 和4.7-6.8 GHz;这个 带宽覆盖了2.4/5.2/5.8 GHz 无线局域网工作频段。同时得到了较好的全向方向图。这个天线的低频和高频的平均增益分别为2dBi 和3.7dBi。  相似文献

A novel compact planar antenna is presented for Ultra-wideband (UWB) applications in this paper. The proposed antenna has rectangle-like slot and it is fed by coplanar waveguide. The antenna is printed on FR4 substrate and it has compact size of $28 \times 31 \times 0.8 \,\,\text{ mm}^{3}$ . Parametric study is performed on the antenna by investigating the effect of various geometrical parameters on the frequency characteristics. The antenna is fabricated and measured. It has better return loss response and stable gain over the entire UWB band. The antenna has stable radiation pattern and good impedance matching over entire ultra-wide bandwidth of 3–10.6 GHz. The results show that there is good agreement between measured and simulated results. Various features such as compactness, simple configuration and low fabrication cost make the antenna suitable for UWB and wireless local area network systems.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel compact semi-circular slot (SCS) 2 × 2 MIMO antenna is presented for 5G NR sub-6 GHz applications with high isolation. The proposed antenna consists of a semi-circular slot in ground plane, U-shaped stub, and 50-ohm microstrip feed line. The novelty of this paper are the Semi-Circular Slot acts a radiator, the port isolation  is enhanced using a simple conductor strip as a neutralization line, very compact in size, low ECC, and good impedance matching. The overall size of the proposed SCS MIMO antenna is 16 mm x 21 mm, and FR4 substrate is used with thickness of 1.6 mm. The two SCS antenna elements are separated by edge-to-edge distance of 1mm (\(=0.019\lambda _{0}\)). The proposed compact MIMO antenna design is simulated using Ansys HFSS. To validate SCS MIMO antenna, a prototype was fabricated and tested. The measured results are attained at 5.5 GHz with isolation greater than 25dB, impedance bandwidth (S11\(<-10\) dB) covers from 5.10 GHz to 5.80 GHz with return loss of ? 39.5 dB. The MIMO antenna parameters, ECC, CCL, TARC, and MEG are studied, and the values are obtained within acceptable limits. The measured and simulated antenna results are almost similar. This compact MIMO antenna is suitable for 5G communications in sub-6 GHz wifi-5 band applications.

Near field communication, development in radio frequency detection has put its foot in today’s life of individuals through sophisticated mobile phones. NFC technology has become very popular due to its transparent and simple integration with a number of applications such as health care, consumer electronics, public transport payment methods, etc. A few new approaches have been attempted to make NFC progressively competent in routine day-to-day applications. This paper discusses the latest development in the use of NFC’s in a few implementations and the potential outcomes of the hustle-free implementation of these applications. A systematic analysis of recent research deployment in different areas of use has been clarified and explored.

研究加载左手超介质覆层对天线性能改进为目的,基于传统的开口谐振环和金属杆的变形组合,设计出一种等效介电常数和磁导率均小于0的多左手频带超介质覆层。将此覆层加载在工作频段为5.15-5.35GHz,5.725-5.825GHz的WLAN微带天线上,天线工作频率降低且辐射方向图得到了良好的改善。HFSS和MATLAB仿真结果表明,设计的左手超介质覆层在2-3.5GHz, 3.8-7.3GHz和7.5-12GHz三个频段具有左手特性,WLAN双频天线在加载双层左手超介质覆层后,工作频率分别降低了0.04GHz和0.09GHz,其最大增益分别提高了1dB和1.4dB,从而验证了设计的正确性。同时为设计性能更为优良的左手超介质覆层天线提供了新思路。  相似文献

本文提出了一种新的基于人工电磁超材料的宽带MIMO(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output)天线的去耦方法,通过在两个天线单元之间周期性放置开口三角环形谐振器(open triangular ring resonators,OTRRs)来降低耦合度。多个不同谐振频率的OTRRs有效地增强了去耦带宽,与未加载去耦结构的MIMO天线相比,在5.2GHz频段,百分比带宽为5.74%,隔离度提高了9dB以上。  相似文献

One of the important means by which 5G can be implemented is by Ultra-Dense Multi-Tier future cellular network. We have studied the effect of the densification of network, Signal to Noise plus Interference ratio (SINR), network load, channel and channel bandwidth on the spectral efficiency and energy efficiency of this system. The importance of the spectral efficiency is also discussed. It is observed that as network load increases, spectral efficiency and energy efficiency decreases for given network bandwidth. which can be improved with the help of SINR or the densification of network. We have found out the exact higher modulation method M-Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (M-QAM) used for the given system and how it can be improved. By using higher M-QAM method, we can transmit more bits simultaneously. The spectral efficiency and energy efficiency of the system increases. It was found that as network bandwidth increases, spectral efficiency got decreases. We have also found the optimum value of bandwidth to maximize the spectral efficiency of this system.

针对无线局域网(WLAN)通信技术的要求,设计了一副小型化WLAN双频天线。利用Hilbert分形曲线和倒L型加载分别在低频和高频段获得了98 MHz(2395 MHz~2503 MHz)和2 200 MHz(4160 MHz~6360 MHz)的阻抗带宽(S11≤10 dB)。制作了天线实物并测量,仿真与测试结果吻合良好,天线在工作频带内具有全向辐射性能。天线整体尺寸仅为0.16λl×0.128λl,非常有利于WLAN天线的小型化应用。  相似文献

A small‐sized (15 mm×30 mm) planar monopole MIMO antenna that offers high‐isolation performance is presented in this letter. The antenna is miniaturized using inductive coupling within a meander‐line radiator and capacitive coupling between a radiator and an isolator. High isolation is achieved by a T‐shaped stub attached to the ground plane between two radiators, which also contributes to the small size using a folded structure and the capacitive coupling with radiators. The proposed antenna operates for the WLAN band within 2.4 GHz to 2.483 GHz. The measured isolation (S21) is about –30 dB, and the envelope correlation coefficient is less than 0.1.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a dual‐band multiple‐input multiple‐output (MIMO) antenna with high isolation for WLAN applications (2.45 GHz and 5.2 GHz). The proposed antenna is composed of a mobile communication terminal board, eight radiators, a coaxial feed line, and slots for isolation. The measured ?10 dB impedance bandwidths are 10.1% (2.35 GHz to 2.6 GHz) and 3.85% (5.1 GHz to 5.3 GHz) at each frequency band. The proposed four‐element MIMO antenna has an isolation of better than 35 dB at 2.45 GHz and 45 dB at 5.2 GHz between each element. The antenna gain is 3.2 dBi at 2.45 GHz and 4.2 dBi at 5.2 GHz.  相似文献

在对终端天线进行研究的基础上,设计了一种新颖的小型单馈电点平面倒F天线。该天线可工作在GPS(1575.42MHz)、DCS(1710~1880MHz)、PCS(1850~1990MHz)、UMTS(1920~2170MHz)以及WLAN(2400~2480MHz)等五个主要的无线通信频段。根据仿真设计结果加工了实物模型,进行了天线性能测量,并对天线安装在载体上的实际性能进行了测量,给出了测试方向图。实验结果表明,该天线完全适用于多频段无线通信系统。  相似文献

A new planar metamaterial (MTM) with simultaneous negative values of permittivity (ε) and permeability (μ) is proposed. Our MTM is composed of two identical copper patterns etched on both sides of dielectric laminate, which is very thin and easy to fabricate. Unlike conventional MTMs, the proposed structure shows a negative refractive index (NRI) behavior with respect to a normally incident wave. To explain the underlying principle of the NRI characteristics, an equivalent resonant circuit model based on surface current density distribution is investigated. An eigenmode analysis and a three‐dimensional wave simulation for the stacked MTM prism are also performed to verify the existence of negative refraction. The experimental results from the transmission and reflection measurement ensure the validity of our design approach and show good agreement with the theoretically predicted effective medium parameters.  相似文献
