本文针对现代工装设计过程中出现的问题,有效提高工装数据管理的有效性,本文就设计了基于Team center/NX的工装快速设计系统.首先实现工装系统模型设计的介绍,研究数据存储、管理及交互的集成功能介绍.之后对工装系统的设计进行了全面的介绍,包括辅助设计、变形设计等.最后全面分析工装设计的效率.通过研究表示,本文所设计的工装快速设计系统比传统的工装设计系统的效率有进一步的提高.  相似文献

标准单元是半定制设计的基本构建模块,它通过降低设计和调试时间,提高设计效率.在异步电路的发展过程当中,标准单元的缺乏成为异步电路设计的瓶颈.文章对标准单元的建库流程进行了研究,通过对流程的深入研究,得到了适用于自动化、大批量建库的脚本.采用这个流程,设计了异步电路的标准单元.利用所设计的异步单元,设计了一个异步电路芯片.结果表明,所给出的流程以及所设计的异步单元完全正确.  相似文献

本文设计了异步LDPC解码器运算通路,利用异步电路减少信号到达时间不一致引起的毛刺和时钟引起的功耗.利用输入数据的统计特性设计了运算通路中的主要运算单元,减少了冗余运算.本文还实现了同步运算通路和基于门控时钟的运算通路作为比较.三种设计采用相近的架构,在0.18μm CMOS工艺下实现相同的功能.仿真结果表明,提出的异步设计功耗最小,相比于同步设计和基于门控时钟设计,分别节省了42.0%和32.6%的功耗.虽然性能稍逊于同步设计,但优于门控时钟设计.其中,同步设计的延时是1.09ns,基于门控时钟的设计延时是1.61ns,而异步设计则是1.20ns.  相似文献

In the face of shorter product life cycles, designing products with modular component parts can shorten product development time and speed up the introduction of new products in the market. Utilizing stylized models, we examine the reuse/redesign, quality, speed-to-market, and marketing decisions for two consecutive generations of a multicomponent modular product. With modularity that assumes a stable product architecture, each component can be improved by incurring a design cost that is convex increasing in the level of quality. Our study generates the following insights. When development start-up (fixed) cost is negligible, it is profitable to upgrade every component part; otherwise, it is beneficial to reuse some of the existing parts without making any design improvements in order to save on development cost. In an effort to reduce product development time while maximizing profit, we found solid evidence that the productivity level in developing every component part can be a key driver of speed-to-market. Individually, a new product launch time postponement and an R&D budget increase can lead to improvements in component part quality and overall product quality, but our models show that better improvement in quality can be achieved from launch time postponement (budget increase) when product design teams have low (high) product development productivity. Finally, when the marginal cost of producing the new product is equal to that of the old product, it is optimal to remove the old product from the market and sell only the new product.  相似文献

In this article, we introduce a new class of product codes based on convolutional codes, called convolutional product codes. The structure of product codes enables parallel decoding, which can significantly increase decoder speed in practice. The use of convolutional codes in a product code setting makes it possible to use the vast knowledge base for convolutional codes as well as their flexibility in fast parallel decoders. Just as in turbo codes, interleaving turns out to be critical for the performance of convolutional product codes. The practical decoding advantages over serially‐concatenated convolutional codes are emphasized.  相似文献

Quantitative procedures are given for the design of MESFET distributed amplifiers using series capacitors in the device gate circuits. It is shown that the choice of series capacitors allows the designer to trade gain for bandwidth while maintaining a given gain-bandwidth product. It is also shown that the input power capability can be increased by the use of series capacitors when the device pinch-off is the power-limiting factor. It is pointed out how the addition of series capacitors makes it possible to increase the gate periphery of an amplifier, which results in an increase in power-bandwidth product  相似文献

This work investigates the impact of nine new product development (NPD) acceleration approaches (supplier involvement, lead user involvement, speeding up activities and tasks, reduction of parts and components, training and rewarding of employees, implementation of support systems and techniques, stimulating interfunctional cooperation, emphasis on the customer, and simplification of organizational structure) on development speed and new product profitability. Our findings from 233 manufacturing firms show that lead user involvement and training/rewarding of employees increase both development speed and profitability. Supplier involvement, speeding up activities and tasks, and a simplification of the organizational structure also enhance development speed, while an emphasis on the customer has an additional positive impact on new product profitability. Both new product speed and profitability increase firm financial performance. Our results further show that pioneers and fast followers should not select the same NPD acceleration approaches as the speed and profitability impact of the majority of the acceleration approaches depends on the new product strategy of the firm. These results are important as they provide guidance for pioneers and fast followers regarding which NPD acceleration approaches to select in order to enhance speed and profitability and, hence, firm financial performance.  相似文献

Uncertainty in product development projects creates significant challenges for managers who are under intense competitive pressures to increase product quality, while reducing development time and costs. Traditional wisdom dictates the early selection of a single design in order to freeze interfaces between product subsystems so that team members can work effectively in parallel, resulting in more productive product development efforts. Prior research, however, uncovered a paradoxical case. Toyota Motor Corporation achieves the fastest development times in its industry by intentionally delaying alternative selection, a strategy termed set-based development. The current work adapts real options concepts to product development management to partially explain this paradox. A formal simulation model is used to show that converging too quickly or too slowly degrades project value. Furthermore, the model demonstrates that the wisdom of set-based strategies can be explained by the application of a real options approach to product development management. Implications for managers and directions for future work are discussed.  相似文献
