通过分析国内主要生产企业开发的发动机实训台,结合桑塔纳2000AJR这款发动机主要故障发生频率及产生原因,对实训室原有桑塔纳2000AJR发动机实训台进行了优化设计。以发动机电子控制单元(ECU)为核心,模拟发动机在不同工况下各传感器、执行器、电子控制单元等25个故障,设计了"故障黑盒"。优化后的发动机实训台可为汽车维修人员和学生提供良好的故障检测与诊断学习平台,提高了发动机电控原理与维修技术的教学效果。  相似文献

在汽轮机等动力系统的仿真中,容积环节的处理及其计算稳定性是一个普遍遇到的问题。该文论述了在一定情况下采用基于质量和能量守恒的压力和焓微分方程组作为容积环节仿真模型的必要性,并针对因个别小容积环节动态响应较快给系统仿真步长造成限制的问题,给出了一个由直接积分导出的仿真递推式。该算式能允许采用较大的步长对容积环节进行仿真运算。对某汽轮机系统的实际仿真结果表明,采用该算式处理这类容积环节的仿真计算,能有效地避免因小容积动态响应快而造成计算结果的不稳定。图3参3  相似文献

Today, many countries are promoting energy efficiency (EE) measures as part of their energy strategy. Among the goals sought with these actions are producing a decoupling between economic growth and energy consumption, reducing the dependence on fossil fuels as a primary energy source, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Measuring direct, indirect, and co-benefit effects of EE programs is crucial. However, in the current literature and practice, assessments of EE programs have focused on direct impacts (i.e., impacts whose energy savings can be directly and instantaneously quantified) due to their objectivity and simplicity to put evaluations in a cost-effectiveness framework. Moreover, several assessment methodologies studying the indirect effects of EE programs only focus on identifying the effects and quantifying a proxy of the effects in terms of the number of activities developed or the number of people attending EE training or dissemination events. Some few existing methodologies correctly assess the indirect effects of EE measures, but they often require a significant budget. We propose a new methodology to assess the impacts of EE programs, especially focusing on indirect effects (i.e., long-term effects on energy use), that is suitable for low-budget programs. We focus on those indirect effects having the capability of mobilizing long-term energy savings through transformations in energy markets. We attempt to measure the potential future energy savings that are sustainable in the long term due to a behavioral transformation of energy markets. In order to measure these indirect effects, we use three axes: presence, valuation, and mobilizing capacity. This methodology was applied to 12 EE programs (implemented during 2011 and 2012 in Chile) in order to obtain their indirect impact assessment.  相似文献

In recent years, GHG inventories of cities have expanded to include extra-boundary activities that form part of the city's urban metabolism and economy. This paper centers on estimating the emissions due to seaports, in such a way that they can be included as part of the city's inventory or be used by the port itself to monitor their policy and technology improvements for mitigating climate change. We propose the indicators GHG emissions per ton of cargo handled or per passenger and emissions per value of cargo handled as practical measures for policy making and emission prevention measures to be monitored over time. Adapting existing methodologies to the Port of Barcelona, we calculated a total of 331,390 tons of GHG emissions (CO2 equivalents) for the year of 2008, half of which were attributed to vessel movement (sea-based emissions) and the other half to port, land related activities (land-based emissions). The highest polluters were auto carriers with 6 kg of GHG emissions per ton of cargo handled. Knowing the highest emitters, the port can take action to improve the ship's activities within the port limits, such as maneuvering and hotelling. With these results, the port and the city can also find ways to reduce the land-based emissions.  相似文献

The present paper provides an overview of the development of an International Curriculum on Hydrogen Safety Engineering and its implementation into new educational programmes. The curriculum is being developed as part of the educational and training activities of the European Network of Excellence “Safety of Hydrogen as an Energy Carrier” (HySafe). It has a modular structure consisting of five basic, six fundamental and four applied modules. The reasons for this particular structure are explained. To accelerate the development of teaching materials and their implementation in training/educational programmes, an annual European Summer School on Hydrogen Safety will be held (the first Summer School was from 15–24 August 2006, Belfast, UK), where leading experts deliver keynote lectures to an audience of researchers on topics covering the state-of-the-art in hydrogen safety science and engineering. The establishment of a postgraduate certificate course in hydrogen safety engineering at the University of Ulster (starting in January 2007) as a first step in the development of a worldwide system of hydrogen safety education and training is described.  相似文献

The International Centre for Hydrogen Energy Technologies (ICHET) has been implementing measures to demonstrate potential benefits of “hydrogen and fuel cell systems” in developing countries. ICHET is a United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) project funded by the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. To achieve its mission, ICHET implements pilot demonstration projects, provides applied research and development funding, and organizes workshops, education and training activities. Long term objective of the centre are to show implementation of hydrogen energy technologies with renewable energy systems and encourage local industries to manufacture similar systems for commercial applications. Support has been provided to select industrial partners in Turkey for developing prototypes including a fuel cell forklift, a fuel cell boat, a fuel cell passenger cart, renewable energy systems integrated mobile house, fuel cell based Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) installations. As more and more systems are demonstrated, public awareness of applications of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies will increase. ICHET has polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) fuel cell testing capabilities together with analytical equipment to conduct fuel cell, hydrogen production and storage research. These facilities are being used for educational purposes with hundreds of engineers trained to date.  相似文献

Several measures in the environment and energy realms are currently being implemented in the EU and its Member States. Three of these instruments, with an impact on the electricity market, are demand side management activities, promotion of electricity from renewable energy sources and measures aimed at the mitigation of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. The objective of this paper is to analyse the impact of these energy efficiency and environmental goals and instruments on electricity demand and costs to electricity consumers when electricity markets are either national or international and when those policies are implemented by a national or an international institution. The paper shows that the effectiveness and impact of those measures largely depends on the demand response in the electricity market. An additional conclusion is that, when either the electricity markets or the support policies are national, distortions may occur, i.e. the reductions in electricity demand in one country may be subsidised by consumers or taxpayers in another country.  相似文献

Within the scope of the HyResponse project (www.hyreponse.eu) the development of a specialised training programme is currently underway. Utilizing an andragogy approach to teaching, distance learning is mixed with classroom instructors-led activities, while hands-on training on a full-scale simulator is coupled with an innovative virtual reality based experience. Although the course is dedicated mainly to first responders, provision has been made to incorporate not only simple table-top and drill exercises but also full-scale training involving all functional emergency response organisations at multi-agency cooperation level. The developed curriculum includes basics of hydrogen safety, first responders' procedures and incident management expectations.  相似文献
