据来自中央国家机关政府采购中心的消息，中央国家机关2006年第一期政府采购供货项目新增设备招标工作已经结束。这次新增的入围产品涵盖了服务器、个人电脑、电脑周边设备、软件等所有IT类产品，经评标委员会评审，已经确定了各类别的入围产品及相关厂商。北京榕基网安科技有限公司拥有自主知识产权的RJ-IDS、RJ—iTOP两款产品双双入围，该公司也成为国内少数全系列产品全部入围政府采购计划的网络安全设备制造商之一。

用文献计量学方法对 1 988～ 1 998年 1 0年间沈阳农业大学毕业的博士研究生的论文进行统计分析。结果表明 :77篇论文的总引文量为89 88篇 ,平均引文量为 1 1 6 7篇 ,其中中文占总引文量的 46 38% ,英文占 5 0 2 3% ,日文 3 0 0 % ,俄文占 0 38% ;在引文中 ,期刊利用率最高 ,其次为图书、会议论文、学位论文 ,引文量理论分布呈偏态 ;80年代后期与 90年代前期为论文写作的主要情报源 ,在年代分布上 ,外文文献递增速度明显高于中文文献

The outcomes and the mediating role of the functional triad: The users' perspective

B.J. Fogg's Functional Triad shows the manner in which computing technologies can persuade people by playing 3 different functional roles, namely, as tools, media, or social actors. However, the effects of user perceptions of these 3 functional roles are largely unknown. We advance Fogg's framework by developing a conceptual model to explain how a feature of a computing technology (ie, the trade‐off transparency feature of a recommendation agent [RA], which interactively demonstrates the trade‐offs among product attribute values) can result in certain outcomes by shaping the beliefs of individuals regarding the 3 functional roles. We examine the effects of the perceived Functional Triad on the following 3 outcomes: (1) persuading users to use an RA (intention to use), (2) persuading users to follow the advice of the RA (recommendation adherence), and (3) persuading users to recommend the RA to others (recommendation to friends). We conducted a laboratory experiment to manipulate 4 levels of trade‐off transparency, thereby creating an adequate amount of variations for the perceived Functional Triad. A total of 160 participants were recruited from a large university in North America. Although designers could control the technology design aspects, these designs may not accomplish the intended effects on users, who have their own perceptions. This study contributes to existing literature by simultaneously evaluating the 3 different outcomes of the Functional Triad from the perspective of users.

A few years ago, Sun Microsystems used the slogan, "the network is the computer," to promote its products and to alert people to a profound change in computing-use models. With the growth in cell phones, digital cameras, portable music players, wireless e-mail, GPS sensors, and automotive map displays that rely on wired and wireless networks, you might be tempted to say "the network is my post office, my map, my stereo system, my photo album..." and so on.     

The state of the hack

Previously, computer viruses and worms rarely made headline news but today it is a regular occurrence. Malware (viruses that require user action to be activated and worms that exploit a vulnerable system without user intervention) still primarily threaten Microsoft Windows products and very few Linux desktop users feel the pain. The reasons for this might be either the fact that there are so many more Microsoft products in the market or that the Linux software engineering model and implementation is inherently more secure.
