以高活性聚醚多元醇、自制特种聚醚、交联剂乙二醇、催化剂及表面活性剂为A组分,自制改性异氰酸酯为B组分,制备了汽车方向盘用全水发泡自结皮聚氨酯泡沫。研究了乙二醇用量对产品硬度和性能的影响,并采用袋式法测量了产品的挥发有机物(VOC)含量。结果表明,乙二醇用量增加,产品硬度增高;由该组合料生产的自结皮聚氨酯泡沬方向盘产品的VOC含量满足国内目前最苛刻的VOC测试标准(袋式法)的要求;并且该组合料的现场加工工艺性好,密度低,排气孔溢料少,满足汽车方向盘的生产工艺和产品质量要求。  相似文献

以低气味、低挥发性有机物(VOC)聚醚,具有自催化作用的交联剂,增强剂,具有除醛功能的催化剂,低VOC硅油,开孔剂为A组分,改性MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)为B组分,制备了汽车座椅。研究了交联剂、增强剂、催化剂以及开孔剂对制品性能的影响,并检测了产品的醛值和VOC含量。结果表明,交联剂、增强剂、催化剂、开孔剂的质量分数分别为2.0%、6%、0.8%、1.5%时,产品的力学性能最好。由该组合料生产的产品气味等级能达到2.5,VOC能满足主机厂标准要求。  相似文献

开发了一种用于制作汽车方向盘的聚氨酯自结皮泡沫配方。该配方采用全水发泡,以乙二醇和丁二醇为扩链剂,采用自制环保型催化剂,制成的泡沫表皮致密光滑。气味对比实验结果表明该泡沫气味较小,聚氯乙烯薄膜变色实验结果证明泡沫的胺散发量较小,并且雾化值仅为0.625 mg,即该泡沫具有较好的环境友好性。  相似文献

聚氨酯家装涂料中游离二异氰酸酯(TDI)单体含量是重要的环境影响因素,NCO/OH的配比对涂膜的理化性能有较大的影响.通过采用改进原材料的配比、控制反应温度、调节滴加反应时间和保温反应时间等工艺,较好地控制游离TDI含量,同时,通过萃取和改进稀释剂的成分来进一步降低了VOC的释放量,降低了聚氨酯家装涂料对环境的影响.  相似文献

Conclusion  Hydroxyl functional star oligomers prepared by ring-opening polycondensation have a narrow molecular weight and composition distribution. Such oligomers give a solids/viscosity advantage over linear structures at the same molecular weight and can be used in low VOC two component polyurethane coatings. The solids/viscosity advantage is a combination of the highly branched structure and the narrow molecular weight distribution. Acrylic polyols formulated at the same molecular weight/polarity/average functionality and hydroxyl value give poorer drying properties. This difference can be explained by the fact that the free radical polymerisation technique leads to polymer compositions having a broad molecular weight and functionality distribution and high fractions of polymer with a low functionality. The potlife of acrylic polyols based formulations is adversely affected by the higher fractions of high molecular weight material and with a high average functionality. In low VOC polyurethane formulations star oligomers need to be formulated within a narrow range of compositions (TG, polarity), functionality and molecular weight to get an optimum balance of drying properties and potlife.  相似文献

Conclusion  In this paper the effects of the functionality of hydroxyl functional star oligomers and dendritic polys have been demonstrated in a low VOC clear 2-component clear coat crosslinked with a polysocyanate. At a fixed initial composition of the overall system and with the same reactivity of hydroxyl and isocyanate functional groups, the molecular weight increase as a function of time and the conversion can be calculated using the theory of branching processes. The study has shown that the practical results agree quite well with theory and that the potlife is shortened in case of higher functionality as well as in the case of a broad functionality distribution. The hardness in such a system is not only the effect of functionality, but also of solvent evaporation during crosslinking. If the molecular weight increase upon drying is too fast due to a high functionality (and/or distribution), early gel formation can result in a low film glass transition temperature and hardness due to solvent entrapment.  相似文献

Polyol development is critical in order to develop a two-component waterborne polyurethane coating that can attain a 250 g/l VOC while maintaining performance requirements. This paper discusses a statistical study to develop a 250 g/l, two-component water reducible polyurethane coating using a tertiary isocyanate crosslinker with dry times and reactivity equivalent to a two-component solventborne system. The effects of acrylic molecular weight, glass transition temperature (Tg), and hydroxyl concentration on viscosity and dry time have been analyzed and statistical models identified that describe the relationships between these experimental factors and responses. Contour plots show tradeoffs between obtaining a low viscosity resin and maintaining fast dry time of the applied formulation. The data from the statistical study suggests that it is difficult to achieve the overall performance desired for an automotive refinish system with the simple four-component acrylic system investigated. The addition of either a longer chain hydroxyl functional monomer or styrene in the acrylic polyol improved the overall performance of the system. Faster cure was also demonstrated with an alternate catalyst.  相似文献

通过凝胶化测试和示差扫描量热分析(DSC)研究了CYD128环氧树脂/部分钝化间苯二甲胺固化体系的反应特性,测试了该体系浇铸体的力学性能和耐热性。设计了一种新型低成本真空辅助传递模塑(VARTM)成型工艺并研究了该成型工艺对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,浇铸体弯曲强度可达131.0 MPa,拉伸强度71.8 MPa,拉伸模量3.1 GPa,冲击强度37.5 kJ/m2,玻璃化温度(Tg)98.1℃。使用新工艺得到的复合材料力学性能优异,其中连续玻璃纤维、连续碳纤维增强复合材料弯曲强度分别达到950.2 MPa、1 097.4 MPa。  相似文献

In this study, two different nano-silica particles (hydrophilic, Aerosil TT600 and hydrophobic, Aerosil R972) were selected in order to provide the most transparent, UV-absorbent nano-clearcoats. These nano-silica particles were used to improve and optimize properties of 2-pack polyurethane clearcoats based on acrylic polyol. Micro-PIXE analysis was employed to illustrate distribution of nano-silica in the polyurethane matrix. Physical and chemical degradations were investigated via spectrophotometry and FTIR spectroscopy.Additionally, thermal stability and the ability of the clearcoats to resist simulated car wash conditions were also studied. Contrary to belief, coatings loaded with hydrophilic nano-silica which are more UV-absorbent had less durability in UV-B/H2O accelerated tests.  相似文献
