Lead-containing raw glazes were applied on biscuit tile and fired at cones 02, 2, and 4. The glaze body interface was examined microscopically by preparing thin cross sections. The powdered glassy portion was also investigated. Because the crystals separating at the interface were frequently too small for satisfactory study, a technique for promoting their growth was used. Anorthite, wollasto-nite, gehlenite, undissolved quartz, tridymite, and cristobalite were observed. The effects of altering the bases and the alumina and silica content of the glaze were studied, and the amount and the effect of the solution of the body were examined. The authors conclude that the interfacial layer is not necessarily intermediate in expansion conduct.  相似文献

全面详细地测定了瓷釉在高温下的粘度值,研究了瓷釉组成变化对其高温粘度的影响。实验结果表明:瓷釉的高温粘度随温度的升高而降低,其关系可用VFG方程来描述:配方中MgO含量的提高使瓷釉的高温粘度升高,而SiO2/Al2O3比对高温粘度的影响不仅与其值的大小有关,还与许多其它因素有关。  相似文献

Six monodisperse fractions of kaolinite were prepared, and the exchange capacity was determined from the viscosity relations on additions of NaOH to the electrodialyzed fractions. A linear relationship is shown to exist between the surface area and the base-exchange capacity for all of the sizes studied.  相似文献

The results of experiments with synthetic cords indicate that surface tension is the most important factor in the disappearance of cords. The viscosity relations of the glasses do not correlate with the tendency to form inhomogeneities. Fibers of higher surface tension than the base glass with which it is fused form cords, and those of lower surface tension do not. Compositions that are high in RO or A1208 tend to form inhomogeneities in glasses which have a lower content of these two constituents.  相似文献

Different glazes have been applied on steatite tubes and the influence on impact and flexural strength has been investigated. Glazes applied on tubes with very thin walls affect the thermal expansion of the ceramic body. This fact has been used to test the glaze fit.  相似文献

碳纤维作为复合材料增强纤维的理想材料,具有广阔的用途。为了提高其加工工艺性及界面性能,本文利用高耐磨性的聚氨酯树脂作为浆料,对聚丙烯腈基碳纤维上浆,研究了其最佳的上浆工艺和上浆率,同时还研究了不同浆料固含质量分数对其碳纤维浆纱的拉伸强度、耐磨性、表面毛羽及耐水性的影响。  相似文献

A study was made of the influence of the lime content of brick on their ability to take zinc-green, yellow, tan, and brown glazes. Desirable greens were obtained with clays containing as much as 3% lime; those with a higher percentage of lime generally produced yellow-greens. The probability of obtaining good greens was best on clays with more than 6% of alkalis when their absorptions after firing were below 2%. Desirable greens were not obtained on bodies which had absorptions greater than 6.7%. Firing under oxidizing conditions before flashing and slow cooling tended to promote the formation of desirable brown, tan, and straw-colored zinc-vapor glazes.  相似文献

主要从配方、工艺方面着手,用普通陶瓷原料生产绞胎瓷水晶釉研究。拟定样品的铝硅比为0.09、0.10、0.11,并调节各种碱金属氧化物的含量,采用生料釉和一次烧成的方法。实验结果显示,配方中铝硅比对釉面的光泽度影响比较大,铝硅比控制在0.09时样品的光泽度好。对其酸度系数的分析显示,在铝硅比相同的情况下,样品的光泽度随其酸度系数的增加而呈下降趋势,除此之外还研究了多种金属氧化物对水晶釉光泽度的影响。  相似文献

The degree of grinding dry-process enamels has a marked effect on the packing of powder on the balls and mill walls, on the loss due to convection currents during the dusting operation, and on the ease with which the powder goes through a vibrating screen. 本研究采用现代制瓷工艺,选用景德镇附近所生产的陶瓷原料,在梭式窑中烧成,仿制龙泉青瓷粉青釉,基本达到了南宋时期龙泉粉青釉的效果。实验中主要探讨了Si/Al摩尔比、RO/R2O摩尔比、Fe含量、施釉厚度及烧成制度对龙泉粉青釉呈色的影响,并采用色度计、场发射扫描电子显微镜等手段分析了实验中较佳样品显微结构及色度等,探讨了龙泉粉青釉的呈色机制。  相似文献
