将不同掺量聚氨酯(PU)加入泡沫混凝土(FC),研究聚氨酯填充型泡沫混凝土(FC/PU)复合材料的性能。结果表明:随着PU掺量的增加,FC/PU复合材料的导热系数不断降低,阻燃性能变差。PU掺量为0~4%时,随着PU掺量的增加,FC/PU复合材料的浆体黏度逐渐降低,气孔特性变好,抗压强度不断增大。PU掺量超过4%时,FC/PU复合材料黏度开始增大,气孔特性变差,抗压强度逐渐降低。PU掺量为4%时,FC/PU复合材料的综合性能最优,与未掺入PU相比,黏度降低62.7%,气孔特性较好,抗压强度提高75.0%,导热系数降低18.7%,阻燃性能仍能达到A1级。 相似文献

Interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) were prepared from polyurethane (PU)‐modified epoxy with different molecular weight of polyol and polyurethanes based on the mixture of polydiol and polytriol by a one‐shot method. Two types of PU‐modified epoxy: PU‐crosslinked epoxy and PU‐dangled epoxy were synthesized, and the effects of the different molecular weights of polyol in the PU‐modified epoxy/PU IPNs on the dynamic mechanical properties, morphology, and damping behavior were investigated. The results show that the damping ability is enhanced through the introduction of PU‐modified epoxy into the PU matrix to form the IPN structure. As the molecular weight of polyol in PU‐modified epoxy increases, the loss area (LA) of the two types of the IPNs increases. PU‐dangled epoxy/PU IPNs exhibit much higher damping property than that of the PU‐crosslinked epoxy/PU IPNs with 20 wt % of PU‐crosslinked epoxy. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The intercalated nanocomposites of polyurethane (PU) with organic-montmorillonite (OMMT) treated by cetryltrimethyl ammonium bromide was prepared. The interlayer spacing of PU/OMMT nanocomposites was 3–4 nm. The interface interaction of PU/OMMT nanocomposites was improved compared to that of PU/montmorillonite (MMT) composites. The orderly arrangement of the PU chains was hindered because of strong interface interaction between the silicate layers dispersed in the nanometer and PU chains. By adding 2 wt% OMMT to PU, tensile strength and tear strength of the PU/OMMT composites were increased from 10.5 MPa and 36.4 KN/m to 13.8 MPa and 42.2 KN/m, respectively. The tensile strength and tear strength increased with OMMT content firstly, reaching its maximum when the OMMT content was 8 wt%. After that, the tensile strength and tear strength decreased with the further increase of the OMMT content. Compared to that of PU, the elongation at break of the PU/OMMT nanocomposites increased, indicating that the stretch of PU/OMMT nanocomposites increased. 相似文献

Bis(2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalate (BHETPA) was grafted onto polyurethane (PU) to investigate the effects of BHETPA, which contains a rigid aromatic group and flexible hydroxyethyl groups, on the physical properties of PU. The cross-link density, viscosity, tensile strength, and shape recovery notably increased with an increase of BHETPA due to chemical cross-linking by BHETPA. A PU sample demonstrated excellent low-temperature flexibility compared with plain PU, showing complete recovery at approximately 0°C. Therefore, grafting BHETPA onto PU modified the thermal behavior and greatly improved the tensile stress, shape recovery, and low-temperature flexibility of PU compared to plain PU. 相似文献

Mechanical blends of copolymer-type polyacetal (POM) with ester-based and ether-based polyurethane (PU) are immiscible over the 0–50% PU compositional range. The PU elastomer was added to the rigid POM matrix to increase its toughness. The mechanical, physical, thermal, dielectric, and dynamic mechanical properties and morphology of POM/PU blends were investigated. The notched Izod-impact strength of blends reaches a maximum at 10 wt % PU. The tensile strength, Young's modulus, volume resistivity, crystallinity, and density decrease with increasing concentration of PU. The elongation of blends reaches a maximum at 20 wt % PU. The dielectric constant and dissipation factor increase with increasing PU content. From dynamic mechanical measurements, as the elastomer content increases, the height of the damping peak also increases, but there is no transition temperature shift. SEM shows that the blends exhibit a continuous morphology with domain size varying from 1 to 10 μm for PU. However, at a concentration of 50 wt % PU, the dispersed PU particles tend to aggregate. Characterization of morphology by a metallurgical microscope has shown that the crystalline materials in the pure POM and the blends exist in a spherulitic superstructure. 相似文献

Polyurethane (PU) and polyhydric alcohols composites were successfully prepared to be used as coating materials for fabrics. The effects of various polyhydric alcohols on the PU composites properties have been investigated. The tensile strengths, glass-transition temperatures, thermal-mechanical properties, and swelling capacities of the PU/polyhydric-alcohol-blended films are described in detail, along with their surface and cross-sectional morphologies. The tensile strengths and glass-transition temperatures of the PU/polyhydric-alcohol-blended films were found to decrease remarkably with increasing polyhydric-alcohol concentration. The swelling capacities and porosities of the PU/poly(propylene glycol) (PPG)-blended and PU/glycerol-blended films were observed to increase with increasing PPG or glycerol concentration. However, the poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) concentration in the PU/PEG-blended film did not significantly affect its properties. The air and water-vapor permeability of nonwoven nylon fabrics coated with PU/PPG and PU/glycerol increased with increasing PPG or glycerol contents, while those coated with PU/PEG were unaffected by PEG content. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Polyurethane (PU) prepolymers based on poly(butylene adipate) (PBA) and poly(oxytetramethylene) (PTMO) polyols were employed as a crosslinking agent to the diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA). Then the DGEBA was cured with a tertiary amine catalyst to form PU-crosslinked DGEBA. The tensile strength of both the PU(PBA)-crosslinked DGEBA and PU(PTMO)-crosslinked DGEBA systems increased to a maximum value with increasing PU content in the system and then decreased with further increasing PU content. Izod impact property of these PU-crosslinked DGEBA indicated that the PU(PBA)-crosslinked DGEBA had much more significant improvement than the PU(PTMO)-crosslinked DGEBA. On the contrary, the fracture energy (G1 C value) of the resultant PU-crosslinked DGEBA showed that the PU(PTMO)-crosslinked DGEBA had much higher G1 C values than the PU(PBA)-crosslinked DGEBA. 相似文献

To develop a novel microporous polyurethane (PU) membrane that has higher water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) for use in functional application, down powder with different average particle sizes was blended with PU by using the solution casting method. Scanning electron microscope was used to investigate the changes in the porous structures of PU/superfine down powder (SDP) composite membranes. Attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy curves showed that the addition of SDP decreased the hydrogen bonds of PU matrix. On the basis of wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction curves, the small crystallinity of the PU matrix in PU/SDP composite membranes was lower than that of pure PU membrane. The densities of PU/SDP composite membranes decreased with the increase in SDP content. PU/SDP composite membranes showed a large increase in WVTR and a small decrease in mechanical properties compared to pure PU membrane. Moreover, the WVTR and mechanical properties of PU/down powder composite membranes were found absolutely dependent on the average particle size of down powder. POLYM. ENG. A feasibility study of pultrusion of fiber-reinforced polyurethane/furfuryl alcohol (PU/FA) interpenetrating polymer/network IPN composites has been made. From the viscosity study, it was found that the pot life of the PU/FA IPN prepolymers increased with PU content and showed high reactivity at elevated temperature. It was confirmed from the morphological study that the wetting of fibers by the PU/FA IPN resins was improved with PU content. The appearance of the tensile failure surfaces of the pultruded glass fiber-reinforced PU/FA IPN composites showed “hackle patterns” for PU contents below 15 phr. The mechanical property study shows that the tensile strength of pultruded PU/FA IPN composites is the highest when the PU content is 5 phr. However, the flexural strength, flexural modulus and HDT decreased with PU content. The mechanical properties of various fiber-reinforced (glass, carbon, and Kevlar 49 aramid fiber) pultruded PU/FA IPN composites increased with fiber volume content. 相似文献
