7005铝合金在模拟海水介质中的腐蚀行为研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以7005铝合金作为研究对象,借助电化学测量和重量法研究7005和5052铝合金在模拟海水介质中的耐腐蚀性,分析介质浓度、温度及浸泡时间等对其腐蚀行为的影响规律,为7系铝合金耐蚀性的判断提供实验依据。结果表明:7005与5052均产生明显的钝化特征,钝化电流随NaCl浓度的升高而增大。随温度升高,两种铝合金的腐蚀速率均加快,但增幅不同。两种铝合金表面均以点蚀为主要特征,腐蚀72h后,7005表面发生较为严重的局部腐蚀,其腐蚀程度高于5052。 相似文献

本文通过测定Al-Zn-In-Si合金在不同浓度NaCl溶液中的孔蚀电势Eb,研究了Cl ̄-浓度和温度变化对铝合金孔蚀性能的影响。结果表明,随Cl ̄-浓度增大和温度升高,合金的孔蚀电势变负,耐孔蚀性能降低。铝合金腐蚀表面电子探针分析结果表明,孔底In元素含量高于合金中的平均含量,孔蚀发生在富In点周围。 相似文献

采用70℃脱氧人工海水模拟低温多效蒸馏海水淡化设备内部的特殊腐蚀环境,分析了不同含量的重金属Cu2+、Fe3+对5052铝合金腐蚀情况的影响。极化曲线结果表明,溶液中的微量重金属离子(10-9级)也会在铝合金表面沉积,使铝合金自腐蚀电位正移,但却不会破坏铝合金表面自然氧化膜,使点蚀电位保持不变。而腐蚀失重结果表明,随着溶液中氯离子对氧化膜的侵蚀、破坏,表面沉积金属与铝基体的耦合将加快铝合金腐蚀过程。 相似文献

Surface treatments are always needed to enhance corrosion-resistant performance of aluminum (Al) alloys when they are used in seawater environments. The paper aimed to prepare the composite oxide ceramic coating on Al alloy 7075 by combining micro-arc oxidation (MAO) and magnetron sputtering technology. The Al substrate was precoated with titanium (Ti) layer by using the magnetron sputtering technology and then treated by MAO in the alkaline aluminate electrolyte, resulting in a composite MAO coating, which is composed of Al2O3 and TiO2 along with the complex oxide (Al2TiO5). The potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were carried out to evaluate the corrosion performance of the MAO coatings in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. Better corrosion resistance was observed for composite oxide coating than the reference MAO coating on the bare Al, as evidenced by the higher corrosion potential of −0.664 V versus Ag/AgCl and the lower corrosion current density of 4.41 × 10-6 A/cm2. 相似文献

研究了稀土盐硫酸铈改性磷酸–硫酸阳极氧化处理对2A50铝合金表面耐腐蚀性能的影响。通过滴碱试验和铜加速乙酸盐雾(CASS)试验对改性前后阳极氧化膜的耐蚀性进行了研究,采用扫描电镜观察了不同阳极氧化膜的表面和截面形貌,测试了氧化膜的厚度,并对铈盐改性后的氧化膜进行了能谱分析,探讨了铈盐的作用机理。结果表明,稀土改性后得到的阳极氧化膜上孔分布均匀,孔隙率较高,其组成为Al2O3,氧化膜厚度由改性前的4.2μm提高到改性后的49.2μm,滴碱时间由35.9 s提高到186.9 s,CASS试验24、72和168 h的腐蚀评级分别由9、7和5级提高到10、9和8级。认为稀土盐的加入使氧化膜多孔层生长速率加快,阻挡层厚度增加,多孔部分结构更致密,从而提高了铝合金阳极氧化膜的耐蚀性能。 相似文献

Homogeneous and adherent polyaniline coatings were electrosynthesized on aluminum (Al) alloy 3004 (AA 3004) from an aqueous solution containing aniline and oxalic acid by using the galvanostatic polarization method. A higher applied current density in the polymerization stage proved to be the best condition to adopt for the synthesis of more compact and strongly adherent polyaniline coatings on Al. The corrosion performances of polyaniline coatings were investigated in 3.5% NaCl solution by the potentiodynamic polarization technique and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).Potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy studies reveal that the polyaniline acts as a protective layer on Al against corrosion in 3.5% NaCl solution. The current corrosion decreases significantly from 6.55 μA cm−2 for uncoated Al to 0.158 μA cm−2 for polyaniline-coated Al. The corrosion rate of the polyaniline-coated Al is found to be 5.17 × 10−4 mm year−1, which is ∼40 times lower than that observed for bare Al. The potential corrosion increases from −1.015 V versus SCE for uncoated Al to ∼−0.9 V versus SCE for polyaniline-coated Al electrodes. The positive shift of ∼0.11 V in potential corrosion indicates the protection of the Al surface by the polyaniline coatings.The synthesized coatings were characterized by UV-visible absorption spectrometry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Optical absorption spectroscopy reveals the formation of the emeraldine form of polyaniline. The results of this study clearly ascertain that the polyaniline has outstanding potential to protect the AA 3004 alloy against corrosion in a chloride environment. 相似文献
