基于红外光谱技术的两用燃料发动机油抗劣化性研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1
应用红外光谱技术,根据润滑油组分中各官能团的红外光谱吸收峰的出现和变化,研究了开发的CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机润滑油与参比油在运行期间,润滑油的氧化值、硝化值、硫化值的变化程度,发现CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机润滑油运行18 000 km后,其氧化值变化范围为2.45(ABS/0.1 mm)、硝化值变化范围为2.03(ABS/0.1 mm)、硫化值变化范围为3.85(ABS/0.1 mm)。结果表明CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机润滑油有着良好的抗劣化性能,红外光谱技术是研究润滑油抗劣化性的有效方法之一。 相似文献

按CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机对机油清净分散性能要求,选择了几种清净分散剂,通过试验考察了基础油与添加剂的感受性,采用均匀设计分析了几种添加剂之间的复配性能。试验结果表明:几种添加剂的最佳配比为T104∶T106∶T151∶T152=2∶3∶5∶5。 相似文献

以一台车用4缸汽油压缩天然气(CNG)两用燃料发动机为研究对象进行噪声源识别,测试工况为怠速工况、最大转矩工况与最大功率工况。首先测试发动机的1 m声压级,定位噪声最大的端面为发动机前端,再使用基于波束形成技术的声阵列系统对发动机前端和进气侧进行分析,分析结果表明汽油与CNG燃料主要噪声频段均位于1 000~2 000 Hz,进而识别出主要噪声源为链壳,通过振动测试验证了噪声源,并对两种燃料的噪声源特点进行了比较。研究表明波束形成技术在噪声源识别中具有快捷、直观的优点;两用燃料发动机CNG燃料怠速噪声较汽油燃料各对应面大5~7 d B,250 Hz以下的燃烧噪声是主要成因。 相似文献

甲醇作为一种代用燃料,和汽油混合使用,人们对使用低比例甲醇燃料发动机的性能十分关注。汽车汽油发动机加入15%甲醇和85%汽油混合使用与加入100%汽油燃料分别经过300小时台架强化试验,测试发动机功率、扭矩及油耗率,得出使用15%甲醇和85%汽油混合燃料相对于100%汽油燃料仅是燃料消耗量高于汽油的9%。在汽油发动机中,直接使用15%甲醇和85%汽油混合燃料,除发动机经济性变差外,其他无变化或影响甚微。 相似文献

In this study, a thermodynamic cycle simulation of a conventional four-stroke SI engine has been carried out to predict the engine performance and emissions. The first law of thermodynamics has been applied to determine in-cylinder temperature and pressure as a function of crank angle. The Newton-Raphson method was used for the numerical solution of the equations. The non-differential form of equations resulted in the simplicity and ease of the solution to predict the engine performance. Two-zone model for the combustion process simulation has been used and the mass burning rate was predicted by simulating spherical propagation of the flame front. Also, temperature dependence of specific heat capacity has been considered. The performance characteristics including power, indicated specific fuel consumption, and emissions concentration of SI engine using gasoline and CNG fuels have been determined by the model. The results of the present work have been evaluated using corresponding available experimental data of an existing SI engine running on both gasoline and CNG. It has been found that the simulated results show reasonable agreement with the experimental data. Finally, parametric studies have been carried out to evaluate the effects of equivalence ratio, compression ratio and spark timing on the engine performance characteristics in order to show the capability of the model to predict of engine operation. 相似文献

利用计算机仿真技术在电控喷射发动机上的应用,可以更好地提高燃气机乃至汽车的整体性能.该研究建立的天然气发动机模型是一个连续时间域的、平均值发动机模型(MVEM),根据采集的发动机台架试验数据,采用调节天然气发动机平均值模型内部的PID参数的方法来匹配试验数据与模拟仿真结果.计算机仿真获得的数据具有很好的精度,仿真模型获得的发动机工况点可以指导电控系统与燃气机的匹配. 相似文献

二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)的减摩效果与其在润滑油中的含量直接相关,为探索快速准确的润滑油新油和在用油中MoDTC含量的检测方法,采用红外光谱分析MoDTC在成品发动机油和减速箱油中的吸收峰特征。选取波数为1 515 cm-1的吸收峰为定量基准,分别用差谱法和直接趋势法建立发动机油和减速箱油中MoDTC含量的测定方法。该方法回归曲线相关系数高,计算误差小。用建立的方法考察发动机油中MoDTC在四球试验时的消耗情况,结果发现MoDTC的消耗趋势与四球试验摩擦因数和磨斑直径的变化趋势有很好的对应关系,验证了该方法对检测新油和在用油中的MoDTC含量均有很好的效果。 相似文献

Indigenous production of crude oil in India is far short of demand and crude oil must be imported especially for the production of high-quality lubricating oil base stocks. With a view to conserve and eventually replace petroleum base stocks, oil derived from jojoba is a possible substitute.Considering the requirements of small two-stroke gasoline engines and the properties of jojoba oil compared with conventional formulations, some experimental blends based on jojoba oil were prepared and screened for physico-chemical, wear and scuffing characteristics. As the results were encouraging, the piston-tightening, wear and deposit-forming tendencies were assessed in a short duration engine test. The results show that jojoba oil has a good potential to replace mineral oil base stocks in two-strole gasoline engine oil formulations. 相似文献
