利用水解法与溶液沉积法, 合成了丙烯酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS) 改性氧化钛纳米电流变颗粒。经XRD 测定颗粒为无定形态, 用TEM 观察了粒子的形貌, 粒度分析表明颗粒粒径分布为70~300 nm , FTIR 图谱显示氧化钛上修饰有丙烯酰胺、SDBS。SDBS 的加入影响了颗粒的尺寸、表面性质及颗粒与硅油的润湿性, 最终引起电流变液介电性质的改善。丙烯酰胺的加入量也会影响电流变效应。电流变性能测试表明, 当SDBS/ 水质量比为1. 875 % , 丙烯酰胺/ 水质量比为0. 750 %时, 材料呈现最佳的电流变效应, 5 kV/ mm 直流电场下的静态剪切应力可达90 kPa , 电流变液具有极好的抗沉淀稳定性。这种优异的电流变效应源于颗粒界面极化的增强。 相似文献

本文选用自行配制的硅油基纳米硅粉和淀粉电流变液 (ERF) ,对灌注电流变液的夹层圆柱壳体的隔声性能及声激励结构响应进行了实验研究 ,对不同电流变液在外加电场下的流变现象进行了定性分析和比较 ,分析了外加电场对电流变液夹层圆柱壳体的声和振动的控制效果。实验结果表明 :施加电场后的电流变液夹层圆柱壳体对处于中、高频率的声波没有明显的吸收和阻隔效果 ,但对于由声激励引起的结构振动有明显的控制作用。无论对声传播还是声激振动 ,电流变材料的影响都是随频率变化而变化的。 相似文献

By performing the Z-scan measurements with ultrafast femtosecond laser centered at 800 nm wavelength, we can unambiguously distinguish the real and imaginary part of the third-order optical nonlinearity of the erbium-doped YAG ceramics. The reverse saturable absorption of the erbium-doped YAG ceramics has been observed experimentally, and the nonlinear refractive index of the ceramics is estimated to be about 10−21 m2/W. The experimental results may provide design guidelines for the high power laser design and its applications. 相似文献

研究以聚硅氧烷侧链高分子液晶作为分散相 ,制备均相的电流变流体 (ER流体 ) ,测试其在电场下表观粘度、剪切应力等流变学性质的变化。结果发现 :以硅油作分散介质 ,含6 6 7%的高分子液晶的流体 ,在剪切速率为 30 0s- 1时 ,电场强度 (E)从 0升至 2kV/mm ,流体的剪切应力从 2 0 0Pa·s上升至 540 0Pa·s ,表观粘度由 2 0 0 0mPa·s上升至 10 0 0 0mPa·s ,并且 ,流体在80℃时仍有很强的电流变效应 ,能在较宽的温度范围内使用 相似文献

基于屈服前后平滑过渡的Eyring连续本构模型,建立了电流变液三种基本工作模式(剪切、流动及挤压)的阻尼力学模型.设计制造了一剪切模式阻尼装置和测试装置,实验数据通过优化判定过程确定了Eyring模型两个流变参数的最优值及各参数与电场强度之间关系.剪切模式阻尼装置力学模型理论结果和实验数据进行了比较,两者符合的较好. 相似文献

以聚萘醌为分散相 ,对溴二苯甲烷和二甲基硅油为分散介质 ,聚硅氧烷侧链高分子液晶为添加剂 ,配制成电流变液体 (ER液体 ) ,应用德国RV2 0电流变仪测试性能 ,研究其ER效应 ,以求获得高性能的ER液体。结果表明 ,该ER液体有很强的ER效应。 77℃ ,电场强度 (E)由 0增至DC2 0 0 0V/nm ,剪切速率为 30 0s- 1时 ,剪切应力由 30Pa增至 90 0 0Pa ,表观粘度由 4 0mPa·s增至 30 0 0 0mPa·s ;剪切速率为 5 0 0s- 1时 ,剪切应力由 30Pa增至 15 0 0 0Pa ,表观粘度由 4 0mPa·s增至2 35 0 0mPa·s。 4 4℃ ,同样条件下 ,剪切速率为 6 0s- 1时 ,剪切应力由 2Pa增至 2 4 0 0 0Pa ,表观粘度由 4 5mPa·s增至 2 2 0 0 0mPa·s 相似文献

Our experimental investigations are focused on evaluating the elastodynamic response characteristics of a beam fabricated in an electrorheological fluid when the beam is subjected to forced vibration. The beam which is designed in this experiment is composed of three kinds of materials, i.e. structural material, damping material and sealant material. Different ratios of structural material to damping material have been tested in an applied electric field. The results demonstrate clearly the ability to significantly change the vibrational characteristics of a beam fabricated in a smart composite by changing the electric field intensity imposed on the fluid domains. The ASTM standard E756-83 equations are used to evaluate the Young's modulus of the beam. 相似文献

Polysaccharide phosphate particles were synthesized via an esterification process with various molar concentrations of phosphoric
acid using both cellulose and potato starch. The particles were characterized with thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron
microscopy, and an inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer. These particles were then dispersed in a silicone oil to
make anhydrous electrorheological (ER) fluids. Each sample of polysaccharide particles used in this study exhibits thermal
stability and possesses excellent ER properties when measured as functions of both particle concentration and electric field
strength by a rheometer equipped with a high voltage generator. A difference in the flow behavior for both potato starch and
