Aiming at building up more powerful, open-standard-based and generic infras-tructures for application integration, service grids address the challenges in large-scale coordinated sharing and on-demand composition of network-based application services. The related endeavors have opened up new ways of application development, deployment and integration. In connection with the new level of scale, openness and dynamism brought forward by service grids, adaptive service configuration is of essential importance to applications. This paper proposes an approach called CAFISE, which tries to better facilitate on-demand configuration and dynamic reconfigura-tion of service grid applications. In CAFISE, a business design and its supporting software system are considered in a coherent way, and a convergent relation, which helps to map business-level configurations to software-level configurations, is highlighted. The paper is particularly devoted to presenting and discussing the principles, reference model, modeling language and supporting application framework of CAFISE. Since practical usefulness is highly valued in the development of CAFISE, the application of the approach to a real-world scenario is also presented in the paper.  相似文献

针对制造企业向供应链后端扩展的战略意义,文中从W企业开展以产品维修服务为主体内容的制造服务发展战略与业务需求为背景,坚持“业务驱动、IT引领”的方针,在新的需求基础上,充分理解业务,采用信息化手段优化、管理、控制业务流程,使业务数据标准化、规范化、集成化。文中以此为目的,提出了以维修服务为主体业务的制造服务企业间信息集成方案,研究了维修服务系统的工作原理以及整体需求。结合具体的系统需求,应用基于组件的系统分析设计思想,获取了系统业务组件及其组件问的依赖关系,最终给出了维修服务系统组件部署方案。  相似文献

As Clouds mature and become ubiquitous, marketplace environments are developed facilitating the provision of services in a manner that emphasizes on the modular composition of individual services across different providers that crosscut the cloud service stack layers (i.e. composition of XaaS) to fulfil customers’ requirements. Besides acting as intermediaries for the search, selection and trading of services, such marketplaces should also support the complete service lifecycle and the consolidation of offerings from different providers with varying and often contradicting business goals. In this paper we present a one-stop cloud marketplace solution that addresses the aforementioned challenges while enabling the simulation of different business cases to optimize service offerings according to a wide and dynamic set of parameters. Moreover, the proposed solution introduces advanced aggregated price models and integrates a new resolution approach that incorporates business intelligence into the search and selection processes. We also demonstrate the operation of the implemented approach and evaluate its effectiveness using a real-world scenario, based on a taxi fleet management application.  相似文献

When smart embedded devices become widely used in business and industry, many applications and services will emerge in a new Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem. This will initiate new business opportunities in providing these novel applications and services, which integrate efficiently IoT services into business applications. Because IoT takes the reference scenarios further in terms of scale and features offered, it requires the development of suitable, scalable and available service delivery platforms that permit multiple services to coexist between IoT and 3rd party service providers. However, service delivery over IoT infrastructures is a difficult challenge that requires specific new architecture and mechanisms. This paper proposes a system architecture of hybrid service delivery that enables 3rd party service providers to create, deploy, execute, orchestrate, and manage efficiently the running instances of IoT services. In particular, this work focuses on the design and implementation of: agent-based hybrid service exposure, a hybrid service ontology engine crawler, a service enablers container, service-oriented agent lifecycle management, and an agent-mediated service lifecycle coordinator for messages dispatching and transformation between hybrid service exposure and the service enablers container. More specifically, with smart home scenarios, experimental results show that agent-based service delivery approaches could successfully coordinate between IoT and 3rd party service providers.  相似文献

Supply chains, dynamic alliances, e-business, extended enterprises, and virtual organizations are typical networked enterprises which are formed based on partner companies’ core competencies. Different partners have different infrastructures; the interoperability among heterogeneous systems is the solid foundation for the networked enterprise to work seamlessly and effectively. Due to the distributed and heterogeneous characteristics of different partner companies, it is a big challenge to implement a satisfying and cost effective solution in the networked enterprise.Aiming at the problems of system integration and cross-system interoperability, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) provides a new integration pattern and relative system infrastructure. The key for the development and implementation of SOA is services encapsulation and orchestration of applications through certain mechanism to operate a complex business. However, cross infrastructures services access protection and relative services orchestration are still the bottleneck for the SOA implementation.This paper develops a business processes oriented heterogeneous systems integration platform with relative methodology for networked enterprises integration. The platform is a space distributed and management centralized platform for networked enterprises. The service access agent (SAA) mechanism is developed to realize cross-domains identity authentication, service authorization, and information transmission security. Every Web service or SAA in the platform has a unique ID. The interoperating process only relies on IDs, which endows the platform with a loose coupling feature. Aiming at service orchestration, a graphic service process modelling method is developed, with which the developed process model can link atom Web services and form a complex service. The Java based service orchestration tool provides an ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) independent service orchestration and deployment. Those services that are results of orchestration can be orchestrated as an atom service in another orchestrating process. Thus, the platform can support orchestration decomposition. The structure approach of the business process modelling based platform implementation is developed, which provides a guideline for platform installation, services modelling, service encapsulation, service orchestration, and service deployment. Two cases are provided to illustrate the usage of the platform in industries. The development of this platform is an open source project.  相似文献

Traditionally, end customers have been offered different categories of communication, data and media services (e.g., fixed/mobile voice, fixed/mobile data, broadcasting) through vertically separated, rigidly integrated infrastructures. Major advances in a variety of technological fields, mainly in the area of mobile computing and networking, have created prospects for a fully converged environment, where ubiquitous access to an abundance of value-added services will be offered over a single, as perceived by the users, highly reconfigurable system. This vision can be enabled by the seamless plugging of diverse access networks to a high-speed IP backbone; however the path to its realization poses a variety of additional challenges. The required support of complicated business models and service delivery over highly diverse contexts introduces significant complexity to service management and provision. The present contribution presents object-oriented mediating service management platforms as a catalyst for making these demanding tasks feasible, identifies their desired functionality and provides an overview of such a distributed framework that we have designed and prototyped. Furthermore, we demonstrate that the latter is able to be a critical enabler of flexible, adaptable service provision over future heterogeneous networks, while supporting advanced business paradigms.  相似文献

Service‐oriented computing provides a suitable technological foundation for developing and executing dynamic business processes. However, most current approaches for composition languages and architectures for dynamic process integration do not provide the flexibility and dynamism required by interorganisational evolving environments. In this work, the DENEB platform for the development and execution of Web processes is presented. DENEB is based on the conversational approach and the Nets‐within‐Nets paradigm, allowing Web processes to acquire and execute new interaction protocols at run‐time. This makes DENEB a well‐adapted and flexible platform for dynamic service composition, interaction and integration, suitable for this kind of scenario. Next generation heterogeneous wireless networks are expected to interwork with Internet Protocol (IP)-based infrastructures. Conventional network services operate like silos in that a specific set of services are offered over a specific type of access network. It is desirable for users to be able to roam between fixed and mobile networks that employ different access technologies. Therefore, mobility management with quality of service (QoS) support is of particular importance and one of the driving forces of convergence. Since service providers often provide more than one service to their subscribers, it is important to facilitate convergence of network charging architecture through a common charging framework. One of the main issues of IP-based convergence is security and privacy. This requires coordination of different security policies in diverse networks that have different security levels and capabilities. The business case for migration to an IP-based platform motivates operators to deliver more powerful services for customers as well as a better user experience. This paper provides an overview of converged mobile Internet architectures and their implications on QoS, charging/billing and security, as well as emerging business models for telecommunication services.  相似文献

Owing to long serving time and huge numbers of clients, Internet services can easily suffer from transient faults. Although restarting a service can solve this problem, information of the on‐line requests will be lost owing to the service restart, which is unacceptable for many commercial or transaction‐based services. In this paper, we propose an approach to achieve the goal of zero‐loss restart for Internet services. Under this approach, a kernel subsystem is responsible for detecting the transient faults, retaining the I/O channels of the service, and managing the service restart flow. In addition, some straightforward modifications to the service should be made to take advantage of the kernel support. To demonstrate the feasibility of our approach, we implemented the subsystem in the Linux kernel. Moreover, we modified a Web server and a CGI program to take advantage of the kernel support. According to the experimental results, our approach incurs little runtime overhead (i.e. less than 3.2%). When the service crashes, it can be restarted quickly (i.e. within 210 μs) with no information loss. Furthermore, the performance impact due to the service crash is small. These results show that the approach can efficiently achieve the goal of zero‐loss restart for Internet services. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

针对现有工作流系统集成已有软件服务时存在的两个问题:1)对于业务流程中所集成服务的描述信息不足,无法满足服务集成需要;2)流程定制时可选择节点类型少,节点不具有业务含义,导致其定制过程复杂;提出一种新的工作流模型。首先,通过分析服务集成环境下的实际业务流程确定了模型的三部分信息:结构信息、服务信息和人员信息;其次,将模型中各部分信息与JPDL作了对应说明,表明了模型的完备性;最后,详细介绍了三部分信息的关键要素。实验结果表明,基于35种服务可以快速搭建出满足实际业务需求的48种业务流程。模型中丰富的服务信息为流程运行提供了保障,流程运行正确率100%;流程定制更加简便快捷,流程从定制到运行平均时间小于2 min。通过该模型可以快速地基于已有服务构建新的业务流程,降低了为新需求开发软件的成本。  相似文献

In this paper we investigate the relationship between ICT infrastructure and innovation. In recent years the concept of the enterprise service bus has been introduced as an ICT architecture that supports strong integration of distributed components and services, but at the same time allows for adding or subtracting business partners at short notice. What are the organizational issues and challenges of this approach? Building on a case study from Norway we investigated this topic in the context of innovation of ICT based services. Our findings were analyzed at three levels; the bus as technical infrastructure, the bus as innovation infrastructure and the bus as organizational structure. We find that the bus as technical infrastructure supports innovation within a business unit, while the bus as innovation infrastructure facilitates the innovation of new business services. Further, we propose that a shared topology of these three levels is important to support the overall innovation process. As illustrated in our case, this also raises new challenges for the innovative corporation.  相似文献

服务发现是面向服务的网络软件开发过程的关键阶段,同时也是影响服务组合效率的关键因素.针对当前服务发现自动化程度低下、准确性不高的现状,从两个方面提高服务组合效率:首先,提出一种自动组合服务发现模式,支持流程粒度的组合服务发现及复用;其次,在发现过程中设计了一种量化的相似性评估算法,综合考虑组合流程的静态结构与动态行为特征,以提高服务发现的准确率;最后,结合以上两方面形成一个基于流程相似性的自动服务发现框架(automatic service discovery framework based on business process similarity,简称AutoDisc).利用真实数据完成的评估实验结果表明,AutoDisc的准确性优于单纯考虑结构或行为的发现方法,在所给出的应用案例中,使服务组合效率提高75.5%,具有较好的可扩展性.  相似文献

Service‐oriented computing and cloud computing are playing critical roles in supporting business collaboration over the Internet. Thanks to the latest development in computing technologies, various large‐scale, evolving, and rapidly growing service ecosystems emerge. However, service failures greatly hamper the usability and reputation of service ecosystems. In the previous work, service failure is not adequately studied from an ecosystem's perspective. To address this gap, we propose a service failure analysis framework based on a complex network model of service ecosystem. This framework comprises a feature model of failed services and several service failure impact indicators. By applying the framework, empirical analysis of failed service features and failure impact assessment can be implemented more easily and precisely. Moreover, to provide failure tolerance strategies for service ecosystems, a novel composition‐based service substitution method is designed to replace the failed services with functional similar ones, such that the service systems are more robust when a failure occurs. As the new substitution method requires fewer structural data of services, it is more convenient to be applied in present RESTful Representational State Transfer (REST) service environment. 服务与云计算范型的融合有助于大规模分布式软件的开发和应用,同时也为面向服务的软件工程带来了新的挑战。云计算的最大挑战是缺少事实上的标准或单一的体系结构方法,以满足企业将关键产品作为Internet上的云服务发布的应用需求。首先,针对企业云计算的业务特点,提出了一种企业云服务体系结构(Enterprise Cloud Service Architecture,ECSA)风格的通用和抽象参考模型,分析了该模型中的云服务、服务模式、服务消费者、管理、流程、质量属性、服务构件模型、服务匹配和交互模式匹配9个组件及其之间的关系,并讨论了它们中的角色。然后,提出了一个四阶段的ECSA迭代改进过程,该过程把云服务视为首要的类建模元素,通过解除云服务模型和来自目标构件配置之间的耦合,可实现相同云服务集的多种不同体系结构。最后,给出了一种基于该模型的期货程序化交易的私有云服务应用实例,用以展示该方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

The behavior of composed Web services depends on the results of the invoked services; unexpected behavior of one of the invoked services can threat the correct execution of an entire composition. This paper proposes an event‐based approach to black‐box testing of Web service compositions based on event sequence graphs, which are extended by facilities to deal not only with service behavior under regular circumstances (i.e., where cooperating services are working as expected) but also with their behavior in undesirable situations (i.e., where cooperating services are not working as expected). Furthermore, the approach can be used independently of artifacts (e.g., Business Process Execution Language) or type of composition (orchestration/choreography). A large case study, based on a commercial Web application, demonstrates the feasibility of the approach and analyzes its characteristics. Test generation and execution are supported by dedicated tools. Especially, the use of an enterprise service bus for test execution is noteworthy and differs from other approaches. The results of the case study encourage to suggest that the new approach has the power to detect faults systematically, performing properly even with complex and large compositions. 随着高速发展的互联网和移动通信在业务层面的逐渐融合,国内运营商所采用的"封闭花园"模式的业务架构已经面临各种挑战,因此需要更多地考虑如何有效引入互联网业务和服务模式,不断提升用户体验。在电信运营商逐步开放其电信能力API的背景下,基于Mashup的业务构建模式,提出了一种云计算环境下的电信网络能力服务提供模式。该模式将Mashup的理念移植到电信能力上,并将电信能力封装成Web Element的形式呈现给用户,进一步提升了电信网络能力服务的抽象层次。这种电信能力应用模式打破了电信能力拘泥于手持终端的传统形式,提出了一种新的适合于Web2.0环境的电信网络能力服务提供模式。在"OMP(Open Mobile Internet Platform)应用运行和开发引擎算法及功能研发"项目中的试用证明了其可行性。  相似文献
