以尿素和六水合硝酸镍为原料,采用水热法合成了粒径较小、颗粒尺寸均一且具有较大比表面积的纯相α-Ni(OH)2。详细考察了反应物浓度、物料配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产物晶型结构、粒径和形貌的影响,筛选出合成α-Ni(OH)2的最佳条件。借助XRD、粒度分析、BET、红外分析对其物化性能进行表征。采用循环伏安法表征了其电化学性能。结果表明,当硝酸镍浓度为0.05mol/L,尿素与六水合硝酸镍的物质的量比为3∶1,反应时间为4h,反应温度为150℃时,制备的样品为纯相α-Ni(OH)2,其粒径主要分布在10.09~22.79μm,比表面积为267m2/g,且具有较好的电化学可逆性。 相似文献

以硝酸镍为原料,尿素为沉淀剂,在不添加任何模板和表面活性剂条件下,采用均匀沉淀法制备出具有自组装结构的花状α型Ni(OH)2,并以其为前驱体,制得了同样具有花状结构的NiO。采用XRD、SEM、HRTEM、TG和低温液氮吸附技术对样品的晶相结构、表面形貌和孔径结构等进行表征。测试结果显示,所制备的样品是α型Ni(OH)2,比表面积是245.0m2/g,而且这些直径为4~6μm的花状Ni(OH)2是由许多纳米薄片相互组装而成。将花状Ni(OH)2在400℃焙烧2h即可获得具有花状结构的NiO,其比表面积为125.2m2/g。 相似文献

采用共沉积方法制备出掺杂Co的纳米β-Ni(OH)2,并对Co掺杂比例与材料性能的关系进行了研究.XRD、TEM测试结果表明,利用共沉积法可以制备出不同掺杂Co比例的纳米β-Ni(OH)2,随着Co掺杂比例的增大,材料的晶格缺陷明显增多,晶格参数和表面型貌也发生相应的变化.利用微电极的循环伏安(CV)行为研究表明,掺杂后材料的循环伏安性均较掺杂前有所改善,且Co的掺杂比例对材料的氧化峰电位(EP,a)、还原峰电位(EP,c)及质子扩散系数(D)均产生影响,当Co的掺杂比例为5%时,材料的质子扩散性能相对最好. 相似文献

Diffraction provides an effective means to characterize ferroelectric materials under the application of dynamic and cyclic electric fields. This paper describes a typical timeresolved diffraction setup at a synchrotron facility using high X-ray energies. Such a setup is capable of measuring the structural response of ferroelectric ceramics to electric fields of various frequencies, amplitudes, and waveforms. The use of high energies also allows the response of the sample to be measured at various angles to the applied load. The results of 3 different types of electric loading are presented and discussed: the structural response of ferroelectric ceramics to a single electric field step function, a cyclic electric field of square waveform, and a cyclic electric field of sinusoidal waveform. Each type of electric field loading provides unique information about the material behavior. 相似文献

Yttrium-implanted and unimplanted extra low-carbon steel samples were analyzed at T = 700°C and under an oxygen partial pressure PO2 = 0.04Pa for 24 h to show the yttrium implantation effect on extra low-carbon steel high-temperature corrosion resistance. Sample oxidation weight gains were studied by thermogravimetry, and structural analyses were performed using in situ high-temperature X-ray diffraction with the same experimental conditions. The aim of this paper is to show the initial nucleation stage of the main compounds induced by oxidation at high temperatures according to the initial sample treatment (yttrium-implanted or unimplanted). The results obtained by in situ high-temperature X-ray diffraction will be compared to those by thermogravimetry to show the existing correlation between weight gain curves and structural studies. Our results allow one to understand the improved corrosion resistance of yttrium-implanted extra low-carbon steel at high temperatures. 相似文献

本文介绍了碳纳米管(CNTs)在质子交换膜燃料电池催化剂中的应用,对Pt/CNTs及Pt/C催化剂的比表面积、孔径、孔分布及金属表面分散情况进行了比较.实验发现,具备典型中孔结构的CNTs使得铂金属在其表面分散更加均匀.在催化剂制备工艺的研究中发现,合适的硝酸(40%)处理会使催化剂载体具备更加适宜的孔结构.通过本文的讨论,可以认为Pt/CNTs是一种可以应用在质子交换膜燃料电池上很有前景的电催化剂. 相似文献

Using different techniques, we studied the possible formation of ondansetron polymorphs. Ondansetron is a carbazol antiemetic that acts as a competitive, selective inhibitor of 5-HT3 serotonin receptors. The polymorphs were determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results suggest that the compounds are not true crystallographic polymorphs, but instead are the product of physical structural changes in the drug, which would be of interest pharmaceutically. 相似文献
