DECAY OF VIBRATION PHENOMENA OF GLASS BARS*

The purpose of this investigation was to correlate the decay of vibration of glass bars with their chemical composition. The moduli of decay of four commercial glasses were determined by a photographic method which employed an oscillograph to provide a graphic representation of the audible tone emitted by the bars when they were set in vibration. By using bars of identical cross section and different lengths, data were obtained showing the relation of length to modulus of decay. The effect of disannealing on the modulus of decay was also investigated.

研究了颗粒大小、气氛和残碳含量对霍林河褐煤灰熔融特性的影响,在探讨灰成分变化的基础上,对霍林河煤灰在不同温度下的矿物组成进行了XRD分析.结果表明,灰熔点随颗粒的增大而减少是由于灰中总碱量由小到大引起的;不同气氛导致的灰熔点变化是由于弱还原气氛下方铁矿在熔融过程中与钙长石和钙黄长石反应生成了铁尖晶石和铁橄榄石等低熔点物质引起的;残碳含量导致灰熔点的变化是因为Fe3C的生成引起灰熔点的升高,灰锥内局部还原性气氛的形成使灰熔点降低、残碳的"骨架"作用导致灰锥不易变形而使灰熔点升高.     

电器开关外壳注射模设计

电器开关外壳注塑件模具的特点是型腔表面质量要求较高，型芯数量多，型芯及顶杆直径小、强度低。针对以上特点，模具设计采用潜伏式浇口实现注塑件外形美观要求，采用组合式整体嵌入型结构解决模具型芯问题，利用顶杆顶出解决脱模问题。该模具结构小巧而紧凑，运行顺畅无阻。

鱼尾型片材机头内熔体流动的三维有限元模拟

利用ANSYS和MATLAB软件，对鱼尾型片材机头流道内熔体的速度、压力和剪切应力的分布进行三维有限元模拟和分析。通过对机头流道不同截面处熔体场量分布的模拟，探知了熔体在流道内的运动规律及特点，对口模设计具有一定的指导作用。     

HYDRODYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROCESS OF DEPRESSURIZATION OF SATURATED WATER

Experiments were carried out to find the effects of dissolved gas pressure,liquid flow rateand nozzle geometry on the bubble generation when saturated water was depressurized through anozzle.A new method,high speed camera system was developed to measure the generated microbubblesdynamically.On the basis of the laws of ideal gas and solution,theoretical generated gas flow ratewas deduced,while the Smoluchowski′s equation was applied to describe the kinetics of bubblenucleation.It was found that the size distribution of nucleated bubbles was of skewed distribution.An explanation to this phenomenon was made and the Gamma function distribution was employedfor mathematical simulation.The results show good agreement between the experimental data and thepredictions by proposed model.

添加晶种对水泥熟料显微结构的影响

本研究采用平行对比实验方法，用同质熟料作为晶种加入到水泥生料中，利用ＸＲＤ，ＴＡ，ＳＥＭ／ＥＤＡ等测试方法，对不同煅烧温度下的熟普进行了综合分析，着重探讨了晶种对熟料形成过程的固相反应期、固液相反应期的诱导作用，并通过观察熟料显微在诱导作用面引起的变化，证实晶种可促进产矿物的形成并提高熟料质量。     

有机硅改性环氧结构胶的制备

环氧树脂E - 42用有机硅树脂改性后 ,既具有环氧树脂的良好的机械性能又具有有机硅树脂的耐热性 ,同时 ,用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛改进了环氧树脂结构胶的脆性 ,提高了胶粘剂的韧性。所制备的胶粘剂性能优良 ,室温下剪切强度达 18MPa以上 ,能在 15 0℃以下长期使用 ,且适用于粘接多种材料     

聚砜超滤膜的表面改性

本文用亲水性高分子，表面活性剂及丙烯酸化学反应对聚砜超滤膜进行表面改性，实验结果表明：丙烯酸化学改性效果最佳，可以同时提高膜通量，截留率及膜的抗污染性能。     

EFFECT OF CHEMICAL PRETREATMENT ON THE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF DEHYDRATED GRAPES

The effects of chemical pretreatment and air drying temperature on drying kinetics, shrinkage, density and rehydration ratio of grapes were determined at various moisture contents. It was observed that the chemical pretreatment employed - a solution of 2% CaCCb with 0 to 3% ethyl oleate - increased considerably the drying rate. It was established that the shrinkage increased with drying temperature between 40 to 80°C and decreased with increasing concentration of ethyl oleate in the chemical pretreatment solution.     

W-FGD中折板式除雾器性能的数值模拟

采用CFD软件对湿法烟气脱硫系统中广泛使用的折板式除雾器的主要性能进行了数值模拟.在模拟过程中,建立了数学模型,对气相采用基于雷诺时均方程的SST湍流模型封闭N-S方程,对液相采用基于Euler-Lagrange方法的DPM方法.通过调节除雾器的结构参数和工作参数,揭示了气固两相流动的流场,分析了结构参数和工作参数对除雾器分离效率和工作压力降的影响,得出相关性规律,可用于湿法烟气脱硫系统中折板式除雾器的设计和优化.     

USE OF LIQUID SURFACES AS STANDARDS OF SPECULAR GLOSS*

It is possible to flow a film of any one of several liquids on the rough ground or sandblasted face of a black ceramic body and to use the surface of the film as a standard of specular gloss. The specular gloss of the film may be computed from the angle of reflection and the refractive index of the liquid by means of the Fresnel equation. The technique described in this paper was developed for use with the Hunter multipurpose reflectometer to avoid the inaccuracies of specular-gloss measurements which result when the polished black glass surfaces heretofore employed as working standards become abraded in use.

ESTIMATION OF PURE-COMPONENT PROPERTIES FROM GROUP-CONTRIBUTIONS

Simple group-contribution methods are proposed to estimate eleven important physical properties of pure materials. A common set of structural groups was employed. High accuracy is not claimed, but the proposed methods are often as accurate as or more accurate than techniques in common use today.

INFLUENCE OF MIXING DEVICE ON SERUM-FREE CULTIVATION OF INSECT CELLS IN SPINNER FLASKS

A culture system was developed and successfully employed for the serum-free cultivation of Tn-5B1-4 (Tn5 ) insect cells. With our adaptation procedure, it was possible to obtain cells fully adapted to serum-free media in stationary T-flasks and then enable these adapted cells to grow well in spinner flasks immediately. The spinner "ask with special stirring design proved tO provide favorable culture environment that made it desirable for use in the serum-free cultivation of Tn5 cells even at low seeding density.
