分析了提升商业展示设计的形式美是设计意识转化为审美形态的必要途径,是展示内容与展示形式达到高度统一的载体。结合现代商业展示设计实例,论述了商业展示设计中的色彩、形状、材料这3 个形式美的要素及其设计要点,在此基础上,提出了设计师要保证商业展示设计的质量、品位、艺术性,就必须按照形式美的规律去创造美,以满足观众的时代审美。     

商业展示设计的研究

美学问题是将普遍商业展示设计的操作手法多样化,从静中求动,从静中取动,增强商业展示行为的丰富性,提高商业展示成果的经济效益,突破现有的展示体制框架结构,为未来展示设计道路多元化奠定基础。商业展示设计所需要的功能,不只是仅仅要考虑对消费者的心理及生理上的积极的影响,更要用美学性的展示效果来展示其产品。现代社会,商业环境更加多样化,消费者的要求也越来越讲究个性化,所以设计师要用功能性的、美学性的设计语言来创造现代商业展示空间。     

2014年美国网络印刷占比将猛增至30%

据美国赢船公司(Info Trends)最新的统计数据显示，美国的网络印刷在商业印刷总收入中所占的比例将从2009年的15%增加到2014年的30%。
　　与2000年的数据相比，这一比例已经增长了5倍，当时网络到印刷在商业印刷总收入中所占的比例仅为3%。到2014年，在美国1070亿美元的商业印刷总收入中，将有310亿美元来自网络到印刷系统。

Business process modelling with stochastic networks

Modelling and analysis of business processes is critical to identify current business processes and to understand the contributions of new processes to the system. The quality of the results obtained by modelling and analysis significantly influences the success of business process reengineering (BPR). Therefore, a constant development in techniques used in business process modelling (BPM) and business process analysis (BPA) is necessary. However, when these proposed techniques are analysed it becomes obvious that they repeat the same basic approach, although a few offer different visions. In BPM development studies, the use of time-activity scheduling is often considered secondary (even neglected). The reason for this is that process modelling may be considered as project management and remain under this label. Many organizations may use these techniques in managing their daily activities if the maturity level and the simplicity of project management techniques are considered. It also enables the modelling of stochastic situations, otherwise not possible to do by any BPM method. In this study an existing business process with network properties is analysed using project scheduling techniques. Thus, business processes are described as networks, modelled and timed by network properties and stochastically analysed using GERT, a project based process scheduling method. Finally the results obtained by GERT are examined using the PERT-path approach.     

Modelling and analysis of business process reengineering

Business process design and business process reengineering (BPR) depend crucially on linking production procedures and organizational services to business goals and objectives. There is currently very little formula support for this kind of reasoning as analytical tasks are usually carried out informally and individual design decisions are hard to relate to business objectives. If BPR is carried out without understanding the way it is done, then the most likely outcome would be continuing less-than-satisfactory current practice and automating outdated processes. This kind of practice misses opportunities for innovation and rationalization. The modelling and analysis of business processes along with business strategies and organizational structures are essential to study the implications of BPR. In this paper, an attempt has been made to study the modelling, analysis and tools/techniques used for modelling of BPR with the help of a survey on the recently (1993-2000) employed methods and tools used for BPR modelling and analysis. A framework for modelling and analysis, and guidelines for the selection of tools/techniques of business process reengineering are presented.     

A statistical process control approach to business activity monitoring

Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques have been successfully used in manufacturing industries to trigger and identify the root cause of variations so as to promote quality improvement. This paper develops a SPC framework to identify important changes deserved in business activity monitoring. To model and track thousands of diversified customer behaviors, the proposed SPC system consists of efficient and robust profiling methods to accommodate different behavior patterns including business changes, structural breakdowns, and unnecessary errors. Several customer profiling techniques are discussed and the activity monitoring performance based on the profiling algorithms is compared in a simulation example and a customer churn detection example in a telecommunications setting. The enhanced system will allow business managers and engineers to establish successful customer loyalty programs for churn prevention and fraud detection.

随着经营环境的变化,传统企业的组织和管理面临许多挑战.通过分析认为,在网络环境下,企业的业务流程、组织结构和管理机制必将发生革命性的变化,业务流程再造成为企业组织变革和管理创新的前提;提出了实施业务流程再造的基本思路、步骤和技术;探讨了业务流程再造实施过程中应该注意的问题;指出企业只有不断优化业务流程,才能最终推动企业组织变革和管理创新以适应环境的变化.     

Strategic eco-design map of the complex products: toward visualisation of the design for environment

With growing sustainability and environmental concerns regarding the products, decision-makers and business managers need to integrate sustainability into business strategies and support it via systematic business processes and decision support tools. With the integration of the eco-efficiency attributes to the product development, more data should be analysed in engineering design. This integration also increases the complexity of the design process due to the large volume of data processing and diversity of the different attributes and features of the products. In this paper, we used the stock market metaphor to develop a visual data mining approach to the strategic eco-design assessment of the complex products. We presented a fresh framework using clustering and visualisation techniques to analyse the eco-efficiency profile of the different modules, components and parts of a complex product, and provide an efficient data exploration tool for decision-makers to facilitate processing of eco-design attributes, and strategic objectives at the same time. An illustrative example is provided to show the procedure of the application and the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

本文运用因子分析和结构方程模型对国内企业的供应链快速响应能力、客户满意度、企业竞争力和企业绩效之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明：通过提高供应链的快速响应能力可以提高客户满意度、增强企业竞争力,进而提升企业绩效;通过提高客户满意度可以增强企业竞争力;供应链快速响应能力与企业绩效之间不存在直接的显著正相关关系。     

Disentangling causal relationships of a manufacturing process using genetic algorithms and six-sigma techniques

The manufacturing of hard disk drive storage is a highly competitive industry due to ever changing technology and the introduction of solid-state storage. Therefore manufacturers have introduced business improvement techniques to help leverage manufacturing advantages over competitors. This paper aims to investigate the integration of business improvement methodologies with intelligent techniques for the improvement of manufacturing efficiency. The authors use a case study based on the disentangling of causal relationships during the manufacturing of hard disk drive components. This paper reports on the application of intelligent system techniques to aid implementation of business improvement methodologies within this manufacturing environment. The results reported highlight that significant gains may be made when utilizing such a hybrid approach. The approach is validated by determining the secondary effects that degraded a previously implemented six-sigma project and also by identifying areas of investigation that enabled engineers to improve process yield.
